Abstract

BUMDes is a pillar of economic activity in the village which functions as a social and commercial institution. BUMDes as a social institution supports the interests of the community through its contribution in providing social services. Meanwhile, as a commercial institution, its aim is to seek profits by offering local resources (goods and services) to the market. The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of financial management in Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Lubuk Lawas Village, Batang Asam District and to determine the optimization of village fund management by Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Lubuk Lawas Village in influencing growth. sustainable local economy. The research method uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that the main step taken to realize this goal is to socialize and provide training to the community. To maintain transparency, accountability and effectiveness in the management of BUMDes in Lubuk Lawas Village, monitoring is carried out by monitoring the success of the program and the budget. However, the lack of village community participation means that the reach of the BUMDes program is still uneven in improving the economic welfare of the people of Lubuk Lawas Village. Efficiency Measuring the efficiency of BUMDes in Lubuk Lawas Village can be seen from the number of people involved in BUMDes business units, the number of business units available and the performance of BUMDes in improving the economic welfare of the people of Lubuk Lawas Village. However, the uneven distribution of programs and benefits felt by the community means that the BUMDes program can be said to be still inefficient. The management of village funds by Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Lubuk Lawas Village in influencing sustainable local economic growth is still not optimal.

Abstract

Leadership is a science that comprehensively examines how to direct, influence and supervise others to carry out tasks in accordance with planned orders. motivation is a process of trying to influence someone to do something he wants. According to Amstron and Baron, performance is the result of work that has a strong relationship to the organization's strategic goals, customer satisfaction and makes an economic contribution. This research focuses on "The Role of Leadership in Motivating and Improving the Performance of Employees of PT Sambu Island, Kuala Enok Village, Tanah Merah District, Indragiri Hilir Regency". The objectives of this study are 1). To find out the role of leadership in motivating and improving the performance of employees of PT Sambu Island. 2). To find out the obstacles faced by leadership in motivating the performance of employees of PT Sambu Island. This type of research when viewed from the research plan can be classified into qualitative research. Based on the results of my research in chapter IV, it can be concluded, 1. That the leader or leader at PT.Pulau Sambu always strives so that in his leadership he can make employees always enthusiastic in carrying out the assigned tasks, the performance of employees at PT.Pulau Sambu has not yet reached the expected target because there are still employees who cannot complete their work according to the given target. 2. The obstacles faced by the leader or leader when motivating employees are that each employee has a different type or character. In overcoming the problem of motivating the leader or leader must further improve personal relationships with employees. By understanding the character and personality of employees, it will make it easier for the leader or leader to provide motivation.

Abstract

This research aims to explain the effectiveness of the productive implementation of zakat as an effort to distribute zakat funds in the Jambi City National Zakat Amil Agency. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, namely problems that guide researchers to explore and photograph the situation to be researched thoroughly, broadly and in depth. The data collection technique is field research (field research), while the tools used are observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis used is qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of this research inform that the distribution of productive zakat carried out by BAZNAS Jambi City through the distribution of productive zakat to mustahik in Jambi City has been effective, because it can improve the welfare of mustahik, this is proven by the increase in income of fourteen out of fifteen mustahik people as a whole and one person whose income is fixed.

Abstract

This research aims to look at the factors that influence students' decision making in choosing a Sharia Banking major at the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, UIN Sultan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi. This research uses quantitative methods, in this research uses personal and social variables. The population in this study was all 96 students from the class of 2022. The sample used was incidental sampling with a total sample of 49 students. This research uses multiple linear analysis, classical assumption test, t test and f test and uses the coefficient of determination (R2). Based on the results of partial research, it shows that personal and social variables have a significant influence on student decision making in choosing a Sharia Banking major. Simultaneously or together, personal and social variables have a significant influence on students' decision making in choosing a Sharia Banking major with a value of 0.723, which shows that decision making is influenced by 72% of independent variables and the remaining 28% is influenced by other variables not explained in this research. . It is hoped that from the results of this research, the banking study program can maintain personal and social variables which are the most dominant factors in influencing student decision making in choosing a Sharia Banking major, Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, UIN Sultan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada “Pendapatan Produk Roti Barokah Sebelum Dan Sesudah Memiliki Logo Halal Pada Toko Kelontong Yang Menjadi Tempat Penitipan”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh label halal terhadap penjualan roti di Barokah Bakery dan apakah penyebab penurunan pendapatan penjualan roti di Barokah Bakery. Jenis penelitian ini jika di tinjau dari rencana penelitian maka dapat digolongkan ke dalam penelitian kualitatif, yaitu menekankan pada pengamatan fenomena dan meneliti ke subtansi makna dari fenomena yang diteliti, labelisasi halal tidak berpengaruh terhadap penjualan roti barokah yang di titipkan disini hal tersebut terjadi karena konsumen yang belanja di sini kurang memperdulikan tentang label halal yang terpenting hanya rasa enak, ukuran besar, dan harga yang murah dan banyaknya pesaing dari merek laindan terjadinya covid 19 yang melanda Indonesia pada tahun 2020 kemarin. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1. labelisasi halal tidak berpengaruh terhadap penjualan roti barokah. 2. Penyebab terjadinya penurunan penjualan disebabkan oleh persaingan pasar dengan menjual produk yang sama. Dan penurunan jumlah konsumen yang disebabkan oleh fenomena covid 19.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis strategi pengembangan batik yang berada di seberang kota jambi, Jenis penelitian ini adalah studi kasus pada Diana Batik. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari hal wawancara dan kuesioner berkaitan dengan analisi strategi pengembangan batik. Hasil kuesioner dan wawancara akan dialisis menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan seluruh Diana Batik yang berada di Seberang Kota Jambi menggunakan strategi fokus (kombinasi dan cose leadership dan strategi diferensiasi), dan jenis strategi yang digunakan yaitu pewarnaan menggunakan naptol dan indigosol, inovasi motif, pemasaran dengan menggunakan media sosial dan pameran, penggunaan alat yang modem seperti canting elektrik dan kompor gas, serta inovasi motif dengan modifikan motif.
