Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of interactions between liabilities, both short and long-term, on the profitability of banking companies in Indonesia before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. A quantitative approach is used using secondary data from pooled data or time series. The research sample consisted of 32 companies, with an observation period of 3 years, thus covering 96 observations as research objects. Analysis of research results, both partially and simultaneously, shows that short-term liabilities and long-term liabilities have a significant influence on the profitability of banking companies. These findings contribute to the understanding of the relationship between liability structure and financial performance of banking companies, especially in facing the economic challenges caused by the global pandemic.

Abstract

Some Complaints felt by patients are about inadequate health facilities (Tangible), lack of reliability of examining officers (Reliability), less responsive officers (responsiveness), lack of empathy of officers in the registration section, complicated procedures, Long waiting time and providing information that is difficult to understand: n Use descriptive-analytic and cross-sectional design. Data collection was carried out by interviews using a questionnaire. The population in this study were all patients who visited the Lampaseh Health Care Center in Banda Aceh City. The number of outpatient samples is 99, determined by the purposive sampling technique. The data collected were analyzed by univariate and bivariate analysis. This data collection was carried out from 25 to 31 January 2022. Data were analyzed using the chi-square at the 95% confidence level (ρ < 0.05). The results showed that there was a significant relationship between physical evidence and patient satisfaction (p = 0.000) between responsiveness (p = 0.000) in addition, there was also no significant relationship between reliability (p = 0.0478), empathy (p = 0.113) and assurance and patient satisfaction (p = 0.076). Based on the findings, it is recommended that the health center management improve physical evidence and responsiveness to improve patient satisfaction and maintain reliability, empathy, and assurance.

Abstract

Permasalahan posyandu yakni masih kurangnya pengetahuan para kader terkait dengan pelayanan sistem lima meja di posyandu. Selain itu, terdapat juga kader yang masih belum maksimal dalam memberikan penyuluhan pelayanan kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan kader dengan pelayanan sistem lima meja di Posyandu Wilayah Puskesmas Batoh Kota Banda Aceh Tahun 2023. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini seluruh kader posyandu yang ada di wilayah Puskesmas Batoh Kota Banda Aceh sebanyak 45 orang kader. Sampel dalam penelitian ini total dari kesuluruhan populasi sebanyak 45 kader posyandu. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan cara wawancara dan dengan pengisian kuesioner. Data dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan uji chi-square melalui SPSS.Hasil analisis univariat data penelitian menunjukkan bahwa posyandu yang menerapkan pelayanan sistem lima meja sebanyak (82,2%). Sedangkan hasil dari analisis data bivariat Ada hubungan antara pengetahuan kader tentang pendaftaran pederapan Sistem Lima Meja di Posyandu dengan p-value 0,000, ada hubungan  antara pengetahuan kader tentang  penimbangan dengan p-value 0,001, ada hubungan antara pengetahuan kader tentang  pengisian KMS  dengan p-value 0,002, ada hubungan antara pengetahuan kader tentang penyuluhan kesehatan dengan p-value 0,000, ada hubungan antara pengetahuan kader tentang pelayanan kesehatan dengan nilai p-value 0,002.Peningkatan pengetahuan kader terbukti berperan penting dalam keberhasilan penerapan Sistem Lima Meja di Posyandu, yang telah diterapkan oleh mayoritas (82,2%) Posyandu. Hal ini menekankan pentingnya edukasi kader untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan kesehatan.

