AbstrakSerangan pada kabel konduktif di jalur transmisi dapat menyebabkan masalah pengirimanenergi listrik. Gelombang kilat dapat menyebar ke peralatan di substasi dan mengganggu isolasiperalatan karena ketajaman mereka yang besar. Serangan petir dapat menyebabkan gelombang,yang menyebabkan tegangan yang lebih tinggi. Hal ini terjadi di daerah-daerah yang agak jauhdari Penangkapan. untuk menetapkan jarak terbaik yang diizinkan antara Arrester danperalatan yang dipelihara. Ini akan memastikan bahwa gagasan perlindungan untuk peralatansepenuhnya dicapai. Setelah analisis dan perhitungan, hasil dari arus dalam LA yaitu 3,3 kA.Maka kelas pada 10 kA adalah normal. Faktor perlindungan yang diperoleh adalah 20%. Jarakmaksimum antara LA dan transformator yang dilindungi adalah 28.5m, sedangkan jarakpenempatan di lapangan adalah 21.9m. Jadi masih jauh di bawah jarak maksimum.Dibandingkan dengan SPLN 7: 1978 No 32 Pasal 4 tentang Pemilihan dan PemasanganPenangkap Petir yaitu untuk penangkap petir kelas 150kV jarak antara penangkal petir dantransformator tidak melebihi 80 m, dari hasil perhitungan, nilai V max diperbolehkan ialah 650kV, serta nilainya sesuai dengan nilai TID Transformator dengan 650kV. Maka Lightning Arrestermampu menangkal petir sehingga melindungi transformator dari petir.Kata Kunci: Gardu Induk; Lightning Arrester; Petir; Transformator

This article aims to analyze media perceptions in the coverage of Medan Mayor Boby Nasution on the rejection of LGBT in Medan City. LGBT should not have happened in Indonesia, especially in the city of Medan because it has violated Pancasila, cultural and religious norms that have become legal provisions in Indonesia. This study implements a qualitative descriptive method with framing analysis techniques in the form of documentation and media observations. The results include: the movement of the LGBT group does not have the space or scope to accept it in Indonesia, because its existence itself has been banned by regulations and applicable social norms, because in essence this group only brings a disaster of deviation to teenagers who have absolutely no element of benefit for the people.

Business developments in the field of accommodation services are currently increasing. Lodging services are developing rapidly so that they can create competition between tourist attractions in attracting tourists. The rapid changes in the business environment force tourist attractions to continue to develop existing tourist locations and look for new ways to market them. Therefore, researchers conducted research on businesses in the lodging services sector. Gintribu Dolat Rakyat Guest House is the place of choice for researchers to research the marketing strategies used by business owners at this guest house. The marketing communication strategy used by Guest House GINTRIBU Dolat Rakyat uses the Theory of Segmentation, Targeting and Positioning (STP), first developed by Wendell R. Smith. Researchers apply qualitative methods by conducting observations, interviews and descriptive document analysis. This research aims to explore the marketing communication strategies carried out by Gintribu Dolat Rakyat Guest House in marketing and increasing visitors. As well as giving hope to turn the strategy implemented by this guest house into a study in opening up business opportunities in the field of lodging services.
