Abstract

This research discusses the management of educational facilities and infrastructure in improving the competence of students. The purpose of this study is to describe the management of infrastructure facilities starting from planning, procurement, maintenance, elimination, and supervision. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. The data sources of this study are principals, TU principals, teachers, and students. Data collection was carried out through observation and direct interviews with subjects. Data analysis uses qualitative data analysis techniques consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that the management of educational facilities and infrastructure in improving the competence of students has gone quite well. The empowerment of educational facilities and infrastructure in the SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Weleri school has been carried out well, starting from the empowerment of educational resources, both human resources, financial resources, educational institutions, and other facilities and facilities. Supervision carried out at SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Weleri school is well managed, starting from the classroom, teacher's room, tables, chairs, and all equipment that supports learning is managed as well as possible so that when the learning process begins it can run smoothly and safely without any obstacles

Abstract

Dalam tulisan ini, gagasan tentang sistem informasi manajemen pendidikan dan bagaimana hubungannya dengan transformasi digital akan dibahas. Sangat penting bagi institusi pendidikan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi manajemen (SIM). Penting untuk dilaksanakan sejauh menyangkut kebutuhan administrasi dan permintaan kebutuhan masyarakat, kerangka data administrasi memberikan data yang tepat dan ideal yang diharapkan dapat bekerja dengan arah dan pemikiran kritis yang memberdayakan pelaksanaan pengaturan, kontrol dan kemampuan fungsional untuk benar-benar berjalan . Metode deskriptif kualitatif digunakan dalam penulisan ilmiah. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan dan pengelolaan SIM organisasi dapat secara efektif dan efisien menghasilkan keputusan yang tidak hanya cepat dan akurat tetapi juga sejalan dengan praktik terbaik organisasi. Data telah menjadi aset penting untuk mengawasi asosiasi saat ini. Kajian pustaka digunakan dalam metode penelitian ini. Hasil dalam tulisan ini menemukan bahwa perenungan esensial dan metodologi dinamis dalam otoritas instruktif sangat bagus dan sesuai dengan hipotesis.

Abstract

In this paper, the idea of education management information systems and how they relate to digital transformation will be discussed. It is very important for educational institutions to develop a management information system (MIS). Important to implement as far as administrative needs and people's needs demand, administrative data frameworks provide precise and ideal data that are expected to work with direction and critical thinking that empowers the implementation of arrangements, controls and functional capabilities to actually run. Qualitative descriptive methods are used in scientific writing. The study shows that the development and management of an organization's driver's license can effectively and efficiently result in decisions that are not only quick and accurate but also in line with organizational best practices. Data has become an important asset for keeping an eye on associations today. Literature review is used in this research method. The results in this paper find that essential contemplation and dynamic methodology in instructive authority are excellent and fit the hypothesis.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of moral learning effectiveness and teacher role modeling on students' attitudes of respect in the face of the challenges of the digital era. The shift in the values of pesantren students' manners, influenced by the global flow of information, is the main problem in this research. In fact, ta'dzim is the essence of the blessing of knowledge, which must be maintained even tho the digital world brings many challenges. The research method used is quantitative with a causal-associative design, where data was collected thru questionnaires distributed to a sample of 227 students using the Stratified Random Sampling technique. To analyze the data, the Multiple Linear Regression technique was used. The research results indicate that the effectiveness of moral education and teacher role modeling have a positive and significant influence on students' attitudes of respect, with a contribution of 55.1% (R2=0.551) based on the F-statistic test (137.268) with a significance value of 0.000. Partially, teacher role modeling (X2) has a more dominant influence (regression coefficient 0.541) compared to the effectiveness of moral learning (X1). The conclusion of this research is that the formation of student character of reverence in pesantren must involve synergy between an effective education system and real-life examples from educators, who can serve as role models in daily life.
