Abstract

Technology has an important role in education today. The implementation of this research is about how educators understand the concept of independent learning in applying educational technology as a basis for learning. This research aims to describe the role of technology based on an independent learning perspective. The method in this research uses a qualitative descriptive method. The data collection technique involves conducting a literature review on 20 journals. The research results explain how technology plays an important role in the independent learning program in improving the quality of education. This can be seen from the implementation of independent learning policies which provide opportunities for schools, teachers, and students to innovate and have the freedom to learn independently

Abstract

Learning activities will be successful if students have motivation in learning. Therefore, the article that we created aims to better recognize and examine the effect of learning strategies applied by teachers in increasing students' learning motivation. In achieving the goal of increasing student motivation, there needs to be a better effort in choosing and implementing learning strategies that are in accordance with the competencies to be achieved. The research we conducted used a descriptive analysis approach through data collection methods. The data collection is done by studying literature through articles, journals and books. To increase students' learning motivation, it is necessary to choose the right learning strategy by considering the characteristics of the objectives and content of the field of study. The results of the analysis show that there is a big influence given by the learning strategy on increasing students' learning motivation. This influence has an impact on student learning outcomes for the better. Each learning strategy has a different effect on students' learning motivation. The application of correct learning strategies also increases students' understanding of the learning content.

Abstract

Peran kepala sekolah di dalam lingkup sekolah sangat penting untuk keberhasilan sekolah. Dengan artikel ini penulis bertujuan untuk menyampaikan peran kepala sekolah terhadap pengelolaan pendidikan di satuan pendidikan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan sumber - sumber yang digunakan yakni buku dan jurnal. Hasil yang didapatkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang besar dari kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap pengelolaan pendidikan di satuan pendidikan. Seorang kepala sekolah harus memiliki kemampuan dalam memimpin untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Fakta yang ada di lapangan seorang kepala sekolah hanya mengincar jabatannya dan tidak mahir dalam mengelola pendidikan di sekolahnya, bahkan tidak mampu memimpin dengan baik. Padahal kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dapat menentukan maju atau tidaknya suatu sekolah.
