Abstract

This research grew from inadequate learning sources availability and unmotivated learning sources for the students so that they get difficulties in understanding the material of Islamic Religious subject and Character. This problem will certainly affect the achievement of the learning process. This research aims to develop a valid learning module based project at Islamic Religious Subject and Character on the material ketika bumi berhenti berputar conducted at six grade students of SDN 22 Baringin. The method used in this research was Research and Development. This study also aims to describe about learning process on Islamic Religious Subject and Character. For collecting the data, the researcher used a Descriptive Analysis approach. Thus, it will give a product on the form of learning module based project in Elementary School. The development used in this research was 4-D model consisted of definition, design, development and dissemination. This research was carried out of its validity. This research produced a learning module based project on Islamic Religious Subject and Character at six grades students of SDN 22 Baringin. The Module validation results have been evaluated by 3 validators whose percentage is 87,78% in average and categorized as highly valid. Material development got 81,90% and was highly valid category, it was 81.48% for the presentation and was highly valid, language aspect got 86,88% and was highly valid, graphic got 100% and highly valid category and it was 88,88% for pictures and was highly valid category.

Abstract

Pembelajaran berani yang dilakukan di masa pandemi covid-19 memiliki banyak tantangan dan hambatan serta menurunnya kualitas pembelajaran. Untuk yang baru Tahun Akademik 2021/2022, Pemerintah Akan Buat Kebijakan Relearning untuk dilakukan secara tatap muka meskipun terbatas. Manajemen sekolah Pelaksanaan pembelajaran tatap muka dibatasi dengan memperhatikan manajemen sumber daya manusia, manajemen kurikulum dan manajemen lainnya. Pembelajaran Tatap Muka Terbatas (PTMT) di SMAN 1 Koto Salak dilakukan dengan sistem pagi dan sore, dengan tetap memperhatikan kesehatan dan protokol keselamatan bagi guru, siswa dan tenaga kependidikan lainnya. Sekolah melengkapi berbagai persyaratan seperti mengikuti vaksin, menerapkan protokol kesehatan, melengkapi sarana dan prasarana, membuat SOP dan mendapatkan izin dari stakeholder yang berkepentingan dengan pendidikan. Atas dasar itu, sekolah melakukan analisis manajemen pembelajaran tatap muka terbatas. Melalui analisis SWOT diperoleh empatstrategi yang dapat dilakukan dalam pembelajaran tatap muka terbatas, yaitu strategi SO, strategi WO, strategi ST dan strategi WT. ABSTRACTThe bold learning carried out during the covid-19 pandemic has many challenges and obstacles as well as the decline in the quality of learning. For the new academic year 2021/2022, the government will make a policy of relearning to be carried out face-to-face although it is limited. School management implementation of face-to-face learning is limited by paying attention to human resource management, curriculum management and other management. Limited Face-to-face Learning (PTMT) at SMAN 1 Koto Salak is carried out with a morning and afternoon system, while still paying attention to the health and safety protocols for teachers, students and other education personnel. Schools complete various requirements such as following vaccines, implementing health protocols, completing facilities and infrastructure, making SOPs and obtaining permission from stakeholders with an interest in education. On that basis, the school conducts a limited face-to-face learning management analysis. Through SWOT analysis obtained four strategies that can be carried out in limited face-to-face learning, namely SO strategy, WO strategy, ST strategy and WT strategy.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 yang melanda Indonesia dan berdampak pada duniamembuat kementrian Pendidikan dan kebudayaan dan kementrian AgamaRepublik Indonesia menerapkan kebijakan belajar dan bekerja dari rumah (Workfrom home). Tujuan yang hendak di capai dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1) perencanaan pembelajaran PAI berbasis  e-learningsaat pendemi covid-19, (2) pelaksanaan pembelajaran PAI berbasis e-learningsaat pendemi covid-19, (3) evaluasi pembelajaran PAI berbasis e-learningsaat pendemi covid-19 di SMPN 1 Pariangan .4) Untuk Mengetahui Pembelajaran PAI berbasis e-learningpada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 di SMPN 1 Pariangan Tahun 2020/2021. 5) Untuk Mengetahui Strategi Guru dalam Pembelajaran PAI berbasis e-learningpada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 di Masa Pandemi Covid-19 di SMPN 1 Pariangan Tahun 2020/2021. 6) Untuk Mengetahui Problematika dalam Pembelajaran PAI berbasis  e-learningpada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 Tahun 2020/2021.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan melakukan wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Informan penelitiannya sendiri berjumlah 88 orang: guru mata pelajaran PAI, dan 87 siswa kelas VII. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi Pembelajaran ELearning pada saat pandemi Covid-19 di SMPN 1 Pariangan   sudah mampu mengimplementasikan pembelajaran Elearning dengan baik. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan melakukan 3 tahapan: tahap pelaksanaan, tahap pelaksanaan dan tahapan evaluasi. Namun, terdapat beberapa kendala seperti belum maksimalnya sumber daya manusia dalam pembelajaran Elearning dan kuota internet yang terbatas bagi peserta didik.

