Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada salah satu perusahaan suplier buah di Denpasar yaitu UD Nugraha Dewata, dimana penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja, kepemimpinan transformasional dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan UD Nugraha Dewata yang berjumlah 45 karyawan. Sampel penelitian dipilih dengan menggunakan sampling jenuh, dimana semua populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian. hasil analisis diolah menggunakan SPSS 23.0 dimana hasil penelitian ini adalah motivasi kerja, kepemimpinan transformasional dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

The phenomenon that occurred at Harris Hotel Kuta regarding work family conflict and high workload, thereby increasing the turnover intention of workers due to the pressure of business competition in the industry hospitality. Workers, especially operational teams, have to do their work harder than usual because the number of staff must be minimized and the work per employee must be high to meet the company's expectations can achieve maximum work effectiveness. The aim of the research is to determine the effect of work family conflict on turnover intention and to determine the effect of workload on turnover intention at Harris Hotel Kuta Galleria Bali. Collection method data done with questionnaire. Sample in this study were 80 respondents. Determination of retrieval number of respondents was carried out with the sesnus method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, with software SPSS. Results test instrument show data valid And reliable. Results study showing that results work family conflict has a positive effect on turnover intention and workload results have a positive effect to turnover intention on Harris Hotel Kuta Gallery Bali. Abstract

Human resources are assets owned by an organization. Without human resources in an entity, operational activities will not be able to run. Entities must be able to empower human resources so that they can produce qualified employee performance. Employee performance is influenced by many factors including the physical work environment, emotional intelligence and self-leadership. This study aims to determine the effect of the physical work environment, emotional intelligence and self-leadership on employee performance. The location of this research is at The Vira Boutique Hotel and Suites Bali. The population uses The Vira Boutique Hotel and Suites Bali employees and a sample of 55 employees. Data analysis technique using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. From the results of the study, it was found that the physical work environment had a significant positive effect on employee performance, emotional intelligence had a significant positive effect on employee performance, and self-leadership had a significant positive effect on employee performance. Suggestions that can be given by researchers are The Vira Boutique Hotel and Suites Bali should organize the work space properly, provide training to employees and guide employees, and always supervise employees at work. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan kesenjangan hasil penelitian terdahulu (research gap) dan perbedaan fokus bahasan tentang pengaruh konflik, lingkungan kerja dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, terdapat pula permasalahan penelitian (research problem) berfluktuasinya pencapaian target jumlah tabungan pada tahun 2021. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh konflik, lingkungan kerja dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Koperasi Simpah Pinjam Sila Mukti di Besakih, Karangasem dengan sampel penelitian yang berjumlah 47 responden yang diambil menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Seluruh data yang diperoleh dari distribusi kuisoner layak digunakan, selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis (uji t dan uji f). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) konflik berpengaruh negatf dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Koperasi Simpah Pinjam Sila Mukti di Besakih, Karangasem, sehingga semakin tinggi konflik maka akan semakin menurun kinerja karyawan pada Koperasi Simpah Pinjam Sila Mukti di Besakih, Karangasem (2) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Koperasi Simpah Pinjam Sila Mukti di Besakih, Karangasem sehingga semakin baik lingkungan kerja maka semakin meningkat kinerja karyawan pada Koperasi Simpah Pinjam Sila Mukti di Besakih, Karangasem (3) beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Koperasi Simpah Pinjam Sila Mukti di Besakih, Karangasem, sehingga semakin tinggi beban kerja maka semakin menurun kinerja karyawan pada Koperasi Simpah Pinjam Sila Mukti di Besakih, Karangasem.
