Abstract

Pengabdian ini perlu dilakukan karena untuk memberi pemahaman kepada para angota koperasi khususnya di Pondok Pesantren Alkhairaat Ternate (Koppontren) yang mana masih menggunakan atau menerapkan koperasi berbasis konvensional. Penerapan koperasi yang berbasis syariah sebagai bentuk tawaran yang diberikan sebagai salah satu solusi untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggota pada umumnya dan untuk mempertahankan keberadaaan dari koperasi dalam menghadapi berbagai dinamika lingkungan yang tidak dapat diprediksi sebelumnya. Peserta dalam pengabdian ini berjumlah sebanyak 36 orang yang mayoritas didominasi oleh para ibu-ibu yang sudah memiliki tingkat usia di atas 30 tahun. Dari penjelasan yang diberikan oleh pemateri dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa adanya suatu kebutuhan yang selama ini diharapkan oleh para anggota untuk beralih menjadi koperasi berbasis syariah, Koperasi berbasis syariah menawarkan banyak manfaat tidak hanya pada anggota tetapi juga pada nasabah atau customer dan juga pada lingkungan yang ada di area pondok pesantren. Keberadaan koperasi berbasis syariah dalam hal ini koperasi yang aktivitasnya harus berdasarkan pada islam, sehingga hal ini akan menjadikan koperasi lebih sehat secara struktur organisasi dan sehat untuk segi keuangan dan barang yang ditawarkan oleh masyarakat.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the impact of implementing blockchain technology in accounting practices on transparency, trust and efficiency in financial reporting. Using the systematic literature review method, relevant articles from reputable international databases, such as Scopus, have been collected and analyzed. The analysis results show that blockchain technology has brought a significant change in the transparency paradigm, by providing distributed and non-manipulable transaction records, as well as strengthening trust by providing open and transparent access to financial information. Apart from that, the use of blockchain technology has also had a positive impact on efficiency in the financial reporting process through automation and reduced administrative costs. The implication of these findings is that it is important for accounting organizations and practitioners to consider adopting blockchain technology as part of their strategy to improve the quality of financial reporting and strengthen public trust. Future research could further explore the potential and challenges of blockchain technology in accounting practices as well as steps that can be taken to optimize it in organizational operations.

Abstract

Pelatihan seperti ini perlu di laksanakan untuk menambah pengetahuan dan meningkatkan pemahaman petani dari berbagai aspek. Baik itu dari aspek pengembangan pengetahuan tentang tekhnologi pertanian, aspek manajerial, keuangan dan pemasaran. Kelompok tani muda hangout and friends di kecamtan sahu timur kabupaten Halmahera barat Maluku utara memiliki visi yang besar dan untuk mengembangkan sector pertanian sebagai salah satu pilar dalam meningkatkan perekonomian baik itu untuk ekonomi keluarga maupun ekonomi daerah apalagi di tunjang dengan potensi alam dan pasar produksi hasil pertanian yang masih terbuka lebar. Maka untuk itu mereka berinisiatif untuk melakukan pelatihan bagi anggota kelompok tani agar menambah pemahaman dan wawasan dari berbagai aspek baik aspek manajerial, tekhnolgi pertanian, keuangan dan pemasaran sehingga akan meningkatkan optimalisasi pada kegiatan produksi petanian.

Abstract

This research used a sample of 135 respondents determined using the Random Sampling techniquewhere the sample in this research consisted of respondents who had different characteristics atdifferent levels of society in Central Ternate City. The data analysis method used in this research isSPSS and PLS (Partial Least Square) with analysis test tools using IBM SPSS Statistics 20 andSmartPLS version 3.0. From the results of hypothesis testing and discussion, the followingconclusions can be drawn from this research: Hedonic conformity partially has a positive andsignificant effect on the consumptive behavior of the people of Central Ternate, this shows that theexistence of hedonic conformity that occurs in the people of Central Ternate is positive, and theimplications of hedonic conformity give rise to actions in consuming (consumptive behavior). Thepartial impulsive tendency does not have a positive and significant influence on consumer behavior,meaning that before making a purchase, the people of Central Ternate city have thought aboutplanned actions regarding the goods they will buy. The limitations of this research are that hedonicconformity partially has a positive and significant effect on the consumptive behavior of the peopleof Central Ternate. This shows that the existence of hedonic conformity that occurs in the people ofCentral Ternate is positive, and the implications of hedonic conformity give rise to actions inconsuming (behavior consumptive). The partial impulsive tendency does not have a positive andsignificant influence on consumer behavior, meaning that before making a purchase, the people ofCentral Ternate city have thought about planned actions regarding the goods they will buy. Hedonicconformity partially has a positive and significant effect on the consumer lifestyle of the people ofCentral Ternate, this shows that there is a strong influence from the group on the choice of productsor goods to be purchased.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of green knowledge and green perceived value on purchase intention mediated by green lifestyle on Gen Z tumbler product users in Indonesia. This study was conducted through a quantitative approach with a total sample of 200. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling approach. Data were processed using Structural Equation Modeling with the Smart Partial Least Square statistical program. The results of this study prove that: Green knowledge has no effect on purchase intention; Green knowledge has a positive effect on green lifestyle; Green perceived value has a positive effect on purchase intention; Green perceived value has a positive effect on green lifestyle; Green lifestyle has a positive effect on purchase intention; Green knowledge has a positive effect on purchase intention through green lifestyle as a mediating variable; and green perceived value has a positive effect on purchase intention through green lifestyle as a mediating variable.
