Abstract

PT. Home Center Indonesia is one of the companies engaged in the sale of furniture and home decor. The problem faced by the company at this time is that there is no computerized system to help manage the company's relationship with customers, so the company cannot directly contact customers quickly. In addition, customer data is still stored in Microsoft Excel which is considered less efficient, and there is no data backup which results in data at risk of being damaged or even lost. Therefore, to handle these obstacles, a web-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) information system was created with system modeling using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) and using the PHP programming language and MySQL as a database, so that it can overcome obstacles in managing company interactions with customers and increase company competitiveness.

Abstract

Jakarta Heart Center (JHC) is an agency engaged in health services, especially in dealing with heart disease. At JHC currently still does not have a non-medical logistics information system, the system used at this time is still done manually, namely to make non-medical logistics planning where officers must check directly to the warehouse where goods are stored so that it can slow down the non-medical logistics planning process itself, because it takes a long time. To deal with these problems, a web-based non-medical logistics information system was designed and built using Unified Modeling Language (UML) system modeling, PHP as a programming language and MySQL as a database, so as to help and facilitate the non-medical logistics process.

Abstract

CV. Wahana Baru is engaged in the distribution of spare parts specifically for two-wheeled vehicles. Wahana Baru has been established since 18 years ago or more precisely on March 29, 2003 with a name that has never changed, namely Wahana Baru. The business world that is lived in this modern era is very dependent on computerization which is growing and becomes a supporter in various activities within the company or organization. In distribution activities, a motorcycle spare part distribution system application is needed to make it easier for customers to order spare parts on CV. Wahana Baru to support activities is becoming more developed. To realize a motorcycle spare part distribution information system, a web-based motorcycle spare parts distribution information system application was designed at CV. New Rides. In defining requirements and analyzing system development, data collection methods were carried out by means of observation, interviews, and literature review from various sources of information. For the method of analysis and design using Unifield Modeling language (UML). The Motor Parts Distribution Information System uses the Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programming language and MySQL as its database. With the Motorcycle Spare Parts Distribution Information System, the processes involved in the distribution of motorcycle spare parts are easier to use, accurate, and integrated.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology is so rapid that it touches all human activities. Information technology in the form of applications is very much needed both individually and in groups. One application that is needed and can become a job is Graphic Design. Graphic design application is an application that is used to design or design an object in accordance with the wishes and imagination. One application that is widely used to design objects is the Photoshop application. If someone has a talent for painting, drawing and the like, the Photoshop application is perfect for use. And if occupied will become a professional designer in the field of Graphics. The purpose of this activity is to provide knowledge to the Karang Taruna RW 17 group and surrounding youth in making mockups and pamphlets independently using the Photoshop application. The method used is a presentation and training in the form of simulation or direct practice using the Photoshop application. The result of this training activity is that all participants are able to use the Photoshop application in designing pamphlets independently according to the talents and imagination of the participants. Abstract

Pada era perkembangan seperti saat ini peningkatan keterampilan teknis merupakan kebutuhan yang sangat penting karena dalam era digitalisasi seperti saat ini berbagai sektor kehidupan sehari – hari tidak luput dari yang namanya penggunaan teknologi. Maka daripada itu pulah kemampuan untuk mengoperasikan perangkat lunak komputer, seperti Microsoft Excel, menjadi sebuah keharusan. Maka berdasarkan hal tersebut pulah dalam penelitian kali ini bertujuan untuk memberikan program pelatihan aplikasi Microsoft Excel ini kepada pihak kelompok ibu - ibu PKK dan kepada pihak pemuda – pemudi di kelurahan guna untuk terus meningkatkan keterampilan mereka dalam mengelola data dan informasi. Selain itu juga melalui program pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat membantu mereka dalam menyusun laporan, melakukan analisis data, dan menyajikan informasi dengan lebih baik. Selain itu juga dalam penelitian kali menggunakan Metode Penelitian yaitu dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan mixed-method, yaitu kombinasi antara metode pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode pendekatan kualitatif, untuk memberikan gambaran yang komprehensif mengenai hasil dari program pelatihan tersebut. Hasil tes keterampilan yang dilakukan sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan yang jelas dalam kemampuan peserta untuk menggunakan fitur-fitur penting seperti pembuatan tabel, penggunaan rumus, dan analisis data. Peningkatan ini tidak hanya mengindikasikan efektivitas program pelatihan tetapi juga menunjukkan bahwa peserta dapat menerapkan keterampilan yang dipelajari dalam situasi nyata. Lalu untuk hasil akhir yang kedua yaitu dampak pelatihan terhadap produktivitas peserta terlihat jelas. Peserta melaporkan bahwa keterampilan baru mereka dalam menggunakan Excel telah memungkinkan mereka untuk lebih efisien dalam menyusun anggaran, membuat laporan, dan merencanakan kegiatan. Penerapan keterampilan ini dalam kehidupan sehari-hari mereka menegaskan manfaat praktis dari pelatihan dan kontribusinya terhadap peningkatan kualitas kerja serta pengelolaan tugas sehari-hari dan untuk hasil akhir yang terakhir yaitu kepuasan peserta terhadap pelatihan menunjukkan hasil yang positif. Survei kepuasan dan wawancara mendalam mengungkapkan bahwa peserta merasa materi pelatihan relevan dan bermanfaat.

