Abstract

Penelitian ini di latarbelakangi pentingnya identifikasi terkait kemandirian ekonomi yang ada di Pondok Pesantren yang berfungsi untuk melihat secara fenomena keterlibatan kyai dan santri dalam mewujudkan kemandirian ekonomi pesantren, karena selama ini pesantren hanya dilihat sebagai lembaga dakwah islam serta lembaga pendidikan akan tetapi pesantren sebagai suatu lembaga pemberdayaan masyarakat di bidang ekon omi masih banyak yang belum di-ekspos-secara detel dan mendalam. Penelitian ini berfokus kepada tujuan untuk mengetahui strategi kyai dalam mewujudkan kemandirian ekonomi Pondok Pesantren Al-Munawaroh serta juga startegi dalam mewujudkan kemandirian pesantren. Metode ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dimana tehnik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan cara dokumentasi, observasi dan wawancara secara menyeluruh kepada kyai dan beberapa santri di pondok pesantren tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan 1). Strategi untuk mewujudkan kemandirian pondok pesantren adalah dengan menggunakan stretegi capacity building, memperkuat kelembagaan, transfer pengetahuan dan memperkuat jaringan. 2). Strategi santri dalam mewujudkan kemandirian pesantren sebagai pembantu Pengasuh dalam mewujudkan kemandirian pesantren.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of educators' professional ethics. Apart from that, this research also aims to determine the quality of education management at the Darul Ma'arif Islamic Boarding School in Rejang Lebong. This research uses a qualitative research approach. Data collection uses in-depth interview techniques and documentation. The data analysis technique uses a conclusion drawing technique by identifying various special characteristics of a message in an objective, systematic and generalist manner. The research results show that the professional ethical role of educators in Islamic boarding schools has been well developed. Professional ethics have been determined based on the principal's policy when determining the curriculum and recruiting teaching staff. The boarding school leadership determines the quality components and quality of activities as well as the activity implementers who can manage the education management at the Darul Ma'arif Rejang Lebong Islamic Boarding School. This is proven to be able to apply the professional ethical role of educators well. This research also found that the quality of education management at the Darul Ma'arif Rejang Lebong Islamic Boarding School is running well, which can be seen from the activities that have been carried out. There are regulations for teaching staff and students who have good consistency and direction in carrying out professional education management.​

Abstract

Islamic education has a significant role in shaping the character and morality of future generations. In facing the challenges of globalization, integration between quality management and Islamic values becomes relevant to ensure holistic educational quality. This research aims to reveal the concept of integration between quality management and Islamic values in education, with a focus on MIS GUPPI 13 Tasik Malaya Village, Rejang Lebong. This research uses a qualitative approach. Research informants consisted of teaching staff, students and parents at MIS GUPPI 13. Data collection techniques included participant observation, in-depth interviews and document analysis. Data were analyzed inductively to identify patterns of findings. The research results show that the integration of quality management and Islamic values at MIS GUPPI 13 Tasik Malaya Village, Rejang Lebong, creates a holistic educational environment. The curriculum, which is prepared by taking into account Islamic values as a philosophical basis, has succeeded in producing graduates who are not only academically competent but also have noble character. This integration has a positive impact on the formation of student character and positive contributions to the surrounding community
