Pariwisata adalah berbagai macam kegiatan wisata yang didukung oleh berbagai macam fasilitas serta layanan yang disediakan masyarakat, pengusaha dan pemerintah daerah. Berdasarkan Rencana Induk Pembangunan Pariwisata Daerah (RIPPARDA) Kabupaten Bangka Tahun 2017, pantai Matras merupakan destinasi unggulan di Kabupaten Bangka serta memiliki potensi dan keistimewaan yang menarik untuk wisatawan. Pantai Matras memiliki beberapa permasalahan yaitu dari sisi ketersediaan, kondisi dan pelayanan dari fasilitas- fasilitas pariwisata di Pantai Matras. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan wisatawan terhadap fasilitas pariwisata di obyek wisata Pantai Matras. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan deksriptif kuantitatif. Responden yang digunakan merupakan wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Pantai Matras. Dari hasil analisis tingkat kepuasan wisatawan Pantai Matras secara keseluruhan wisatawan merasa puas terhadap fasilitas-fasilitas yang ada di Pantai Matras, hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan wisatawan merasa puas terhadap ketersediaan, kondisi dan pelayanan yang dianggap sudah baik dan sesuai dengan standar. Hasil analisis tersebut dapat menjadi masukkan terhadap stakeholder dalam perumusan kebijakan guna meningkatkan daya saing Pantai Matas sebagai destinasi unggulan di Kabupaten Bangka.

KOTAKU Bangka Regency, is a program that focuses on addressing slum areas within Bangka Regency. Improving the quality of the residential environment is a mandate from the government outlined in the 2020-2040 RPJMN (National Medium-Term Development Plan). This involves enhancing the quality of slum areas, preventing the growth of new slum settlements, and promoting sustainable living. When planning an area, spatial data is crucial to support the planning process. Currently, the available spatial data is in the form of digital maps from Google Earth, but the quality is subpar, often appearing blurry and unreadable due to cloud cover. Spatial data can be processed through aerial photos taken using drones. However, Bangka Regency's "KOTAKU" program faces several challenges, including a lack of expertise in drone-based documentation, such as capturing photos and videos, as well as mapping and processing aerial photos in Geographic Information Systems. Therefore, outreach programs on drone operation and aerial photo processing for mapping are essential to enhance the knowledge of the community, especially stakeholders involved in area planning. The method employed in this community engagement activity is POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling). Evaluation, specifically in the "controlling" phase, includes providing questionnaires to assess the partners' understanding of the knowledge imparted. Based on the evaluation results, it is evident that the mapping training provided enhances the partners' knowledge and is beneficial as it addresses various issues and fulfills the partners' needs.

The lack of ability to operate advanced mapping technology such as drones creates limitations for village communities in Pemali District, resulting in low community participation and contribution in the planning and management process of village areas. In fact, active community participation is very important to ensure that every development program is in accordance with local needs and conditions to achieve regional development planning as stated in the 2020-2024 RPJMN. For this reason, it is necessary to use drone technology to provide solutions by providing fast and accurate spatial data, as well as improving the technical skills of village communities in mapping and managing areas. Through drone training, it is hoped that village communities can be more independent and actively participate in development planning, as well as opening up new opportunities in the field of technology that can improve their welfare and quality of life. Meanwhile, the method used in community service is in accordance with POAC or Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling. From all the activities and evaluations that have been carried out, the results and conclusions obtained are that training and outreach on the use of drones through community service is considered effective and useful in developing community capabilities and increasing insight into the Pemali sub-district.Keywords: community service; drone; pemali district Abstrak: Kurangnya kemampuan untuk mengoperasikan teknologi pemetaan canggih seperti drone membuat Keterbatasan Masyarakat desa di Kecamatan Pemali ini menyebabkan rendahnya partisipasi dan kontribusi masyarakat dalam proses perencanaan dan pengelolaan wilayah desa. Padahal, partisipasi aktif masyarakat sangat penting untuk memastikan bahwa setiap program pembangunan sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan kondisi local untuk mencapai perencanaan pembangunan kawasan seperti yang tertera pada RPJMN 2020-2024. Untuk itu perlu peran penggunaan teknologi drone dapat memberikan solusi dengan menyediakan data spasial yang cepat dan akurat, serta meningkatkan keterampilan teknis masyarakat desa dalam pemetaan dan pengelolaan wilayah. Melalui pelatihan drone, masyarakat desa diharapkan dapat lebih mandiri dan berpartisipasi aktif dalam perencanaan pembangunan, serta membuka peluang baru dalam bidang teknologi yang dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan kualitas hidup mereka. Adapun, untuk metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masayarakat ini sendiri sesuai dengan POAC atau Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling. The main contributor to the problem of slum settlements in urban areas is the issue of waste. Waste management that does not comply with the technical requirements encourages local governments to build TPS3R in residential areas. TPS3R KSM Kawa Begawe in Selindung Village is one of the real works of collaboration between the local government and the central government. TPS3R was founded in 2016 and developed in 2022 by providing organic and inorganic chopping machines, hydraulic press machines and maggot feed pulping machines. The purpose of this research is to find out whether this machine has been used optimally and has been able to improve the community's economy. The method used is a mixed method, where quantitative data is analyzed using simple calculations and qualitative data is analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results of the analysis found that as the population increases, TPS3R is urgently needed as an effort to reduce waste production by reducing disposable items or processing waste into other useful products and can open up new job vacancies so that it eventually becomes a source of income for the local community. In terms of the economic development plan, when this machine has been used optimally, this place will become a qualified source of income for the local community. The results of this study are certainly proof that TPS3R does not only answer the problem of environmental pollution caused by waste, but can also produce products that have economic value from waste processed at TPS3R KSM Kawa Begawe.

Kurau Village is one of the villages in Central Bangka Regency, Bangka Belitung Islands. The potential being developed in this village is people-scale shrimp ponds. One of these shrimp ponds is a group of vaname shrimp cultivators named Pokdakan Gempa 01. Pokdakan Gempa 01 cultivator group is relatively new because it was established in 2021 and there is still little knowledge about water quality management. Management of water quality in ponds is very important to increase the amount of shrimp productivity and minimize shrimp stress due to abnormal water quality conditions. Therefore, community empowerment programs are needed in order to increase community knowledge and increase productivity. The method used in empowering water quality management is a combination of counseling methods, mentoring and active community participation. At the end of the extension activities, an evaluation was held in the form of a Likert scale questionnaire (1-4), to measure partner satisfaction and the usefulness of the insights provided. Based on the results of the evaluation, it was found that the socialization carried out added insight to partners and was useful because it was in accordance with the needs of partners and the desire for sustainability of service activities from partners.
