Abstract

This research aims to measure the influence of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance at the Denmabesad Damkar Unit. This research was conducted using descriptive quantitative methods. The number of samples used in this research was 100 respondents and processed the results of the respondent data using saturated samples with the Classical Assumption Test method. And Hypothesis Testing T Test, F Test. The software used in this research uses IBM SPSS 26. The results of this research show that the T X1 test on Y has a significance value of 0.01 < 0.05. Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is an influence of leadership style on employee performance in the Denmabesad firefighting unit that (1) leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance in the Denmabesad firefighting unit, (2) work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance in the Denmabesad firefighting unit, ( 3) Leadership Style and Work Motivation together have a simultaneous effect on Employee Performance at the Denmabesad Fire Department Unit.

Abstract

Literary works during the Japanese colonial era would certainly be a history in literature in Indonesia. For three and a half years the Japanese gave birth to literary works which not only served as a medium of communication for the audience, but also as an expression of the writers who created them. The subject of this paper is to get to know more about the ideals of free life in the colonial period in literary works created by Amal Hamzah. This research reveals Amal Hamzah’s attitude, contradictions, and views regarding life concerns faced by his nation during Japan. Literary works serve as a government propaganda tool to gain sympathy from the people of Indonesia. This invites the pros and cons of the literary community itself. Not all literary works are a propaganda tool of the government because their contens are in the form of criticism of the Japanese government. This makes literary works whose tone refuses to be removed and only circulated among limited groups, even published after independence.

Abstract

Community empowerment is a concept of economic development that encapsulates community values ​​to build a new paradigm in development that is people-centered, participatory. Within this framework efforts to empower communities (empowering) can be studied from 3 (three) aspects: First, ENABLING, namely creating atmosphere that allows the potential of society to develop. Second, EMPOWERING, namely strengthening the potential of the community through concrete steps involving the provision of various inputs and opening up various opportunities that will make the community more empowered. Third, PROTECTING, namely protecting and defending the interests of the weak. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises or MSMEs are small-scale businesses that involve a limited number of employees and capital. Generally, they operate in various sectors, from trading to manufacturing. MSMEs have several strengths, one of which is the ability to quickly and flexibly respond to local needs. They often provide products or services that suit local preferences. The digitization of MSMEs is the change of conventional business transactions to online. The development of technology and information can be said to have influenced various aspects, including business. The UMKM Digitalization Program includes e-Farming by utilizing digital technology in agriculture to increase production capacity and cost efficiency. e-Commerce includes strengthening capacity in digital marketing and marketing MSMEs to global markets through digital platforms.

Abstract

Bidang Peran dan Fungsi Akuntansi Manajemen dalam perusahaan dapat memberikan metode laporan Manajemen yang baik dan dapat dipercaya dalam memutuskan persiapan dan pengaturan dalam suatu kegiatan. Dan untuk memenuhi mutu data yang baik akuntansi manajemen harus mempelajari dan mencontoh setiap kegiatan dari beberapa fungsi manajemen seperti : produksi, pemasaran, personalia dan keuangan. Dengan itu pada pengadaan laporan, para pengambil keputusan dapat memperoleh kualitas informsi lainnya yang akurat. Adapula beberapa fungsi akuntansi manajemen, yaitu: Menghasilkan Informasi keuangan untuk kepentingan manajemen atau pihak internal perusahaan untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan, Mengidentifikasi, mengukur dan melaporkan informasi keuangan dalam bentuk suatu laporan keuangan yang sistematis, transparan dan detail, Untuk menyajikan suatu laporan sebagai satu kesatuan usaha. Artikel ini meriview Faktor-faktor yang dapat berpengaruh pada Peran dan Fungsi Akuntansi Manajemen Terhadap Perusahaan Dagang, yaitu: Pengambilan Keputusan, Biaya Produksi dan Penganggaran Modal. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini guna membangun hipotesis pengaruh antar variabel untuk digunakan pada riset selanjutnya. Hasil artikel literature review ini adalah: 1) Pengambilan Keputusan berpengaruh terhadap Peran dan Fungsi Akuntansi Manajemen Terhadap Perusahaan Dagang; 2) Biaya Produksi berpengaruh terhadap Peran dan Fungsi Akuntansi Manajemen Terhadap Perusahaan Dagang; dan 3) Penganggaran Modal berpengaruh terhadap Peran dan Fungsi Akuntansi Manajemen Terhadap Perusahaan Dagang.
