<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the concept of charitable motivation based on the Quran and hadith. This article uses a qualitative approach with the reivew literature method, which is a study conducted by analyzing various relevant sources including articles, books, and other documents. Research data collection is carried out through scientific articles published through Google Scholar. The articles used are articles published in the 2015–2024-time interval. Data analysis is carried out qualitatively by assuming data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Hasl data analysis shows that doing good deeds is not only in the form of material, but we can also do charity using what we have such as science or helping others who have both energy and mind, in doing charity must be based on sincere intentions and only hope for pleasure from Allah alone. A sincere person will not get any losses. In fact, sincerity can provide peace of mind, so that the heart is airy and peaceful. It is because his heart is only focused on one goal, which is the pleasure of Allah. The Qur'an and Hadith are the two main sources that motivate Muslims to do charity. The benefits of charity can not only be felt when we are in the world but also in the hereafter. The charity that we can do also varies from charity to others or charity to Allah SWT such as worshiping and avoiding all His prohibitions]]>

<![CDATA[This article aims to determine the implementation of educator recruitment management in improving the quality of education in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Sijunjung. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The techniques used in data collection are interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Qualitative data analysis is carried out with stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Based on the results of this study, the data found can be concluded that the implementation of educator recruitment management in improving the quality of education in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Sijunjung is carried out in a simple and familial way. The stage carried out is a needs analysis, by analyzing the environmental conditions of the madrasah in the form of existing vacancies. Position analysis, by determining the general requirements for prospective educators to fill the vacancies needed, such as S1 educational qualifications. Determine the right candidate, through external sources (from outside) the madrasah environment. Choose the most appropriate method, through recommendations from educators or madrasah staff and advertisements on social media. Summoning candidates who are considered to meet the requirements of the position Selecting prospective new educators through administrative examinations. The placement of new educators was carried out directly to fill the positions needed at that time in accordance with the decision of the head of the madrasah.]]>

<![CDATA[This article aims to find out the understanding of the nature of learning and how learning helps teachers and education practitioners in designing an effective and development-oriented learning process. The research uses methods in qualitative form. The research method includes literature study by conducting literature searches related to learning and educational concepts. The main source of this research data is research articles published in scientific journals and indexed on the google scholar database. The results of the data analysis will be interpreted to explore their implications in the context of learning and education. The findings of this study are that learning and learning are two essential elements that complement each other in the educational process. Learning involves relatively permanent changes in behavior or potential behaviors as a result of experience, while learning is a more structured process designed to facilitate learning. A good integration of learning theory and learning practices in the curriculum allows students to not only acquire knowledge and skills but also develop positive attitudes and moral values. <![CDATA[This article aims to explain the epistemology of science. The method used is library research in the form of references from various ready-to-use library data sources so that it can be used immediately and is not limited by space and time. The main data of articles comes from library data from various sources such as books, journals, articles, official websites, and other internet sources in the form of basic material to the main material about the nature of scientific epistemology. Data analysis is carried out qualitatively consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the analysis show that epistemology is related to the way understanding and knowledge are obtained in the context of Islamic education. It includes sources of knowledge, methods of knowledge, and truth. By understanding the sources of knowledge, knowledge methods, and truths in Islamic education management, it is hoped that educational institutions can make a positive contribution in forming individuals who are knowledgeable, moral, and able to make a positive contribution to society and Muslims as a whole.]]>

<![CDATA[This study examines the role of technology in increasing educational competitiveness in MTsN 1 Sijunjung. In the era of globalization and the industrial revolution 4.0, technology has become an important component in the educational process. This study aims to determine the role of educational technology in improving educational competitiveness in MTsN 1 Sijunjung.This study uses a qualitative method with data collection through observation, interviews, and document analysis. Data analysis is carried out qualitatively consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that the use of technology such as computers, internet, and educational software in MTsN 1 Sijunjung has had a positive impact on students' learning motivation, teaching effectiveness, and students' ability to face competitive challenges in the future. However, the study also identified several obstacles, such as limited technological infrastructure and lack of training for teachers. Therefore, it is recommended that schools and local governments increase investment in technology infrastructure and training programs to maximize the potential of technology in education. In conclusion, technology has a significant role in increasing the competitiveness of education in MTsN 1 Sijunjung, but there is a need for continuous support to overcome various existing challenges]]>
