Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengevaluasi ketercapaian program pendidikan karakter di MTs. Al-Ulum Medan, (2) memberikan rekomendasi baik kepada guru, sekolah, maupun pemerintah untuk perbaikan program pendidikan karakter. Jenis penelitian adalah evaluasi program (evaluasi formatif) dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis data Milles & Huberman meliputi: reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) kesiapan MTs. Al-Ulum Medan untuk mengimplementasikan pendidikan karakter baik, dinilai dari kurikulum yang telah terintegrasi pendidikan karakter, namun masih kurang dalam hal pengelolaan sarana prasarana pendukung dan banyak guru memerlukan lebih banyak pengetahuan dan keterampilan tentang pendidikan karakter; (2) implementasi pendidikan karakter sudah tampak pada kegiatan pembelajaran; (3) dukungan dari pemerintah dalam sosialisasi atau pelatihan dirasa masih kurang oleh sekolah; (4) monitoring dan evaluasi pendidikan karakter masih terbatas pada kurikulum dan dilakukan melalui pembinaan pengawas di setiap sekolah; dan (5) kendala yang umum dihadapi sekolah adalah penilaian sikap siswa yang belum terdokumentasi, kurangnya pemahaman guru untuk mengimplementasikan pendidikan karakter, dan tidak adanya sinergi antara pendidikan di sekolah dengan pendidikan di rumah.

Abstract

Changes, both planned and unplanned, will always occur in human life at every stage. Because change is the nature of man as a creature, he changes from the time he is in his mother's womb until he is born and grows into adulthood and even old age. Change will not be distinguished from institutions or organisations in the same way. The role of a leader will have a significant impact on organisational development and change. An ideal leader will be able to bring appropriate, conditional, and purposeful changes to the organisation that he or she oversees. The led institution will be able to achieve its goals maximally if the changes are implemented and managed in a structured and methodical manner.

Abstract

Kebijakan standardisasi internasional untuk produk KFC merupakan strategi penting untuk menjaga citra merek dan kualitas tetap konsisten di seluruh operasi globalnya. KFC, sebagai jaringan restoran drive-through global, menerapkan pedoman ketat untuk memastikan bahwa produknya memenuhi harapan konsumen di negara lain. Hasilnya, KFC mampu mematuhi peraturan pemerintah terkait keamanan dan kesehatan pangan berkat standar internasional. Selain itu, KFC mampu mengurangi risiko akibat perbedaan peraturan antar negara. Melalui strategi normalisasi produk global, KFC dapat memperkuat gambaran citranya sebagai pemasok makanan murah bernilai di pasar global, namun tetap fokus pada keragaman selera pembeli lokal. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari makalah ini adalah untuk menyelidiki pengaruh kebijakan produk standardisasi internasional KFC terhadap keamanan dan kualitas produk. Strategi ujian ini menggunakan studi tertulis, khususnya melalui situs Google Researcher. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, KFC terus berupaya menjamin kualitas dan kesehatan produknya. Organisasi ini berfokus pada sifat produknya melalui perspektif yang berbeda, misalnya akreditasi halal, kemajuan dalam pembuatan menu baru, kontrol kualitas yang ketat, dan pelaksanaan administrasi penting. KFC juga berfokus pada jaringan toko dan pengendalian kualitas di industri makanan murah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of complaint handling on customer satisfaction at Baitulmaal Muamalat Medan. Customer satisfaction is an important indicator in evaluating the quality of banking services and can affect customer loyalty and retention. Effective handling of customer complaints is a key factor in increasing customer satisfaction. This research uses a survey method by distributing questionnaires to Baitulmaal Muamalat Medan customers. The research sample consisted of 200 randomly selected customers. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques to test the relationship between complaint handling and customer satisfaction. In addition, descriptive statistical analysis was also carried out to analyze the characteristics of respondents. The results showed that complaint handling has a significant positive influence on customer satisfaction at Baitulmaal Muamalat Medan. This finding shows the importance of implementing effective complaint handling practices in Islamic financial institutions. Customers who are satisfied with the complaint handling provided have a tendency to remain loyal customers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the selling price of palm sap brown sugar in Pegajahan District using the plus cost price method. Palm sap brown sugar is a processed product that has high economic value and is in great demand by the public, both for direct consumption and as an industrial raw material. However, selling prices that often fluctuate are a challenge for producers in determining reasonable and profitable prices. This study identifies the costs involved in the production process of palm sap brown sugar, such as raw material costs, labor, and other costs, as well as determining the feasible profit margin to set the selling price of the product. The cost plus price method is used to calculate the selling price by adding the corresponding profit margin to the total cost of production. The results of this study are expected to provide useful recommendations for palm sap brown sugar producers in Pegajahan District in determining the optimal selling price, as well as contributing to local economic development. In addition, this study also provides insight into the cost efficiency in palm sap brown sugar production in the area.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze corporate communication ethics in product marketing strategies on social media. This study examines the literature on the principles of business ethics and marketing communications. The method used is descriptive research, collecting information from primary and secondary sources. The analysis was carried out using a qualitative approach to identify the ethical aspects of product marketing in social networks. The aftereffects of this study demonstrate that there are several moral perspectives that need consideration in web-based entertainment business correspondence, such as genuineness, receptiveness, decency and social obligation. This study assists with understanding the decision and utilization of business correspondence morals in item advertising techniques via virtual entertainment. These discoveries can be the reason for building more moral business correspondence rehearses in the computerized period
