Abstract

Processing population data in Gandasari Village is currently still limited to the use of Microsoft Excel for reporting and data input purposes. However, there is no special system that can manage population data comprehensively. This research aims to overcome these shortcomings by designing and implementing an effective system for managing population data. Data collection methods were carried out through observation, literature study, and interviews with sub-district staff. The program developed uses the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The system testing process uses Black Box Testing to ensure optimal performance. SWOT and Elicitation analysis are used to analyze strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in system development. This research focuses on developing a system for issuing documents, such as domicile certificates, birth certificates, death certificates and marriage certificates. It is hoped that the implementation of this new system will increase efficiency in managing population data, reduce document processing time, and increase community satisfaction in getting fast and accurate administrative services from Gandasari Village. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine leadership policies in empowering employees and the demands of the world of the creative industry on production houses engaged in television, film, advertising production, and company profiles. Research method with a qualitative approach that describes the phenomenon of events at production house locations. Collection techniques were obtained through field observations, in-depth interviews with key respondents who understand the problem, documentation studies in the form of existing archives and scenario notes, and focus group discussions on the data obtained, discussed together with the existing crew. The research results show that production house leaders want a policy to empower their human resources, so they can meet company needs and customer demands, but are often constrained by work demands, production deadlines, and employee working hours, as well as technology and other factors. Leader policies in implementing production house management to improve the company through empowering Human Resources. Policies that have been implemented include employee protection, strengthening employee systems, and support and maintenance.

Abstract

The research aims to design and build a personnel database application program at the Tangerang Regency Regional Personnel Agency (BKD) using the Visual Basic 6.0 program. The data collection methods used were interviews, literature, and documentation. Once the data required to create the program is sufficient, the program creation process continues with preparing equipment and materials and designing forms and databases. The research results show that the program design consists of data entry processes, data search, and reports. To ensure data security, access rights are differentiated for each user. Apart from that, the application program is equipped with a database backup program that will duplicate the main database file into another directory. To make it easier to distribute reports, the application program is equipped with reports designed with Crystal Report 8.5, so that users just press the printer icon to print the document. The appearance of the program is quite simple but in terms of how to use the program, it needs special attention. Therefore, users need to read how to use the program which can be found in the Help file on the Installation CD. After testing, the designed program can be used to apply to the research object

Abstract

Leadership style and work motivation are very closely related to employee work productivity, which means that good work productivity is achieved in a company because of the efforts made by a leader and the existence of work motivation in employees. In a company, the problem of work productivity is something that is very important and must be considered by looking at several supporting factors that are considered influential, including leadership style factors and work motivation factors. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of leadership style and motivation on work productivity of production department employees of PT. Intikemas Putra Makmur. The method used in this study is a quantitative method, with data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, observation and literature study. in collecting data. The number of samples in this study were 72 respondents. Then the test tool used is SPSS software. The research results obtained in this study indicate that Leadership Style has a moderate and significant relationship to Employee Productivity with a correlation coefficient of 0.568. Work Motivation has a weak and insignificant relationship to Employee Productivity with a correlation coefficient of -0.142. This shows that Leadership Style plays an important role in increasing employee productivity. In addition, work motivation also has an influence on work productivity, although not as strong as leadership style. So it can be concluded that leadership style has a strong and significant relationship to employee work productivity, while work motivation has a weak and insignificant relationship

Abstract

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan guna mengkaji pengaruh green marketing dan brand image terhadap keputusan pembelian produk susu Milo di Kecamatan Ngamprah, Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Latar belakang penelitian didasarkan pada peningkatan kesadaran konsumen akan isu lingkungan serta esensi citra merek dalam memengaruhi perilaku pembelian. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode kuantitatif melalui teknik survey, di mana kuesioner disebarkan kepada konsumen Milo di wilayah penelitian dengan teknik penarikan sampel menggunaka rumus Cochran dengan eror 8% didapatkan sampel sebanyak 150 konsumen. Analisis data dimulai dengan melakukan uji validitas, reliabilitas dan normalitas kemudian dilakukan uji regresi linier berganda guna melihat besar pengaruh variabel independen pada variabel dependen. Hasil uji validitas semua instrumen dinyatakan valid dan reliabel, hasil uji normalitas data terbukti berdistribusi normal. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwasanya green marketing memengaruhi keputusan pembelian secara positif, yang berarti semakin baik penerapan strategi pemasaran ramah lingkungan, minat konsumen dalam membeli produk Milo akan meningkat. Lebih lanjut, brand image juga memengaruhi keputusan pembelian secara positif, sehingga kuatnya citra merek yang melekat di benak konsumen akan memperbesar kecenderungan mereka untuk melakukan pembelian. Secara simultan, green marketing dan brand image memengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Karenanya, perusahaan perlu terus memperkuat strategi pemasaran ramah lingkungan serta mempertahankan konsistensi citra merek guna memperkuat daya tarik dan loyalitas konsumen.