Abstract

WHO menjelaskan bahwa fenomena baru yang mempengaruhi kesehatan mental remaja pada saat ini adalah maraknya kasus bullying baik disekolah maupun diluar lingkungan sekolah yang mengakibatkan beberapa kejadian tekanan mental emosional yang berat, dan beberapa kasus bullying di Indonesia belakangan berakibat sangat fatal bagi penderitaannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa kuat bullying akan berhubungan dengan kesehatan mental anak remaja ketika anak remaja tersebut memiliki literasi kesehatan mental yang baik. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif analitik dengan desain cross sectional, responden berjumlah 759 siswa yang berasal dari 4 sekolah boarding yang berada di Kota Banda Aceh, yaitu SMAN 10 Fajar Harapan, SMAN 2 Banda Aceh, SMAN 9 Banda Aceh, dan SMAKON Aceh. Hasil analisis multivariat menggunakan regresi logistik berganda menunjukkan bahwa bullying dan literasi kesehatan adalah faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kesehatan mental anak. Selain itu, terdapat beberapa faktor lain yang berhubungan dengan kesehatan mental anak, yaitu sosial ekonomi (p=0,004; OR=1,48), kepribadian (p=0,001; OR=2,37), sikap (p=0,010; OR=3,01), lingkungan sekolah (p=0,032; OR=2,40). Dari analisis multivariat didapatkan bahwa faktor dengan hubungan paling besar terhadap kesehatan mental adalah perilaku bullying dengan OR=5,776. Selanjutnya faktor-faktor yang secara signifikan memiliki hubungan paling besar terhadap kesehatan mental anak adalah literasi kesehatan mental dengan p-value 0,001, dan kepribadian dengan p-value 0.001.

Abstract

This article is based on research on teachers’ low ability in designing learning evaluations at the Public Special School in Siak. The type of research is School Action Research (PTS), which was located at the Siak Public Special School and was designed for the teachers. The main reason came from the observation results and information from teachers in which the teachers’ ability in designing learning evaluations was still categorized as relatively lacking. This School Action Research was conducted at the Siak Public Special School. The population involved 19 teachers at the Siak Public Special School and all of them were a sample. The study consisted of two cycles, which were implemented in two meetings. Based on the description of data processing and discussion, it was obtained that the teacher's ability in evaluating was achieved at 61.6 in cycle I with the high category and it was increased to 75.3 in cycle II with the high category. It means that the implementation of the training method activities to improve teacher evaluation ability at the Siak Public Special School was said successful to be implemented.

Abstract

Based on the observations, some irregularities were found in the teacher's ability to teach. This was observed from the symptoms, such as some teachers were not able to develop a learning syllabus; they only used the old syllabus. Some teachers were not able to manage the class properly; some of them were not able to interact and communicate well with students; some others were not able to allocate the time properly and some teachers did not motivate the students to be actively involved in the learning process. This study aimed to determine the improvement of teachers’ pedagogical competence through demonstration method at SLBMelati Rumbai Pekanbaru. Based on the background description, the problem identification and problem limitation, the focus of this research was the Implementation of Demonstration Method in Improving Teachers’ Pedagogic Competence during the Covid-19 Pandemic at SLB Melati Rumbai Pekanbaru. This School Action Research was carried out only at SLB Melati Rumbai Pekanbaru. This research was conducted in two cycles. The duration of this research wa approximately 1 month. From the description of data processing and discussion, it was concluded that the teachers’ pedagogic competence in Cycle I was 65% with good category and it increased in Cycle II to 87% with very good category.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is an important target in human resource management because it will directly or indirectly affect work productivity. Conversely, high satisfaction is desired by leaders because it can be associated with the positive results they expect. High job satisfaction indicates that a school organization has been well managed with effective management. This School Action Research was located at SLB Negeri Duri, which was addressed to teachers at SLB Negeri Duri. The main reason was that based on the observation, teachers’ job satisfaction was still low. The population in this study was all 15 teachers at SLB Negeri Duri. Based on the results of the study, it was known that 1) The aspect of giving rewards brought by the tutor increased teachers’ job satisfaction in the second cycle. If the score the first cycle was 20, then the second cycle was better by getting a score of 32. In the aspect of teachers’ job satisfaction, it was found that the percentage in the first cycle was 53% with a good enough category and in the second cycle, it increased to 80% with a very good category. This situation showed that teachers’ job satisfaction increased through giving awards at SLB Negeri Duri.
