Abstract

Kinarya Desa Raharja (Tv Desa) adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pertelevisian. Tv Desa membuka saluran atau jaringan televisi yang berkonsentrasi memberikan solusi permasalahan pedesaan dengan materi siaran yang dibutuhkan, tidak sekedar mengikuti “kepentingan/pasar”. Dalam membuat permintaan jadwal, masih ada masalah dengan pengambilan satu hari atau bahkan lebih. Saat ini dalam proses permintaan jadwal masih terjadi misinformasi yang dapat menyebabkan perusahaan menutup kerjasama dengan mitra kerja. Dari gambaran permasalahan yang terjadi, maka dirancang dan dibangun sistem informasi manajemen program event berbasis web yang diharapkan dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada. Metode analisis dan perancangan menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML) dan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Sistem informasi event management ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai databasenya. Dengan sistem manajemen program acara ini dapat membantu mitra dalam membuat permintaan jadwal dan membantu admin dalam proses pembuatan pola siaran (jadwal).

Abstract

Badan Wakaf Al Qur’an (BWA) merupakan lembaga filantropi yang menyalurkan wakaf hingga ke pelosok daerah. Pemberian wakaf bersifat sukarela yang memiliki nilai jangka panjang dan manfaat yang luas bagi penerimanya. Dalam hal ini, peran wakif (sebutan bagi pemberi wakaf) merupakan salah satu wadah yang berkontribusi terhadap kesejahteraan penerima wakaf. Adanya perkembangan teknologi memudahkan wakaf untuk mendapatkan informasi, sehingga pendistribusian wakaf dapat terlaksana dengan baik dan tepat sasaran. Sehingga perlu diciptakan sistem pendistribusian wakaf yang lebih fleksibel dengan memanfaatkan teknologi yang mendukung kegiatan di bidang sosial kemanusiaan. Namun dalam proses pengelolaan wakaf masih menggunakan kertas dan dikelola dengan excel atau word. Pengelolaan wakaf seperti ini menambah beban kerja dan keterbatasan informasi bagi calon wakif. Observasi, wawancara dan desain adalah metode pemecahan masalah saat ini. Dengan dukungan model sistem Unfied Modeling Language (UML), System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dan bahasa pemrograman PHP berbasis web serta MySql sebagai database, diharapkan SIWON dapat mengatasi keluhan yang dialami oleh perusahaan serta menjadi saran bagi pengelolaan wakaf berjangka. lebih efektif. Semua proses pada sistem yang berjalan dapat saling terintegrasi dan data wakif menjadi lebih aman.

Abstract

PT. Tri Sayaka Selaras adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang penyediaan jasa konstruksi yang mempunyai proyek berhubungan dengan pembangunan seperti rumah, gedung, pabrik, mall dan apartemen. Pada PT. Tri Sayaka Selaras sistem pengelolaan data masih manual, yang mana masih ada tulis tangan dan menggunakan kertas tanpa database yang terkomputerisasi. Selain itu, untuk melakukan pengecekan perkembangan proyek harus menunggu data dari admin proyek terlebih dahulu, sehingga menghambat proses pengecekan. Untuk menangani segala kendala tersebut dibuatlah penelitian berjudul “Design And Creation Of A Web-Based Construction Project Monitoring Information System At PT. Tri Sayaka Selaras”. Penelitian ini dirancang dan dimodelkan dengan menggunakan Unifield Modelling Langueage (UML), PHP sebagai bahasa pemrograman serta MySQL sebagai database. Dengan adanya penelitian ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah dalam proses monitoring proyek yang sedang dikerjakan.

Abstract

Lautan Mas Makmur adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang distribusi barang bahan makanan pokok dan obat-obatan. Pada PT. Lautan Mas Makmur sistem distribusi barang masih dilakukan secara manual, sedangkan komputer sebagai sarana teknologi informasi hanya digunakan untuk pembuatan bentuk pengelolaan data saja. untuk menangani segala kendala tersebut dibuatlah penelitian berjudul “Design And Creation Of A Web-Based Goods Distribution Information System At PT. Lautan Mas Makmur”. Dalam mendefenisikan kebutuhan dan analisa pengembangan sistem dilakukan metode pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan pengkajian pustaka dari berbagai sumber informasi. Penelitian ini dirancang dan dimodelkan dengan menggunakan Unifield Modelling Langueage (UML), PHP sebagai bahasa pemrograman serta MySQL sebagai database. Dengan adanya penelitian ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah dan mempercepat proses distribusi barang.

