Abstract

This article discusses the pros and cons of education, which can occur due to various factors, such as differences in views, interests and experiences. Apart from that, pros and cons also occur in educational policies, such as the policy of eliminating thesis as a requirement for student graduation. National education policy in Indonesia aims to maintain consistency in education and ensure that the policy is in line with other policies. In the context of education policy, there are often differences in views and concerns of the community. Education policy has several functions, such as being a guide to action, directing activities in education or organizations, and maintaining consistency in education. This article uses qualitative research methods. Qualitative research methods can be understood as research procedures that utilize descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and actors who can be observed. The aim of this descriptive research is to create a systematic, factual and accurate description, picture or painting of the facts, characteristics and relationships between the phenomena being investigated or an interview guide or questionnaire or documentary guide, according to the method used.

Abstract

This paper discusses the evaluation of educational programs in learning in schools where the implementation of education as part of educating the life of the nation must receive full attention from policy makers in this country, as stated in article 31 of the 1945 Constitution, amendment 4 that every citizen country has the right to education. The main goal of education is to develop human beings from an intellectual, emotional and spiritual perspective. In terms of its objectives, the output of education should be able to produce human resources who have advantages in terms of intellectual, emotional and spiritual. Education must be able to answer the challenges of the development of science and technology which is accompanied by a flow of information that is increasingly developing rapidly. The writing of this article uses the method of literature analysis (library research), namely the study of various scientific sources such as articles in both national and international journals and books that are in accordance with the themes and titles discussed. The literature analysis method makes the writer to read and find sources of reading material that are appropriate to the themes being discussed or are relevant. In this case the method of literature analysis is an appropriate and effective step.

Abstract

Kompensasi merupakan suatu bentuk imbal jasa atau penghargaan yang diberikan kepada individu karena telah melaksanakan dan menyelesaikan suatu pekerjaan tertentu yang di tugaskannya atau telah mencapai suatu strandart atau target yang ditetapkan. Pemberian kompensasi merupakan hak mutlak yang harus diterima karyawan sebagai balas jasa atas kerja kerasnya. Dengan adanya pemberian kompensasi tentunya para karyawan akan lebih giat dan semangat dalam bekerja. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode pendekatan  penelitian  kualitatif dengan  pendekatan  metode  deskriptif. Adapun tujuan pemberian kompensasi yaitu untuk mencapai efisiensi perusahaan fairness (keterbukaan), dan untuk memenuhi aturan undang-undang yang berlaku.
