Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kajian kritis atas literasi nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter dalam Kitab Akhlak Lil Banin karya Syekh Umar bin Ahmad Baraja di Pondok Pesantren Al Faqih Babakan Ciwaringin Cirebon. Pendekatan penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif deskriptif dengan Library research. Pengumpulan data diambil dari analisis sumber primer dari kitab Akhlak Lil Banin di Pondok Pesantren Al Faqih Babakan Ciwaringin Cirebon. Di dalam kitab Akhlak Lil Banin karya Syekh Umar Bin Ahmad Baraja terdapat banyak nilai-nilai Pendidikan karakter seorang guru maupun pelajar dan nilai keluhuran akhlak yang sangat tinggi. Nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter dalam Kitab Akhlak Lil Banin karya Syekh Umar bin Ahmad Baraja di Pondok Pesantren Al Faqih Babakan Ciwaringin Cirebon meliputi: pertama, religius. kedua, ketiga, amanah. keempat, berbuat baik kepada orang tua. kelima, sopan santun. keenam, toleransi, ketujuh, disiplin, kedelapan, tanggungjawab, kesembilan, ihsan, kesembilan, dermawan. sepuluh, rendah hati. sebelas, cinta lingkungan.

Abstract

Transaksi dalam ekonomi syariah tidak hanya berorientasi pada keuntungan materi, tetapi juga mengandung nilai-nilai filosofis yang berlandaskan prinsip-prinsip Islam. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap dimensi filosofis dalam transaksi ekonomi syariah, termasuk konsep keadilan, kemaslahatan, dan tanggung jawab sosial. Transaksi ekonomi syariah bertumpu pada larangan riba, gharar, dan maysir, serta mendorong penerapan prinsip keadilan dan transparansi dalam setiap aktivitas ekonomi. Penelitian ini juga membahas bagaimana nilai-nilai filosofis tersebut diterapkan dalam praktik, seperti dalam kontrak bagi hasil, jual beli, dan wakaf. Dengan pendekatan ini, diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam mengenai peran nilai filosofis dalam menciptakan sistem ekonomi yang berkeadilan dan berkelanjutan. Abstract

The purpose of conducting research on Islamic values in cadet education is to explore, identify and analyze the application of the process of cadet education programs, Islamic values in cadet education, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of cadet education at Vocational High School Pelayaran Buana Bahari Cirebon. The research method used is a qualitative approach. The data collection technique is first, using interviews with principals, teachers, instructors, cadets and parents. Second, observation on educational activities for 24 hours. Third, the study of documentation on archives and documents at SMK Pelayaran Buana Bahari Cirebon. The results show that the youth education system is by implementing a boarding or boarding program with a semi-pesantren approach, class learning according to scheduled subjects, ceremonies and apples every morning and evening, sports by running and push-ups, congregational prayers, congregational yasinan, commemoration of Islamic Holidays and mental and character development of cadets. The Islamic values obtained by the cadets are religious values, commendable moral values to teachers, the value of caring for social and environmental concerns, the value of religious moderation and the value of love for the homeland. The advantages of cadet education are the balance of spiritual, intellectual and physical aspects of cadets. Meanwhile, the weakness of cadet education is the existence of a punishment syndrome, the presence of thick seniority, negative parents' suspicions on the school and the tight schedule of cadet activities that drain the cadets' energy and minds.

Abstract

Today's technological advances require humans to always go hand in hand with technology. One of them is buying and selling activities using an online system. This is considered easier and more efficient than offline transactions. One of the popular shopping applications in Indonesia today is Shopee. In practice, Shopee offers a feature called paylater. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method to describe the practice of using Shopee Paylater loans from the perspective of Islamic law, while what is used is some research that has been done before. This research was conducted using a normative approach to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the issues under consideration. In this case whether the practice of using Shopee Paylater loans is Halal or Haram. Actually, it has been fulfilled by Shopee Paylater from the qardh contract both in terms of akid because of the mutual agreement between the two parties, the main object being traded can be trusted, and also shigat in the paylater system there is already a form of transaction confirmation between the two parties which is in accordance with the qardh contract. However, from another aspect, there are instruments that contain usury, namely in the practice of Shopee Paylater there are additions.

