Abstract

Abstract: The Independent Curriculum is a new challenge for teachers in basic education environments. In 2022/2023 schools will be able to choose the curriculum that will be used in the education unit. There are 3 curriculum options available according to school conditions. This article aims to explore teachers' experiences in dealing with the complexity of the independent curriculum that has been implemented and its impact on the learning process. Through qualitative research using in-depth interviews and observations, it was found that teachers face various challenges and opportunities in implementing the Independent Curriculum at the education unit level, especially elementary schools. Abstract

Abstract: Educational planning is the starting point or point of view used in the process of implementing education with systematic activity steps to achieve educational goals effectively and efficiently. Educational planning plays a role in providing clarity of direction in the education delivery process. Therefore, an educational planner is required to have the ability to prepare a design using one type of educational planning approach. The educational planning approach for each type and level of education will be different, especially for inclusive education. Education is not only for normal children, but children who have special needs must get the same educational opportunities and opportunities as other normal children. In the Islamic view, education is an obligation both to understand Islamic obligations and to build culture/civilization. Inclusive education is a way or innovation to address educational equality for all Indonesian citizens, both normal children and those with special needs. Planning inclusive education related to Children with Special Needs (ABK) is a complex task and an important thing that must be done before implementing learning. Inclusive education is a conscious effort to mature humans through structured and sustainable efforts with an open, dynamic and rational learning system. To achieve peace and prosperity in the educational process, especially at the elementary school level, there is a need for educational planning where this will influence the process of achieving educational goals. Abstract

Educational leadership is a way that is inherent in a leader in carrying out his duties through the people he leads in educational institutions. Educational institutions in Indonesia consist of state educational institutions and private educational institutions. Leadership in private educational institutions, both schools and universities, is essentially obtained through stages that have been determined by government regulations and adapted to the policies or regulations of private institutions without reducing what has been stipulated in government regulations to serve as guidelines. This research aims to provide an overview of educational leadership in private educational institutions regarding how to obtain it and their responsibilities in leading. The research method used is a library research by exploring information through literature regarding situational leadership in private educational institutions. Situational leadership style is an approach to leadership that encourages leaders to understand their behavior, the behavior of subordinates, and the situation before using a particular leadership style.
