Abstract

This study aims to study the influence of labor productivity and service management on accreditation at UPT Puskesmas Sangat Mider Bandar Lampung. The method used in this study was a survey and descriptive quantitative analysis with the participation of 42 respondents. The results of the discussion show that the accreditation of All Mider Bandar Lampung Community Health Center has had a significant impact on the productivity of staff and public health service management.  The conclusion of this article asserts that improving public health service policies in community health centers and increasing workforce productivity can contribute significantly to achieving accreditation outstanding.

Abstract

Keberhasilan perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuan keuangan sangat ditentukan pada kemampuan manajemen dalam menganalisis kondisi keuangan perusahaan. Salah satu alat penting yang digunakan dalam analisis ini adalah rasio keuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas rasio keuangan dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan manajemen keuangan PT Unilever Tbk pada periode 2019–2023. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan eksplanatif dengan analisis rasio keuangan utama: likuiditas, profitabilitas, solvabilitas, dan aktivitas. Data diperoleh dari laporan keuangan PT Unilever selama lima tahun. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa rasio likuiditas memberikan gambaran mengenai kemampuan perusahaan dalam melunasi kewajiban jangka pendek, meskipun terdapat fluktuasi selama periode penelitian. Rasio profitabilitas mengungkapkan penurunan efisiensi operasional, sementara rasio solvabilitas menunjukkan ketergantungan yang meningkat pada utang. Rasio aktivitas menyoroti efisiensi pengelolaan aset operasional perusahaan. Penurunan efektivitas rasio keuangan terlihat pada tahun 2021 dan 2022, yang menunjukkan tantangan dalam pengelolaan keuangan. Kesimpulannya, rasio keuangan efektif sebagai alat bantu pengambilan keputusan, tetapi harus dilengkapi dengan analisis faktor eksternal untuk menghasilkan keputusan yang optimal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan guna memperlihatkan bagaimana kualitas pelayanan serta kepuasan pelanggan berdampak terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada Toko Listrik Rahmad Riski Menggala. Dalam studi ini melibatkan 100 responden dipilih secara random dari total populasi 1.800 pelanggan, Studi ini memakai model kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data didapatkan dari kuesioner yang telah diuji valid serta reliabel. Analisis data menggunakan Teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil studi ini menyatakan kualitas pelayanan serta kepuasan pelanggan mempunyai dampak baik dan signifikansi secara mandiri maupun bersamaan pada loyalitas pelanggan. Oleh kerena itu, untuk mempertahankan serta meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan, manajemen Toko Listrik Rahmad Riski disarankan bisa memberikan kualitas layanan yang lebih baik dan memperhatikan kepuasan pelanggan sehingga terciptanya pelanggan yang loyal.

Abstract

The purpose of this case was to find out how to Tata's grocery store changed to Sampoerna Retail Community (SRC). Find out what applications have been provided by PT HM Sampoerna for retail stores in attracting people to shop for their daily needs so that Sampoerna Retail Community (SRC) Tata can compete with other MSMEs. This type of research uses qualitative research by selecting Sampoerna Retail Community (SRC) Tata and 3 informants who are considered to have opinions and information regarding the Transformation of Conventional Grocery Stores into Today's Grocery Stores at SRC Tata in Bandar Lampung. Data collected in the form of: Documentation and in-depth interviews with informant source. The results of this case to tell that Sampoerna Retail Community (SRC) is a program launched by PT HM Sampoerna Tbk to assist and foster retailers in managing their stores in developing digitalized businesses to overcome high competition between MSMEs, which is the first in Medan in 2008 and then in 2017, Toko Tata joined Sampoerna Retail Community (SRC) until now using applications (Come on SRC Shop, Come on SRC Grocery, Come on Cashier and Pojok Pay) made by SRC himself.