Abstract

This research is undertaken with the primary objective of enhancing the analytical skills of eighth-grade students at MTs Negeri 2, Cirebon, particularly in the domain of the Functions of the 1945 Constitution and Other Legislation. The research design is grounded in the Classroom Action Research methodology as conceptualized by Kemmis & McTaggart, encompassing four distinct phases: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The study unfolds across two cycles, each comprising two instructional sessions, and involves a cohort of 32 students from the eighth grade at MTs Negeri 2, Cirebon. The findings of this research underscore the efficacy of the guided inquiry model in bolstering the analytical competencies of students. These conclusions are derived from the tangible outcomes represented by average scores and completion percentages. Insight gained through observational analysis during the guided inquiry model application reveals that students not only grasp the intricacies of the Functions of the 1945 Constitution and other legislation but also exhibit the ability to dissect various sections of these legal documents. The analytical skills assessment results demonstrate that in Cycle I, students achieved an average score of 71.25 with a completion rate of 68.75%. Subsequent to the intervention in Cycle II, the average score increased to 80.59, with a notable improvement in the completion rate to 95.75%. This affirms the successful impact of the guided inquiry model on elevating students’ analytical capabilities concerning the Functions of the 1945 Constitution and Other Legislation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi penggunaan Instagram sebagai platform untuk mengelola portofolio aktivitas siswa di sekolah dasar. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dan pendekatan studi literatur, penelitian ini menganalisis berbagai sumber yang relevan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas dan tantangan dalam menerapkan sistem informasi berbasis media sosial ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Instagram dapat menjadi alat yang efektif untuk mendokumentasikan dan memamerkan aktivitas siswa, sehingga meningkatkan keterlibatan orang tua dan menyediakan cara visual serta interaktif untuk melacak kemajuan siswa. Namun, kebijakan ketat mengenai privasi dan keamanan data siswa sangat diperlukan untuk memastikan lingkungan online yang aman. Dengan manajemen dan panduan yang tepat, Instagram dapat mendukung pengembangan keterampilan digital siswa, mendorong ekspresi kreatif, dan memperkuat komunikasi antara sekolah dan orang tua, yang pada akhirnya berkontribusi pada komunitas sekolah yang lebih terlibat dan terinformasi

Abstract

This study aims to identify the social education values within the Five Pillars of Islam, their implementation, and their outcomes in the lives of students at Pondok Pesantren Miftahussa’adah. The research indicates that social education values in the Five Pillars include fostering trust in others' potential, thoughts, and responsibilities, maintaining cleanliness, discipline, orderliness, consistent concern for others, refraining from causing harm, and preserving social ties with any community. The implementation of social education values at Pondok Pesantren Miftahussa’adah includes communal prayers, recitations of Ratib and Yasin, Sholawat, tahlil, and commemorating the founders of the school. The outcomes of implementing social education values from the Five Pillars in the lives of the students at Pesantren Miftahussa’adah are increased awareness and concern for others, mutual respect and trust, collaborative decision-making, and maintaining a clean environment.

Abstract

Adolescence marks a critical transition from childhood to adulthood, a period characterized by identity exploration and the pursuit of new experiences to build personal understanding. However, it is also a vulnerable stage, with many adolescents becoming involved in cases such as sexual harassment, gang violence, and bullying. Institutionally, religious education typically ends at the elementary level, where children attend MDTA (Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah) to establish basic religious foundations. After MDTA, there is no formal continuation structured by the government, leaving adolescents without sufficient guidance during this crucial phase. This community service program aims to instill the cultural values of the pesantren (Islamic boarding school), implement its practices, and evaluate its impact on strengthening religious behavior among teenagers. The mentoring activities successfully empowered adolescents to study classical Islamic texts (kitab kuning), recite the Qur'an and Hadith, enhance their worship practices, develop integrity-driven character, and maintain strong social ties. Parental, community, and government support further reinforced the program's success, introducing a new concept built on four pillars: spiritual, emotional, intellectual, and physical well-being. Through this holistic pesantren-based approach, adolescents achieved a balanced development that prepares them for future challenges.
