Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between electric potential difference and electric current in a conductor with resistance and aims to describe the MPA relationship in adding to the scientific body of physics. The type of research used in this study is quantitative experiment, namely research by conducting practice on ohm's law physics. The data in this study were obtained from experiments, questions and answers, and documentation. Based on the experimental results shown by the graph, it proves that the potential difference and electric current strength have a significant relationship, which is in accordance with the theory of Ohm's law. Based on the discussion above, it can be concluded that there is a link or relationship between MPA and the scientific treasures of physics because MPA can add new experiences, understand new theories and so on. From the results of the graphs shown, it can be concluded that the experiments were carried out in accordance with Ohm's law theory, namely the voltage is directly proportional to the current strength. Therefore, it is necessary to have a practicum guidebook that can train the science of ohm's law physics

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the SQ3R method in improving student learning outcomes and understanding of physics concepts related to measurements among class X-I students at SMA Negeri 3 Pamekasan. Conducted as classroom action research (CAR) with 36 participants, data were collected through a five-question test. Prior to implementing the SQ3R method, the average student score was 56.67, with a learning completion rate of 22.22%, indicating that 28 students had not achieved an adequate understanding of the material. Post-implementation, the average score increased to 75.28, with a learning completion rate of 61.11%, signifying successful comprehension for 22 students and an average improvement of 38.89%. In Cycle II, which focused on analyzing single and repeated measurements, the average score rose to 82.22, with an 86.11% completion rate, though five students (13.88%) remained below the required standard. Additionally, the SQ3R method positively impacted student engagement. In Cycle I, physical, mental, and emotional activities were recorded at 50.57%, 35.67%, and 61.11%, respectively. These metrics increased significantly in Cycle II to 86.27%, 92.24%, and 87%. These findings demonstrate the SQ3R method's effectiveness in enhancing learning outcomes, conceptual understanding, and student participation.

Abstract

The teacher is someone who has an important role in student development starting from developing students' talents, giving advice, being a good role model, especially in building good ethics. In this case the school is a place to build student ethics, starting from ethics in speaking to teachers, parents, peers and others, ethics in dress, ethics in association, traffic ethics, ethics in business and other ethical ethics. The existence of this research aims to describe how the teacher's role in building student ethics. This study used the literature review method where fifteen articles and five books were analyzed which were the most significant to the research topic. In accordance with the research that has been done, the results show that the role of being a teacher in the process of building student ethics is very much needed because as an educator the teacher holds a very important role in the learning process. Ethics has many meanings, but based on a broader understanding, ethics is a guide to life, to live in a way that is in accordance with the rules and to act according to the rules. From this understanding it provides methods, directions for humans to live well and do positive things. Based on this research, it can be concluded that the teacher has an important role for students to guide, teach, give direction, especially in forming good ethics so that students with better ethics are formed than before. The role of a teacher is very important for students so that students can gain as much knowledge from the teacher