Abstract

Evaluation of educational programs aims to find improvements needed in education. In practice, program evaluation also has a political aspect that needs to be paid attention to by the evaluator and the participants being evaluated. In addition, there is also an ethical agreement and interpersonal agreement in program evaluation, which is part of the code of ethics in carrying out evaluation activities. The purpose of this article is to provide an explanation of the importance of a code of ethics and political aspects in the implementation of educational program evaluation. The research method used is library research, where the author collects information related to the code of ethics and political aspects in the implementation of the evaluation of educational programs. The results of the study stated that there are several factors that influence ethics and interpersonal in the evaluation of education, namely religion that is believed, morals that develop in culture, educational treatment, messages in the mass media and environmental situations.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: 1) policies related to distance learning during the Covid-19 emergency, 2) various learning innovations applied by PAI teachers, 3) obstacles faced by Islamic religious education teachers during distance learning. This research was conducted at MTsN 1 Sawahlunto. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method, the primary data source of the research is the PAI subject teacher at MTsN 1 Sawahlunto with qualitative data collection techniques, using interview, observation and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative data analysis technique. The results showed that the policies implemented in MTs. Islamic Religious Education During the Covid-19 emergency period is to continue to carry out learning, but with a distance system based on an internet network. This policy is implemented in accordance with local government regulations. The various learning innovations applied are 1) Innovations in intracurricular activities, including the presentation of learning with multimedia, PAI learning that emphasizes the friendly motto, online-based discussions and assignments, application of project-based methods, activity-based learning evaluations. 2) Innovation in extracurricular activities, namely the routine of reading and memorizing the Qur'an. The obstacles faced were 1) mindset errors, 2) lack of competence, 3) unpreparedness of teachers and students in facing E-Learning learning

Abstract

 This study aims to determine the planning, organization and supervision of the recruitment of educators at the Integrated Islamic High School (SMPIT) managed by the Sepakat Maju Batusangkar Foundation, West Sumatra. This research was conducted at SMPIT Batusangkar. The research method used is a phenomenological research method with a qualitative data processing approach. The main sources of data for the study were the Chairman of the Foundation Trustees, the Chairman of the Foundation and the Principal of SMPIT Insan School Kamil Batusangkar using interviews, observations and documentation studies. The data analysis technique used is the three-step Miles and Huberman model, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The data validity testing technique uses a credibility test. The findings show that the management of educator recruitment at SMPIT Insan Kamil Batusangkar begins with planning that includes needs analysis, preparation for recruitment, and determination of recruitment qualifications. The organization of the recruitment of educators is also going well, in particular by collaborating and coordinating with the various stakeholders, ranging from the foundation to the committee of the recruitment team. Recruitment of educators is done through the posting of recruitment announcements via social media, websites, and printed brochures regarding acceptance of registration, selection of educators, and decisions on educator recruitment. Supervision is also done properly from the foundation and the school principal to the implementation committee and the implementation process.

