Abstract

Kompensasi merupakan suatu bentuk imbal jasa atau penghargaan yang diberikan kepada individu karena telah melaksanakan dan menyelesaikan suatu pekerjaan tertentu yang di tugaskannya atau telah mencapai suatu strandart atau target yang ditetapkan. Pemberian kompensasi merupakan hak mutlak yang harus diterima karyawan sebagai balas jasa atas kerja kerasnya. Dengan adanya pemberian kompensasi tentunya para karyawan akan lebih giat dan semangat dalam bekerja. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode pendekatan  penelitian  kualitatif dengan  pendekatan  metode  deskriptif. Adapun tujuan pemberian kompensasi yaitu untuk mencapai efisiensi perusahaan fairness (keterbukaan), dan untuk memenuhi aturan undang-undang yang berlaku.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia (SDM) atau tenaga kerja merupakan aset terpenting suatu organisasi. Pegawai memerlukan perlakuan khusus dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia karena dapat mempengaruhi kelangsungan hidup suatu organisasi di masa depan. Pengelolaan pegawai yang baik dapat menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang optimal bagi produktivitas pegawai dalam suatu organisasi. Ada banyak faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja seorang karyawan dalam bekerja, antara lain proses perekrutan dan motivasi karyawan. Proses rekrutmen pegawai memerlukan perencanaan yang matang dengan mempertimbangkan kebutuhan sumber daya manusia organisasi dan juga memerlukan analisa yang tepat dalam menempatkan pegawai pada posisi yang sesuai dengan kemampuannya. Selain itu, memberikan motivasi merupakan faktor penting lainnya dalam meningkatkan prestasi kerja karyawan. Pemberian motivasi oleh organisasi merupakan suatu kewajiban dan keharusan. Dengan terus menerus memberikan motivasi yang baik kepada para pegawai dalam bentuk bimbingan dan apresiasi, maka pegawai akan terpacu untuk bekerja lebih baik lagi demi mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan oleh organisasi sejak awal.

Abstract

Emotional intelligence is increasingly receiving attention in various fields, such as psychology, education, and self-development. This research uses a literature review method, specifically the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, which aims to identify, evaluate and interpret research results related to the topic of interpersonal communication. This research aims to analyze the role of emotional intelligence in the world of education.  Research findings show that emotional intelligence has an important role in improving social interactions, managing stress, and motivating students, which ultimately impacts students' academic achievement and mental well-being. Therefore, this research recommends integrating the development of emotional intelligence into the educational curriculum to create an effective learning environment and support students' holistic development.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss how learning management improves learning quality during the covid-19 pandemic, the implementation of this study using qualitative descriptive method. The results of this research are steps that can be done by teachers min Medan in improving the quality of learning is by applying learning management patterns. Implementation of educational programs that are good in learning, management is an important part, the implementation of learning management conducted by teachers MIN Medan includes activities (1) Planning learning objectives, (2) Organizing learning by using varied learning resources that aim to make it easier to achieve learning objectives, (3) implementing teacher leadership in the way teachers in learning must always motivate students, by encouraging students in learning activities, and teachers should give attention to students, (4) evaluate learning to know the extent of student development and to know if learning objectives have been optimally achieved, and to know if student constraints in achieving learning objectives. Teacher learning management MIN Medan is a teacher's activity in managing students' learning situations through online learning. In the management of this learning is certainly asked the teacher's expertise and the wisdom of the teacher so that the rhythm of the task given does not burden the students.
