Abstract

The development of fashion trends has undergone major changes towards modern fashion styles. Many new trends are emerging, one of which is the popularity of Western-style clothing among young people. This phenomenon causes a reduction in people's loyalty to local cultural products, so that many local products are left behind compared to other products. This encourages entrepreneurs operating in the cultural products industry to compete to create excellence in their products so they can compete in the modern era. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method. This research aims to analyze the competitive environment and what strategies are suitable for Kyan Ulos. The results of the research findings are that Kyan Ulos has a fairly high competitive environment, and the strategy that Kyan Ulos can use is the Differentiation Strategy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini diberi judul "Efektivitas Pengarsipan Dan Penyimpanan Dokumen Persuratan Secara Digital Pada Kantor BPK Perwakilan Provinsi Sumatera Utara." Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengelolaan arsip berfungsi di Kantor BPK Wilayah Provinsi Sumatera Utara, khususnya di Subbagian Humas dan Tata Usaha. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif sebagai pendekatan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi sebagai teknik utama, dengan fokus tidak hanya pada individu, tetapi juga pada berbagai objek yang ada di lapangan. Subjek pengumpulan data melalui observasi difokuskan pada Subbagian Humas di Kantor BPK Wilayah Provinsi Sumatera Utara.   Penelitian ini berjudul “Efektivitas Pengarsipan Digital dan Penyimpanan Dokumen Persuratan di Kantor Perwakilan BPK Provinsi Sumatera Utara”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas pengelolaan arsip pada kantor BPK perwakilan Provinsi Sumatera Utara khususnya pada subbagian Humas dan Tata Usaha. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan dalam penulisan artikel ini adalah penelitian deskriptif. Observasi merupakan suatu teknik pengumpulan data dan mempunyai ciri fisik jika dibandingkan dengan teknik lainnya yaitu wawancara. Pengamatan tidak terbatas pada orang saja, namun juga pada objek yang ada di lapangan. Subyek pengumpulan data melalui observasi di Subbagian Humas Kantor Perwakilan BPK Provinsi Sumatera

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze corporate communication ethics in product marketing strategies on social media. This study examines the literature on the principles of business ethics and marketing communications. The method used is descriptive research, collecting information from primary and secondary sources. The analysis was carried out using a qualitative approach to identify the ethical aspects of product marketing in social networks. The aftereffects of this study demonstrate that there are several moral perspectives that need consideration in web-based entertainment business correspondence, such as genuineness, receptiveness, decency and social obligation. This study assists with understanding the decision and utilization of business correspondence morals in item advertising techniques via virtual entertainment. These discoveries can be the reason for building more moral business correspondence rehearses in the computerized period