Abstract

Transformasi teknologi informasi mendorong industri semakin dekat dalam mencapai Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 2030. Salah satu agenda prioritas nasional SDGs 2030 yang berperan penting bagi keberlangsungan ekonomi adalah “Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure”. Teknologi merupakan salah satu infrastruktur yang berkembang pesat dan dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai upaya peningkatan industri. Peralihan penggunaan teknologi merupakan wujud pembangunan infrastruktur yang menjadi fokus bagi industri produksi oli. Pertumbuhan industri yang semakin besar mengakibatkan data yang dihasilkan dari setiap unit bisnis tidak terintegrasi dengan baik yang memunculkan permasalahan kesalahan pembelian barang ke pemasok, proses produksi tidak tepat waktu, dan kegagalan pembuatan laporan. Berdasarkan latar belakang permasalahan tersebut, maka dibutuhkan sebuah sistem informasi berbasis aplikasi desktop untuk mengatur inventaris, penjualan, pembelian, piutang, hutang, kas/bank, dan akunting dalam bentuk Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan ERP pada industri produksi oli untuk mengoptimalisasikan proses unit bisnis menggunakan teknologi. Tahap penelitian dimulai dari studi literatur, pengumpulan data, perencanaan kebutuhan, desain, pengkodean, pengujian, dan implementasi. Hasil penelitian penerapan ERP terhadap Perusahaan produksi oli bahwa telah dilakukan pengujian atas aplikasi dengan User Acceptance Testing (UAT) yang memberikan nilai baik sesuai dengan kebutuhan aktual pengguna.

Abstract

Dalam era digital, keterampilan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) menjadi kompetensi mendasar yang harus dimiliki oleh generasi muda. Pembuatan website statis merupakan salah satu bentuk keterampilan digital dasar yang relevan dan strategis untuk diajarkan di lingkungan sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan digital siswa SMA Muhammadiyah 14 Jakarta melalui pelatihan pembuatan website statis. Pelatihan ini mencakup pengenalan dasar HTML dan CSS, desain struktur informasi, serta pemanfaatan perangkat lunak pendukung. Proses pelatihan dirancang untuk melatih kemampuan berpikir logis, kritis, kreatif, dan kolaboratif siswa. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa siswa tidak hanya memahami konsep dasar pengembangan website, tetapi juga mampu menghasilkan karya digital yang sederhana namun fungsional. Selain itu, kegiatan ini memperluas wawasan siswa tentang potensi karier di bidang teknologi informasi dan meningkatkan daya saing mereka di dunia kerja maupun pendidikan lanjut. Keberhasilan pelatihan dipengaruhi oleh ketersediaan perangkat, pendampingan guru yang kompeten, dan dukungan dari mitra eksternal. Program ini juga memberikan manfaat bagi sekolah, seperti penguatan citra sebagai institusi pendidikan berbasis teknologi dan peningkatan kompetensi guru. Melalui pelatihan ini, diharapkan siswa SMA Muhammadiyah 14 Jakarta mampu menjadi individu yang adaptif, inovatif, dan siap berkontribusi di era digital.

Abstract

CV. Bersama Maju Service is a company engaged in the field of car repair and maintenance services. At CV Bersama Maju Service the registration process for services is still done manually using paper besides that the data is still processed using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word so that it takes quite a long time and is considered inefficient, especially for storing the data. And to overcome all these obstacles a study was made entitled "Information System Design And Manufacture Online Booking Car Service Website Based And Spare Part Availability At CV. Together with Maju Service Central Jakarta Branc ”. This study was designed and modeled using the Unifield Modeling Language (UML) and programmed using PHP and using MySQL for the database. With this research is expected to simplify existing processes.

Abstract

The Jakarta Immigration Detention Center is an immigration technical implementation unit engaged in the field of immigration, which includes prosecution, isolation, and deportation or repatriation. Companies that have another name, namely Rudenim, have problems in the deportation reporting system. The author has conducted observational research and conducted interviews with related parties, and found several problems in terms of data collection on detainees and deportation of detainees. From the results of this study the authors have a suggestion to immediately have a Web-Based Deportation Tracking System at the Jakarta Immigration Detention Center. Where the system can help, even improve the operation of the deportation report system quickly and accurately.

Abstract

PT.Max Coffe Prima is one of the companies that engaged in the sale of food and beverages. At this company all sales reporting proces are still carried out using group chat which of course is considered very ineffective and efficient and causes many problems, one of which is a problem with storing report data. Report data does not have a back up so it is easy to sink or disappear from group chats. And to overcome these problems and facilitate the process of reporting sales and giving rewards to sales, a study was made entitled Design And Build Of A Café Dashboard Application As Information System Of Sales Performance PT. Maxx Coffee Prima. By using the Unifield Modeling Language (UML) as the modeling and MySQL as the database and PHP as the programming language.
