Abstract

Acute respiratory infection (ARIs) are a global Health problems that affects society at large. ARi is the fourth leading cause of death in the population of all ages. According to North Sumatra Central Statistics Agency, ARI cases are the 4th highest disease in 2021. One causes of the high incidence of ARI is due to a lack of knowledge about ARI. This is caused by ignorance of ARI socialization, how to prevent ARI, and how to deal with ARI. The spread of ISPA can be prevented with a better understanding of risk factors, prevention and management. Community service is the key in efforts to spread knowledge about ISPA. This research explores the role of community service in increasing awareness of ISPA and encouraging preventive behavior among the community. Through outreach activities and public campaigns, community service has succeeded in increasing understanding of the importance of hand hygiene, vaccination, healthy respiratory practices and clean living habits in dealing with ISPA. Evaluation of the effectiveness of the community service program shows significant increase at the level of awareness, knowledge and preventive action against ISPA in the Pagar Jati Community Health Center. Collaboration between health workers, local government, educational institutions and the community are the main fondations for success this program. Although challenges such as limited access and information inequality still exist, community service has proven to be an effective instrument in strengthening community responses to ISPA as well as promoting overall community health.

Abstract

The leadership behavior at PT PLN (Persero) has significant implications for the formation, development, and change of the organizational culture within the company. When leaders demonstrate behaviors that promote values such as integrity, collaboration, and innovation, this can positively influence the organizational culture. The objective of this research is to explore how leadership behavior at PT PLN (Persero) affects the formation and development of the organizational culture within the company. The method used in this research is a systematic literature review. The findings of this research indicate that all patterns of leadership behavior at PT PLN have a significant impact on the motivation, commitment, and performance of employees towards the company's goals and values. Inspirational and empowering leadership fosters an organizational culture based on loyalty and dedication.

Abstract

Response time provided by health workers in the emergency room is very helpful for patients and families because it can help reduce medical costs, but the speed and accuracy of health services provided by health workers to patients must be in accordance with standards that have been determined in accordance with the competence and abilities of medical personnel in order to guarantee in providing fast and precise emergency services. Objective: to determine the relationship between the speed of a nurse's response time and the successful handling of emergency cases in the Hospital Emergency Installation. Grandmed Lubuk Pakam. Method: This research uses a quantitative research design with a one group pretest-posttest design model, that is, before it is carried out, observations are made on the sample and after treatment, observations are made again. The data collection technique was carried out using a total sampling technique. Results: Based on the probability of the test results listed in the table, it can be seen that the resulting probability is 0.00. This means that the probability is < level of significance (? = 0.05), so that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. So it can be said that there is a relationship between the speed of a nurse's response time and the successful handling of emergency cases in the Hospital Emergency Room Grandmed Lubuk Pakam in 2024

Abstract

Adolescence is a period of rapid physical, psychological, and intellectual growth and development. Bullying is an aggressive action that one person repeatedly takes against another, causing physical or mental harm to the victim. Authoritarian parenting style emphasizes the importance of children obeying all parental rules. The study involved 86 students as study subjects, selected using non-probability sampling with the purposive sampling technique. Data collection in this study used a parenting style scale based on the Parental Authority Questionnaire (PAQ) and a bullying behavior scale based on the Bullying Questionnaire by Putri (2018). These data were subsequently analyzed using the Chi-square test, yielding a result of CI = 0.001. The hypothesis was tested using a Cross-Sectional correlation. The correlation coefficient obtained r = 0.306 with a significance of 0.004 ). The study results indicated a positive relationship between the tendency of bullying behavior and authoritarian parenting style at SMP Negeri 1 Namorambe. As the authoritarian parenting style increases, the incidence of bullying behavior also increases. Conversely, the authoritarian parenting style decreases, the incidence of bullying behavior decreases as well. In conclusion, this study reveals a moderate positive relationship between authoritarian parenting style and bullying behavior among adolescents at SMP Negeri 1 Namorambe in 2023.