Abstract

Suku Dayak Kanayatn adalah salah satu suku Dayak terbesar di Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. Suku Dayak Kanayatn dikenal dari sisi sosial, budaya, maupun ekonomi, salah satunya yaitu baju tradisional Suku Dayak Kanayatn. Saat ini, belum adanya website khusus menyediakan layanan penyewaan baju tradisional suku Dayak kanayatn, sehingga potensi pelestarian budaya dan pengembangan bisnis di bidang ini belum tereksplorasi sepenuhnya. Dan untuk menangani segala kendala tersebut dibuatlah penelitian berjudul “Design And Development Of A Web-Based Artbook Application For Renting Traditional Clothes Of The Dayak Kanayatn Tribe In West Kalimantan”. Penelitian ini dirancang dan dimodelkan dengan menggunakan Unifield Modelling Langueage (UML), PHP sebagai bahasa pemrograman serta MySQL sebagai database. Dengan adanya penelitian ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah proses-proses yang ada.

Abstract

Bank Rakyat Indonesia is one of the government-owned banks and has committed to providing the best service through a variety of products, including savings and loan products, as well as the People's Business Credit (KUR). However, there are problems related to the KUR application tracking process which is still manual, through short message communication, telephone calls, or direct visits to BRI offices. This system has not been computerized, causing customer assessments of Bank BRI to be poor. To handle these obstacles, a web-based KUR application tracking information system was created by modeling the system using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) and using the PHP programming language and MySQL as a database, so as to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction in using services at Bank BRI

Abstract

PT Panca Traktor Indonesia is a company that focuses on sales and service. Currently, PT Panca Traktor Indonesia still does not have a computerized system related to tracking and tracing tractor units, so customers do not know when the goods are delivered and where the goods are. Delivery is only via short message applications such as whatsapp and via telephone. In addition, there is no report on tracking and tracing related to shipments so that there is no data record. Therefore, to handle these problems, a tracking & tracing application using web-based QR code technology was created, which was designed and modeled using Unifield Modeling Langueage (UML), PHP as a programming language and MySQL as a database. With this application, it is expected to facilitate companies and customers in tracking and tracing tractor units.

Abstract

PT. Pupuk Kaltim Group Pension Fund is the largest fertilizer producer in Asia, facing challenges in managing pension funds for thousands of employees with various retirement ages. Despite using the Accounting Information System (AIS), there are still problems such as manual confirmation through WhatsApp messages and administration of retired employees who still use paper, potentially causing data errors. To handle these problems, a web-based pension fund management was designed and built using Unified Modeling Language (UML) system modeling, PHP as a programming language and MySQL as a database. With this application, it is expected to increase the efficiency of employee pension fund management.

Abstract

Kemenkumham is a ministry in the Government of Indonesia in charge of legal affairs and human rights. The problem that occurs at this time is the process of storing data that has not used a computerized database, which is still in the form of paper archives, so that checking and processing data takes 1 day, and the lack of data security because it still uses paper archives. In addition, the process of making reports is not accurate and there are often discrepancies between report data and archived data. And to deal with all these obstacles, a web-based community complaint application was made which aims to facilitate the community in making complaints. This application is designed and built using PHP as a programming language and MySQL as a database. With this application, it is hoped that it can simplify existing processes.

Abstract

PT. Korang Aria Bima is one of the many contractor companies located in the city of East Jakarta, established in 1983. The implementation of PT Korang Aria Bima's construction projects has not yet made computerized records of work plans and targets that must be achieved from each stage of project work, resulting in projects often experiencing setbacks that can harm the company. And to deal with these problems, a web-based construction project implementation monitoring application was created which aims to facilitate the company in monitoring the implementation of the project being worked on. This application is designed and built using PHP as a programming language and MySQL as a database. With this application, it is hoped that it can simplify existing processes.
