The problem of the pandemic and its impact on the health sector certainly has an impact on the economic sector which is also faced with an economic recession and one of the parts of the economy that is interesting to study is related to Indonesian inflation. Indonesia before and during the pandemic. Islamic banking uses DPK data and Islamic banking and monetary financing use SBIS and PUAS for Indonesia's inflation. The research method uses the Vector Correction Model (VECM) method using monthly time series data from 2004-2021. The results showed several findings, namely the long-term VECM test, the DPK, and PUAS variables had a positive effect, while the Islamic banking and SBIS financing variables had a negative effect on economic growth. In the future, inflation will stabilize against the shocks that occurred before and during the pandemic.

Abstract

This study uses a panel data analysis method in the form of a cross-section of 34 provinces in Indonesia with a time-series from 2010-2020. Followed by using quantitative method analysis with the Eviews 10 analysis tool. The results of the model specification test state that FEM (Fixed Effect Model) is the best choice model to use. It is known that from all the independent variables, only some have a positive influence on economic growth, such as PMDN, the number of poor people, and the consumer price index (CPI) having a positive direction. This positive influence is caused by education, health and increased investment so that it can encourage economic growth. Inflation has a principle which states that not everything has a negative impact on the economy. Such as mild inflation that can provide the realization of economic growth. However, the variables TPAK, RLS, AHH and Islamic Banking Financing have a negative direction on Indonesia's economic growth. So, in the context of increasing economic growth, it can be concluded that the presence of several indicators such as a quality and productive workforce, equitable education and health, socialization of sharia banking to the community is more conducive so that economic growth in Indonesia is increasing.

Abstract

The Human Development Index (HDI) measures the achievement of human development based on several basic components of quality of life. HDI is built through a basic three-dimensional approach to measure the quality of life. These dimensions include life expectancy and health, knowledge, and a decent life. Stable inflation is a prerequisite for the realization of economic growth and social welfare. Different economic conditions and natural conditions make inflation between regions in Indonesia varied. This study aims to examine HDI, inflation, investment and labor on Indonesia's economic growth. The data source used in the form of panel data that obtained from the Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) for the 2015-2020 period. Using panel regression data with the Common Effect Model (CEM), Fixed Effect Model (FEM), and Random Effect Model (REM) approach processed with E-Views 10. The results of this study indicate that the estimated model chosen in this study is Fixed Effect Models (FEM). The partial test shows that the HDI, CPI, and INV variables have a significant positive effect on economic growth. In contrast, the probability value of labor (L) does not have a significant effect on economic growth. Meanwhile, in the simultaneous test, the F-statistic probability value is 0.000000 < 0.05, which means that the four independent variables simultaneously affect economic growth. Furthermore, the Adjusted R-Square value is 0.0994749, which means 99% of the HDI, CPI, INV, and L variables in this study can explain the variation of economic growth variables. While the remaining 1% is explained by other variables outside the model.

This means, for example, that there are independent variables simultaneously, so that the poverty level in Eastern Indonesia is increasingly leading to change. Meanwhile, in the simultaneous test the F-Statistic prob value is 0.000000 < 0.05, which means that the six independent variables simultaneously affect the poverty level in Eastern Indonesia. And the value of Adjusted R-Square is 0.607420 which means 60% of the variables of Islamic Banking Financing, economic growth, TPAK, RLS, UHH, and Inflation in this study are able to explain the variation of economic growth variables. Abstract

Poverty is a global issue faced by many countries in the world, including Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to examine the level of poverty in Indonesia by measuring the financing of Islamic banking, education, health, TPAK and inflation against the level of poverty in Indonesia. The data source used is panel data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) for the 2010-2020 period. Data analysis used panel data regression with Common Effect Model (CEM), Fixed Effect Model (FEM), and Random Effect Model (REM) Approach processed with E-Views 10. The results of this study indicate that the estimated model chosen in this study is Fixed The Effect Model shows the results of the Islamic Banking Financing, RLS, UHH, TPAK and Inflation variables that have a significant effect in a negative direction on the level of poverty for the RLS variable that has a simultaneous effect on the mission level while UHH has a significant effect in a negative direction. This means that if there are independent variables simultaneously, then the level of poverty in Indonesia is increasingly leading to change. Whereas in the simultaneous test the prob value of the F-Statistic is 0.000000 <0.05, which means that the five independent variables simultaneously influence the level of poverty in Indonesia. And the Adjusted R-Square value is 0.987540 which means that 90% of the Islamic Banking Financing, RLS, UHH, TPAK and Inflation variables in this study are able to explain the poverty rate variable in Indonesia. While the remaining 10% is explained by other variables outside the model.
