Abstract

With technologicaly developments making high use of the internet this day, many of business owners use the internet as a promotial place in their marketing. One of them is a business owner from a banana chip factory(@pabrikkeripikpisang.id) that markets their products through social media Instagram. In this research, author wanted to find out how business owner of the banana chip factory can carry out online marketing and to find whether online marketing affects of using the marketing mix startegy. The method ini this research is used a descriptive qualitative method, in collecting this data in the form of conducting interviews with the owner of the banana chip factory (@pabrikkeripikpisang.id) as well as carrying out documentation by following Instagram @pabrikkeripikpisang.id. The results of this research indicate that instagram is a social media that is easy to used and cost-effective. Using Instagram can make products more famous among the public. In selling via Instagram, the owner admits that Instagram is very infuential in its promotional activities

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the influence of buying used clothes at thrift bylels Pasar Perumnas Way Halim has on the price and quality of the product. This study uses quantitative research with a sample of fifty thrift bylels used clothing store customers. SPSS version 26 is used for research results. In this study, descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression were used to test the validity, reliability, coefficients and determination, partial and simultaneous tests on the data. The research findings show that purchasing decisions are influenced by product quality and price.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Leverage and Profitability on Company Value in digital banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2021-2023 The purpose of this study is to provide a deeper understanding of how certain financial factors, such as Leverage and Profitability, affect the valuation of companies in the rapidly growing digital banking sector in the digitalization era. with a data panel approach to analyze the relationships between variables. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, where five digital bank companies were selected based on certain criteria, such as completeness of financial statements and operational consistency during the research period. The data used in this study is in the form of annual financial statements published by each digital bank, with Leverage variables measured using Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Profitability measured using Return on Assets (ROA). Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression to test the simultaneous and partial influence between independent variables (Leverage and Profitability) on dependent variables (Company Value). The results show that simultaneously, Leverage and Profitability have a significant influence on Company Value Partially, Leverage has a negative influence on Company Value, while Profitability has a positive influence. Hasıl ını emphasized that increased Profitability can drive the growth of Company Value, while high Leverage can actually be a inhibiting factor This research contributes to providing insight to financial managers and stakeholders on the importance of balancing Profitability and Leverage management to maintain and increase the value of companies in the Indonesian capital market.

Abstract

With an asset value of IDR 144.07 trillion at the end of the first semester of 2022, stock investors under 40 years old, namely gen Z and millennials by 81.64 percent. Most investors, 60.45%, work as private employees, civil servants, teachers, and students, with an asset value of Rp358.53 trillion. Demographic data shows that the majority of stock investors live on the island of Java, including 13.97% of those living in DKI Jakarta, with an asset value of Rp3,772.32 trillion. While the island of Sumatra is only 16.62%. From the explanation above, we can conclude that there is still low investment interest in several regions, especially Sumatra. The research problems are: Can financial literacy affect investment decisions in generation z in Bandar Lampung city, whether there is an influence between financial technology on investment decisions in generation z in Bandar Lampung city, whether financial literacy and financial technology can affect investment decisions in generation z in Bandar Lampung city.The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of financial literacy and financial technology towards investment decisions in generation z in Bandar Lampung city. Based on the results of the t test, it shows that the value of t calculated for Financial Literacy is greater than t table (3.687 > 1.998), and the value of sig = 0.006 < 0.05. In multiple regression analysis, financial literacy has a positive value for investment decisions. Financial technology has a positive and significant influence on the investment decisions of students or generation Z in the city of Bandar Lampung, meaning that the hypothesis is accepted. The results of the t test show that the value of t calculated by Financial Technology is greater than t table (2.515 > 1.998). In multiple regression analysis, financial technology has a positive value for investment decisions. The results of processing and analysis show that financial literacy and financial technology have a positive and significant impact on the investment decisions of generation Z in Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to understand whether the impact of lifestyle and financial literacy affects the consumptive behavior of management students of Bandar Lampung University batch 2021-2022. The Quantitative Method is the method used in this study, with 356 students being the population and 177 students being selected to be sampled using the proportionate stratified random sampling method. The distribution of online questionnaires using Google Forms is the data collected, and multiple linear regression techniques are the techniques of this study. The results of the study stated that if consumptive behavior is influenced by the lifestyle of management students of Bandar Lampung University class of 2021-2022, consumptive behavior is not influenced by the financial literacy of management students of Bandar Lampung University batch 2021-2022.  And consumptive behavior is simultaneously influenced by lifestyle and financial literacy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the marketing strategy in the Caffe La'Bosque business through SWOT analysis, the research method carried out is qualitative descriptive. The number of informants in this study was 10, namely caffe owners, employees and visitors. The analysis used in this study was IFAS, EFAS, IE Matrix and SWOT Matrix. The data collection used is in-depth interviews and observations where researchers come directly to the location to conduct research. Based on the results of the discussion, it was concluded that caffe La'Bosque has the advantages of quality raw materials and has a strategic location where caffe La'bosque is located in the middle of the city in Kotabumi and is in the stadium Sukung Kotabumi and adjacent to schools and offices, the biggest weakness in this company is the lack of marketing carried out where the threat of caffe La'Bosque itself is the number of competitors who have the same business and provide good prices. more tilted so that caffe la'bosque must be more aggressive in promoting so as not to be rivaled, A suitable strategy in doing marketing is horizontal integration which means a marketing strategy carried out to increase profits and sales.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in financial performance between PT Sampoerna TBK and PT Gudang Garam TBK. This study compares the financial performance of PT Sampoerna TBK and PT Gudang Garam TBK using quantitative methods with comparative studies. Samples were taken purposively from the annual financial statements of the two companies in the 2020-2022 period. The variables used include current ratio, quick ratio, debt-to-asset ratio, profit margin, and return on assets. Although both companies show good financial performance, financial management should maintain and improve profitability, liquidity, and solvency. The performance evaluation of PT HM SAMPOERNA TBK indicates a decrease in liquidity and an increase in financial risk. On the other hand, PT Gudang Garam (GRM TBK) experienced fluctuations in liquidity, debt to assets ratio, profit margin, and return on assets from 2020 to 2022. Further analysis is required to understand these changes and identify corrective measures.
