Abstract

This study aims to determine workload, burn out, career path, employee engagement on employee loyalty at the Harapan jaya village office, North Bekasi. Using a descriptive quantitative approach method by distributing a 1-5 Likert scale. The employee population is 65 employees and the sample used was 65 samples. Research using Smart PLS 3.0 software. The results of this study the workload variable has a P-Values value of 0.731 or <0.05, so it can be stated that workload has a significant negative effect on employee loyalty. The burn out variable has a P-Values value of 0.759 or <0.05, workload has a significant negative effect on employee loyalty. The career path variable has a P-Values value of 0.012 or <0.05, workload has a significant positive effect on employee loyalty. The employee engagement variable has a P-Values value of 0.022 or <0.05, workload has a significant positive effect on employee loyalty. While the results of simultaneous research from workload variables, burn out, career path, employee engagement are positive and significant to employee loyalty with an F-count value of 26. 425> F-table 1.40 and the coefficient of determination (R2) on R-Square obtained a value of 56.7%. Abstract

Community empowerment is a concept of economic development that encapsulates community values ​​to build a new paradigm in development that is people-centered, participatory. Within this framework efforts to empower communities (empowering) can be studied from 3 (three) aspects: First, ENABLING, namely creating atmosphere that allows the potential of society to develop. Second, EMPOWERING, namely strengthening the potential of the community through concrete steps involving the provision of various inputs and opening up various opportunities that will make the community more empowered. Third, PROTECTING, namely protecting and defending the interests of the weak. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises or MSMEs are small-scale businesses that involve a limited number of employees and capital. Generally, they operate in various sectors, from trading to manufacturing. MSMEs have several strengths, one of which is the ability to quickly and flexibly respond to local needs. They often provide products or services that suit local preferences. The digitization of MSMEs is the change of conventional business transactions to online. The development of technology and information can be said to have influenced various aspects, including business. The UMKM Digitalization Program includes e-Farming by utilizing digital technology in agriculture to increase production capacity and cost efficiency. e-Commerce includes strengthening capacity in digital marketing and marketing MSMEs to global markets through digital platforms.

Abstract

Businesss Intelligence (BI) mendapat banyak perhatian perihal dengan kegunaan dan manfaatnya untuk perusahaan atau organisasi. BI dalam fungsinya banyak melibatkan proses informasi dan data yang berasal dari macam-macam sumber yang telah disimpan dan memprosesnya menjadi sebuah keputusan. Arsitektur intelijen bisnis pula salah satu elemen yang membantu perusahaan mengambil sebuah keputusan yang berkualitas. Dalam sebuah perusahaan, keputusan dibuat pada tingkat atau tingkatan yang berbeda. Data Warehouse salah satu yang membantu sistem business intelligence mengumpulkan dan mengolah data yang telah disimpan menjadi sebuah keputusan yang berkualitas. Data warehouse memiliki definisi yaitu sekumpulan data mengintergrasi yang diekstrasi yang berasal dari basis data operasional, basis data historis, dan basis data eksternal, kemudian dibersihkan, dan melakukan perubahan yang bertujuan pelacakan dan menganalisis guna menyajikan data basi business intelligence untuk pengambilan keputusan dan dikelompokkan. Artikel ini mereview Pengaruh Business Intelligence terhadap perusahaan dalam Pengambilan Keputusan, yaitu: Business Intelligence, Arsitektur BI dan Data Warehouse, suatu studi literatur Business Intelligence. Artikel ini disusun dengan tujuan membuat bahan untuk riset selanjutnya guna membangun hipotesis berpengaruh variabel satu dengan yang lainnya. Artikel ini memiliki hasil literature review ini adalah: 1) Business Intelligence berpengaruh terhadap Pengambilan Keputusan; 2) Arsitektur BI berpengaruh terhadap Pengambilan Keputusan; dan 3) Data Warehouse berpengaruh terhadap Pengambilan Keputusan.
