Abstract

The advancement of science and information and communication technology as one of the products of changing times has had a positive impact on the progress of today's education world. The era of digitalization called the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 made changes very quickly. Many digital learning applications can be used effectively and efficiently as learning support media. This research requires learning media innovation so that students do not feel bored during the teaching and learning process. Many digital learning applications that can be used effectively and efficiently as learning support media The purpose of this research is: to find out the increase in student learning outcomes in the VIIIath Pythagorean theorem material at SMPN 2 Bojonegara. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). Data collection using the test and observation methods from January to February 2020. The results of this study are; there is an increase in learning outcomes on average learning outcomes 63 in cycle I and 78 in cycle II.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang manajemen pelayanan bimbingan konseling di SMK Swasta Teladan Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana pelayanan bimbingan konseling yang telah terlaksana di SMK Teladan Medan. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dengan subjek dalam penelitian ialah guru bimbingan konseling guna memperoleh hasil gambaran terkait manajemen pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan konseling. Adapun hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini ialah bagaimana gambaran mengenai keterlaksanaan pelayanan bimbingan konseling dalam memberikan bimbingan kepada siswa agar dapat mengembangkan minat dan bakat, memberikan bimbingan kepada siswa yang bermasalah dan memberikan layanan bimbingan konseling kepada peserta didik. Kata Kunci. Manajemen; Pelayanan; Bimbingan Konseling   Abstract. This study aims to obtain an overview of the management of counseling services at the Exemplary Private Vocational School in Medan. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method which aims to describe how counseling services have been carried out at the Exemplary Vocational High School in Medan. Data collection through interviews with the subjects in the study, namely counseling teachers, in order to obtain an overview of the management of the implementation of counseling services. The results obtained from this study are how to describe the implementation of counseling services in providing guidance to students so that they can develop their interests and talents, provide guidance to students with problems and provide guidance and counseling services to students.
