Abstract

Marketplaces have become a critical component in the development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. The availability of a marketplace platform has a substantial impact on MSMEs' growth. The purpose of this study is to assess the impact of marketplaces on the growth of MSMEs by taking into account the elements that influence their integration into the digital ecosystem. The quantitative methodology was utilized to collect data from MSME traders who used the marketplace to market their items. The marketplace's presence has greatly enhanced sales and had a favorable impact on their business operations. Market access is open from Sabang to Merauke thanks to the information technology network. This data is evaluated statistically to determine the association between market presence and MSME business growth. The findings of this study can help MSMEs gain a better understanding of how to use marketplaces to boost exposure, sales, and overall growth. The practical ramifications of this research are supposed to assist MSME owners in developing marketing strategies for their products and services via marketplace platforms. This research will also contribute to scholarly literature on the development of MSMEs in the digital era.

Abstract

The global market has experienced a significant transformation along with the development of digital business technology, especially Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) which are faced with new challenges in utilizing the digital era to increase product growth. This research aims to investigate effective marketing strategies in accelerating business growth in the digital era. MSMEs often face difficulties in adapting to these changes and exploiting them optimally for their growth. Despite the enormous opportunities offered by digital technology, many MSMEs have still not adopted the right marketing strategies to achieve success in the digital era. This causes many MSMEs to be trapped in intense competition or even lose their market share. This research aims to explore effective marketing strategies in increasing business growth in the digital era and to provide practical guidance for MSMEs in implementing these strategies. This research uses a qualitative approach by conducting case studies of several MSMEs that have successfully implemented digital marketing strategies. Data was collected through in-depth interviews and documentation analysis. The research results show that an effective digital marketing strategy includes the use of social media, relevant and interesting content, search engine optimization (SEO), and data analysis for better decision making. Implementing the right digital marketing strategy can significantly increase MSME business growth in the digital era. It is important for MSMEs to continue to develop knowledge and skills in this regard to remain relevant and competitive in this increasingly changing market.

Abstract

The adoption of online learning in colleges as a response to the COVID-19 pandemic has profoundly influenced education. Knowledge acquisition dramatically depends on a person's interest and willingness to learn. A platform that fosters student motivation in effectively completing activity hours is required. The available learning strategies include collaborative and creative learning, which aim to attain successful graduation outcomes with the assistance of the Independent Campus program. This project aims to develop gamification strategies that enhance students' creativity, innovation, and interactivity by integrating principles of learning and play. Furthermore, blockchain-based learning platforms can be a regulatory mechanism for ensuring secure and pleasurable learning experiences while supporting esteemed educational institutions. By implementing gamification tactics in conjunction with blockchain technology, all devices linked to the network will be transformed into nodes or servers. This study employs agile development methodologies, namely iterative and incremental models, to design distributed storage blockchain algorithms. The GamiChain iLearning educational model, which incorporates gamification blockchain, is constructed using IPFS. GamiChain, a gamification blockchain, can effectively assist the Independent Campus initiative by providing students with the necessary resources to cultivate their potential and produce exceptional and successful graduates.
