Abstract

Konsep perencanaan strategis menjadi terkenal pada 1980-an di bawah bendera Manajemen Publik Baru; Sejak saat itu, beberapa komponen perencanaan strategis sektor swasta telah diimplementasikan dan diinterpretasikan di sektor publik. Sementara banyak dari konsep-konsep ini bukanlah hal baru, penerapannya pada sektor publik adalah hal yang baru. Kebangkitan dan penerimaan umum dari perencanaan strategis sektor publik juga bertepatan dengan revolusi digital yang dimulai pada akhir 1980-an, menawarkan janji yang sangat besar, tetapi juga jumlah potensi jebakan yang sama. Hasil penelitian adalah Strategi Bisnis berpengaruh terhadap Perencanaan Organisasi dan Perkembangan Teknologi Mempengaruhi Perencanaan Organisasi.

Abstract

Annisa Azahra Aulia 202010325158. This study is used to measure the effect of training and development, job satisfaction, and work discipline on employee performance at PT Bakrie Pipe Industries. This study is a quantitative study where the objects used are employees of PT Bakrie Pipe Industries. The number of samples used in this study was 115 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and data processing and hypothesis testing using SPSS 26. The results of this study explain that the financial literacy variable has a positive effect on investment decisions, the Training and Development variable has a positive effect on employee performance, the Job Satisfaction variable has a positive effect on employee performance, the Work Discipline variable on Employee Performance and simultaneously the Training and Development, Job Satisfaction, and Work Discipline variables have a positive effect on Employee Performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pentingnya motivasi internal bagi karyawan, pentingnya motivasi internal bagi karyawan, dan pentingnya motivasi internal bagi karyawan dan karyawan secara bersamaan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dengan signifikansi t sebesar 0,000 dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,636 pada D = 0,05 (0,000 0,05). Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dengan nilai signifikansi t lebih besar dari 0,013 lebih kecil dari D = 0,05 (0,013 ± 0,05) dengan koefisien regresi determinasi sebesar 0,226. Motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan signifikansi F sebesar atau lebih besar dari 0,000 dan D = 0,05 (0,000 0,05) masing-masing sama dengan atau lebih besar dari 0,66%. Dalam penelitian ini, variabel yang tidak diketahui menyumbang 34% dari varians.

Abstract

Community empowerment is a concept of economic development that encapsulates community values ​​to build a new paradigm in development that is people-centered, participatory. Within this framework efforts to empower communities (empowering) can be studied from 3 (three) aspects: First, ENABLING, namely creating atmosphere that allows the potential of society to develop. Second, EMPOWERING, namely strengthening the potential of the community through concrete steps involving the provision of various inputs and opening up various opportunities that will make the community more empowered. Third, PROTECTING, namely protecting and defending the interests of the weak. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises or MSMEs are small-scale businesses that involve a limited number of employees and capital. Generally, they operate in various sectors, from trading to manufacturing. MSMEs have several strengths, one of which is the ability to quickly and flexibly respond to local needs. They often provide products or services that suit local preferences. The digitization of MSMEs is the change of conventional business transactions to online. The development of technology and information can be said to have influenced various aspects, including business. The UMKM Digitalization Program includes e-Farming by utilizing digital technology in agriculture to increase production capacity and cost efficiency. e-Commerce includes strengthening capacity in digital marketing and marketing MSMEs to global markets through digital platforms.
