Abstract

In general, the attendance process is carried out through manual stages or using book media. In this study, the implementation of teacher absences at TK 'AISYIYAH BUSTANUL ATHFAL 83 is still being carried out by recording data using book or paper media. This is not effective and efficient because its use can lead to waste and is prone to damage to data stored on paper media. For this reason, an attendance system is needed that can help facilitate the teacher attendance process, so that the attendance process is more effective and efficient. The research method used is observation and literature study. The research method uses the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The model used is waterfall. This research resulted in a new web-based attendance system that is effective and efficient at TK 'AISYIYAH BUSTANUL ATHFAL 83 that is able to manage the attendance process.

Abstract

Penyakit mata adalah salah satu masalah kesehatan yang paling umum di seluruh dunia. Diagnosis penyakit mata yang akurat dan cepat penting untuk memastikan pengobatan yang tepat dan efektif. Dalam tulisan ini, kami membandingkan tiga metode fuzzy untuk mendiagnosis penyakit mata, yaitu Fuzzy Mamdani, Sugeno, dan Tsukamoto. Dan dalam penelitian kali ini kami akan membandingan dari tiga metode fuzzy yaitu fuzzy mamdani, fuzzy sugeno, dan fuzzy tsukamoto, kami menganalisis dan membandingkan ketiga metode fuzzy tersebut dalam mendiagnosa penyakit mata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masing-masing metode memiliki kelebihan dan kelemahan tertentu dalam mendiagnosa penyakit mata.

Abstract

Cataract is an eye disease characterized by clouding of the lens of the eye so that it can interfere with vision. Cataracts are responsible for at least 50% of blindness cases worldwide. As life expectancy increases, the number of people affected by it also increases. Cataracts can be caused by endogenous and exogenous factors. In addition to cataracts, diseases that attack the retina can also cause vision loss. Diabetes is a disease that attacks the retina. Residents of the Copan Health Center area have low socioeconomic status and low education levels. The aim of this study was to investigate the impact of diabetes on vision. The study was conducted from April to May 2018 at the Puskesmas Kopan Central Lombok. The study design was cross-sectional with a sample of 73 respondents aged 40 years and over selected using simple random sampling. Visual acuity was measured by Tumbling E, random blood glucose measurement (≥ 200 mg/dl) was performed with Accu Check Active to determine diabetes, and data was analyzed with the Mann-Whitney test using SPSS version 16.0. Decide on a program with a confidence level of 95% (α = 0.05). Based on the results of statistical analysis, diabetes has a significant influence (42.5%).

Abstract

Using plant-based pesticides is a good step for agriculture that is more environmentally friendly than chemical pesticides. Vegetable pesticides are more natural and safer for the environment than chemical pesticides because they are made from natural ingredients. The impacts that will be felt if the use of chemical pesticides continues will have an impact on animals and humans. Chemical pesticides have the most significant effect, namely causing the death of several other animals besides organisms. In addition, exposure to chemical pesticides also has significant effects on human health. Achievements in this community service can increase knowledge about pest control by using vegetable pesticides from onion skins which can be used as natural pesticides and the community can switch from using chemical pesticides to vegetable pesticides which are more environmentally friendly.
