Abstract

Where Hizib Nahdatul Watani Wa Hizib Nahdatul Banati becomes a literary work that has a function and role in the reading community and the author himself who is also a reader of Hizib Nahdatul Watani Wa Hizib Nahdatul Banati. This research is qualitative research, namely research that obtains data and information about the object of research through relevant books and scientific articles and through field observations in the form of interviews with related sources. In this study, two theories were used, namely the first theory in the science of balaghah which was used to express the style of language used in Hizib Nahdatul Watani Wa Hizib Nahdatul Banati. And the second is the theory of literary sociology to reveal the function of literature to the reading society. The result of this research is the book Hizib Nahdatul Watani Wa Hizib Nahdatul Banati in terms of the author's language style using iqtibas, saja', majaz, and ithnab. The function of the book Hizib Nahdatul Watani Wa Hizib Nahdatul Banati for the author is as a prayer, as a defense bull of NWDI and NWBI, as a medium for spreading Nahdlatul Wathan, and as a light for the nation and state. While the function for the Nahdlatul Wathan tariqa group and Nahdlatul Wathan residents is as a bale wall, medicine for disease, savior, and as a medium of allegiance to Allah SWT. In addition, there is also a tradition that has been built, namely the hiziban tradition in the Nahdlatul Wathan community

Abstract

This study was conducted at Muhammadiyah Narmada Junior High School and Al-Kamal IT NWDI Junior High School. The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of religious moderation values in the teaching materials of both schools. Employing a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation from school principals, Muhammadiyah teachers, NWDI teachers, and students. The data analysis involved data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that SMP IT Al-Kamal NWDI implements religious moderation through several strategies: (1) instilling Islamic beliefs aligned with Ahlussunnah waljama'ah understanding; (2) assigning leadership tasks to students as a form of learning; (3) habituating students through school or boarding school programs; and (4) fostering a sense of love for the nation and state.

Abstract

Manajemen SDM internasional sering digunakan oleh perusahaan multinasional atau perusahaan yang hendak mengembangkan usahanya ke dunia internasional. Istilah manajemen SDM internasional merujuk kepada implementasi aspek-aspek manajemen dalam ruang lingkup manajemen dan erat kaitannya dengan manajemen strategik. Di era modern seperti sekarang ini sudah banyak perusahaan yang melakukan kegiatan bisnisnya secara lebih global. Pada penelitian ini ditampilkan beberapa Perusahaan yang proses produksi, distribusi, penjualan dan hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan proses bisnis diupayakan sedemikian rupa agar bisa terus bersaing di tengah era bisnis global modern. Perkembangan global secara langsung dan tidak langsung memiliki pengaruh terhadap organisasi dan manusia di dalamnya. Perusahaan yang semakin variatif akan membutuhkan manajemen sumber daya manusia yang semakin kompleks untuk memenuhi kebutuhan perusahaan di negara yang berbeda-beda. Oleh karena itu perusahaan akan mulai menerapkan manajemen sumber daya manusia internasional (MSDMI) untuk memperoleh sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas dan dapat memberikan pelayanan terbaik di mana perusahaan akan beroperasi. Beberapa penelitian menyatakan bahwa sumber daya manusia internasional akan memiliki makna dan berfungsi dengan baik jika diatur melalui menajemen sumber daya manusia yang komplek melalui manajemen strategik. Pada penelitian ini memakai metodologi Analisa deskritif kualitatif, ialah sesuatu tata cara analisa yang bermaksud buat membagikan deskriptif ataupun cerminan hal poin riset bersumber pada informasi variable yang didapat dari golongan poin khususKata kunci: manajemen, sumber daya manusia, manajemen strategik