Abstract

Studi ini mengkaji tentang integrasi konsep sabar dalam pendidikan akhlak dan psikologi. Persoalan tersebut perlu dikaji dikarenakan sabar termasuk akhlak terpuji yang harus ditanamkan manusia agar memperoleh kehidupan yang baik didunia dan diakhirat. Sabar juga merupakan aspek penting yang menjadi penentu kualitas manusia di hadapan Allah SWT dan memiliki peranan dalam mengendalikan jiwa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memaparkan integrasi antara pendidikan akhlak yang berlandaskan ajaran Islam dengan psikologi mengenai konsep sabar. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui analisis terhadap buku dan jurnal yang terkait dengan permasalahan yang dibahas. Adapun teknik analisis datanya menggunakan teknik analisis data Miles and Huberman yang terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pada tahap reduksi data penulis akan memilah data  yang relevan saja. Selanjutnya data disajikan melalui kata-kata agar menghasilkan temuan baru. Kemudian merumuskan kesimpulan sebagai verifikasi terhadap temuan penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa konsep sabar terdapat integrasi pendidikan akhlak dan psikologi yang signifikan. Konsep sabar tidak bisa dipisahkan dengan implikasi kajian psikologi. Hal ini karena implikasi yang ditimbulkan sabar dalam tinjauan akhlak dan psikologi meliputi sabar menjadi salah satu sumber kebahagiaan, menjadi alternatif yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kekuatan serta melatih diri terhadap cobaan dan masalah, membina jiwa menjadi lebih baik, memperbagus kepribadian, menjadi terapi yang efektif dalam menurunkan tingkat stress dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup.

Abstract

This article examines the integration of Islamic education with spiritual attitudes in morals. The problem is how to integrate Islamic education with spiritual attitudes in morals? The purpose of this study is to determine the integration of Islamic education with spiritual attitudes in the material of morality. The research was conducted with a qualitative approach with library research methods (Library Research). Data were collected by examining various literatures related to Islamic Education with Spiritual Attitudes. The data findings were then analyzed and presented descriptively in the form of a narrative. The results of the study found that the integration of Islamic education with spiritual attitudes in moral material can be done by the way teachers are expected to integrate Islamic education with spiritual attitudes into learning objectives, learning steps, and assessment of learning outcomes. Having high authority in designing, implementing and evaluating learning.

Abstract

It is discovered that educators have not used flipbook electronic modules in the study of Jurisprudence (Fiqh). They only utilize textbooks that are boring and make it harder for students to grasp the subject. The design of the textbook is unattractive, and it lacks the necessary information to inspire students to learn. The textbooks should include a thorough description of the subject matter, be visually attractive and colorful, and match the subject matter in the provided pictures. This electronic flipbook module was developed with the intention of increasing students' willingness to alter their thought processes and understand logical concepts for the benefit of successful learning. By utilizing a 4D model, this study engaged in research and development (R and D) (define, design, develop and disseminate). Data came from eighth-grade students and Fiqh teachers. Validation sheets, interviews, and observations were all types of data collection tools. The developed modules were then evaluated for validity and degree of applicability. After gathering the data, its validity and applicability were evaluated. Based on validation results, it was determined that the electronic flipbook module was valid with the score 80.278%. While, the practicality was in a highly valid category with the score 97.44%. This flipbook electronic module can be utilized as Hajj and Umrah learning resources in Fiqh subject based on the findings of the validation and practicality tests.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam menanmkan nilai multikultural di SMAN kota Payakymbuh. Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam menanamkan nilai multikultural terutama nilai toleransi. Dalam ajaran Islam pendidikan mutikultural ini tidak asing lagi, melainkan memang tertera jelas di dalam Al Qur’an dan Hadis Rasulullah Saw. Guru Pendidikan Islam hanya perlu menginternalisasikan ajaran multikultural dalam Al Qur’an dan Hadis serta mengintegrasikannya ke kehidupan siswa. Dengan adanya nilai multikultural terutama nilai toleransi pada peserta didik, maka peserta didik akan mampu berkehidupan sosial dan saling menghargai dan menghormati antar sesama. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan yaitu dengan mengambil objek di SMAN kota Payakumbuh. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode pengamatan atau observasi dan wawancara untuk mengumpulkan data yag dibutuhkan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1) Situasi di SMAN kota Payakumbuh memiliki keberagaman yaitu keberagaman suku, agama, budaya, dan status sosial. 2) menunjukkan bahwa peran guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dala menanamkan nilai multikultural toleransi terhadap peserta didik di SMAN kota Payakumbuh sudah cukup baik. Ini dibuktikan dengan terciptanya keharmonisan dan kerukunan antara guru dan murid serta antara sesama siswa. Nilai multikultural yaitu nilai toleransi antar siswa yaitu mereka tidak membedakan teman, menghargai pendapat dan menghormati agama temannya serta saling tolong menolong jika temannya dalam kesusahan.