Abstract

Training on the use and maintenance of screen printing machines for UMKM Komunitas Jumat Berkah in Adijaya Village, Central Lampung Regency, aims to improve the technical skills and production efficiency of small business actors in the screen printing industry. This activity is carried out to overcome common problems that are often faced, such as inconsistent product quality, high machine repair costs, and low knowledge about choosing the right materials and inks. The training methods include theoretical explanations, direct demonstrations, independent practice, and machine maintenance sessions. The results of the training showed a significant increase in participants' skills in operating and maintaining screen printing machines, which has an impact on improving print quality and production efficiency. Participants also gained a better understanding of how to choose the right materials and inks for various products, resulting in higher quality and competitive products in the market. This training has a positive impact on increasing the productivity and competitiveness of UMKM in Adijaya Village. For the sustainability of the program, further training and government support in access to equipment and funding are recommended.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to collect data on the perspectives of Generation Z workers in Bandar Lampung City regarding the work-life balance and flexibility offered by their profession. Millennials and members of Generation Z strongly support work-life balance and flexibility in the workplace as methods to increase job satisfaction. This study uses a multiple linear regression approach to measure job satisfaction as the dependent variable, with work-life balance and flexibility as the independent variables that influence it. The city of Bandar Lampung selected 100 employees from Generation Z to participate in this research. Based on the results of the regression analysis, both work-life balance (X2) and work flexibility (X1) demonstrated a meaningful and positive influence on job satisfaction, with correlation coefficients of r = 0.421 (p = 0.003) and r = 0.965 (p = 0.000), respectively. Furthermore, with a p-value of 0.000 and an F-statistic value of 97.317, no additional variables were identified as having a notable impact on the outcomes. As a result of greater leeway in scheduling and other work-related factors, members of Generation Z report higher levels of job satisfaction. If companies truly care about the happiness and productivity of their employees, they will create policies that encourage both.

Abstract

Shopee is a corporation in the field of electronic shopping. One of the beauty brands that attracts attention from Shopee users is Skintific. Skintific often holds flash sales in the form of discounts or discounts when live Shopee. This is what causes impulsiveness in buyers. This research aims to find out the impact of discounts and scarcity messages on impulse buying on Skintific consumers through live Shopee. This research uses associative research type, applying quantitative descriptive methods. The sample used in this research was 100 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Bandar Lampung University. The data in this study was taken using questionnaires. The research data that has been collected is then analyzed by applying multiple linear regression using the SPSS for windows application. Research findings show that rebates partially affect impulse buying. Research findings also show that scarcity messages partially affect impulse buying. While rebates and scarcity messages affect impulse buying simultaneously.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, companies or industries are encouraged to make changes in a very fast and competitive business environment. The company's success is supported by effective and efficient quality management. Research problems that can be formulated are not having good quality management, operational performance that has not met targets, not having a good quality culture, and good employee productive behavior. This study aims to analyze the implementation of quality management on operational performance through quality culture and productive behavior of employees. The research method used is a quantitative approach using Structural Equation Modelling Partial Least Square (SEM – PLS) analysis using the object of research at PT. Santosa Utama Lestari Unit Corn Drier Ketapang South Lampung. Quality management has a negative influence on operational performance. Quality management positively influences quality culture. Quality management has a positive effect on productive behavior. Quality culture negatively affects operational performance. Quality management variables and quality culture variables as mediating variables negatively affect operational performance variables. Quality management variables and productive behavior variables as mediating variables negatively affect operational performance variables.

Abstract

MSMEs have become a very important sector in the Indonesian economy. One of them is included in the type of MSMEs that refer to micro, small, and medium enterprises which are often identified with the term street vendors or abbreviated as street vendors. In running a business, the important thing to do and apply is financial recording. Good financial records become capital in good business management in order to achieve success in their business. This study aims to measure the extent to which the involvement of street vendors around the governor's office field (Jl. Wolter Monginsidi, Teluk Betung Utara, Bandar Lampung) understands and implements good financial records in their business. This research applies a qualitative approach and uses case studies as a research method. Data collection is done through interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis used is qualitative descriptive analysis. From the findings of the research that has been conducted, street vendors who carry out trading activities around the governor's office field (Jl. Wolter Monginsidi, Teluk Betung Utara, Bandar Lampung) do not understand and apply good financial records in their business. Limited knowledge about good financial records is an obstacle for traders to implement good financial records.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the impact of variables such as customer value and product variety on consumer satisfaction from Hannah Catalog. The population that was the focus of the study consisted of 100 customers who used the sampling technique using purposive sampling. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The purpose of this research is to help Hannah Catalog increase customer value and product variety in order to better meet customer satisfaction, which can increase competitiveness. This research is expected to provide guidance to Hannah Catalog to improve customer satisfaction levels with their products. The results of the study show that product variety and customer value each have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Simultaneously, both variables also have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. A coefficient of determination value (R²) of 0.575 indicates that product variation and customer value can explain 57.5% variation in customer satisfaction. These findings provide important implications for Hannah Catalog's management in designing strategies for improving product quality and creating customer value.
