Abstract

Flat IV Manager is a unit formed by the government with the aim of creating flats that are comfortable, safe and provide convenience to each occupant. Flats IV Management Unit continues to strive to improve service and quality standards for its residents. the payment process is not efficient because it takes a long time to process payments and input payment data, and also conventional payments are considered insecure for users. Transaction data processing has not been done automatically, data entry is still using MS. Excel so it takes a relatively long time. Conducted research on the Payment Information System in the IV managing unit of the flat, Designing and manufacturing a web-based payment information system in the IV managing unit of the flat. To find out how the implementation and benefits of web-based payments in the management unit of flats IV. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that it has answered the existing problems. This system makes the payment process at the IV Flats Management Unit computerized in one database so that the delivery of information and data search will be more optimal. Functionally, the design created is a web-based payment data tracking application design, which is tailored to user needs. This system is also a supporting tool that can facilitate the work of Admin Staff in processing payment data, preparing payment reports, and making it easy for tenants to process the registration of apartment occupants.

Abstract

Leave is a right of every employee where they can be absent from work for a certain period of time which is usually used by employees for refreshing, family gatherings, illness, childbirth and others. PT. Pilar Nusa Promosindo is a company engaged in the field of printing. At this company, the application for leave is still done manually by filling out a paper formula which is considered inefficient and takes quite a long time. To overcome these obstacles, an online leave application was created which aims to make it easier for employees to apply for their leave. This application uses PHP as the programming language and also uses MySQL as the database. With this application, it is expected to be more comfortable at work because of the ease of applying for leave and monitoring the remaining time off.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi digital kini menjadi kebutuhan penting di berbagai bidang, termasuk dalam aktivitas pengumpulan data. Salah satu platform daring yang mudah digunakan dan cukup efisien untuk menyusun survei, kuesioner, serta formulir pendaftaran adalah Google Form. Meski demikian, masih terdapat sejumlah individu maupun kelompok yang belum memahami secara optimal fitur dan cara kerja Google Form. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan proses sosialisasi serta pelatihan penggunaan Google Form kepada para pegawai  kelurahan mampan kecamatan pancoram mas jawa barat. Tujuan utamanya adalah meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan mereka dalam mengoperasikan teknologi tersebut demi menunjang efektivitas pengumpulan data. Pendekatan yang digunakan mencakup sosialisasi bersifat interaktif dan pelatihan praktik langsung dengan contoh kasus yang sesuai. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan, ditemukan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan kemampuan peserta dalam membuat, menyebarkan, serta menganalisis data melalui Google Form

Abstract

In the midst of increasingly intense business competition and constantly changing market dynamics, the ability to make the right strategic decisions is crucial for an organization's success. Decision-making that involves various criteria often faces high complexity and subjectivity, requiring methods that can manage and simplify this process. Decision Support System (DSS) is a system designed to assist decision-makers in dealing with semi-structured or unstructured situations. This research aims to develop a decision support system based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) that can help entrepreneurs determine the optimal business location. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is a decision-making method developed by Thomas L. Saaty in the 1980s. A normalization matrix is used to determine the weight of each alternative. The aggregation of weights shows that alternative A3 has the highest rank, followed by alternative A2. Therefore, alternative A3 can be considered the best choice based on the predefined criteria. The AHP method helps in making more informed and objective strategic decisions by integrating various criteria and preferences, thus providing a comprehensive view in selecting the best alternative.

Abstract

Becoming an outstanding student in higher education is a positive and proud achievement, reflecting the national education goal of developing students' potential to become educated, creative, and democratic and responsible citizens. Determining outstanding students faces obstacles when prospective candidates excel in some criteria but do not meet the standards in other criteria. To help the evaluation team, an effective decision support system is needed. The Multi-Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) method with ROC weighting was used to convert various interests into numerical values ​​on a scale of 0-1, with the results showing that student Erwin Sulistiono (A4) had the highest utility value, namely 0.8975. For comparison, the Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) method was also applied, combining the Weighted Sum Model (WSM) and the Weighted Product Model (WPM), which gave consistent results with MAUT, showing that both methods provide an objective approach in determining outstanding students, although WASPAS with ROC weighting offers higher accuracy by combining the advantages of two scoring approaches.

Abstract

Improving the performance of digital product sales services is the main focus of the company's attention in the face of increasingly fierce competition in the online market. In order to optimize these services, Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology with the Natural Language Processing (NLP) method is an attractive option. This research aims to find out how the application of AI with Natural Language Processing (NLP) can contribute to improving the performance of digital product sales services. The methods used in this research include collecting data on customer interactions via WhatsApp that have implemented artificial intelligence with the Natural Language Processing (NLP) method. The data is then analyzed using Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques to understand the needs, preferences, and problems faced by customers. Natural Language Processing (NLP) assists the chatbot in correcting incoming questions if they do not match the database on the question. Differences that can be helped by Natural Language Processing (NLP) if there is inappropriate capitalization, excessive conjunctions. The results show that the application of AI with Natural Language Processing (NLP), can enable companies to be more responsive to customer needs and improve overall customer satisfaction. With in-depth analysis of customers' natural language data, companies can provide more relevant services and empower sales teams to provide faster and more accurate responses. This can be seen from the quality of service results which have a point of 4.1, this value indicates a good response from customers so that the system is considered to have improved sales services by buyers.

Abstract

PT. Pertamina Gas adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam sektor usaha niaga gas, transportasi gas, pemrosesan gas dan distribusi gas. Saat ini permasalahan yang ada pada PT. Pertamina Gas adalah perusahaan masih menggunakan sistem manual dalam menghitung overtime / lembur karyawan outsourching. Dalam hal ini pekerja yang melakukan lembur harus menggunakan SPKL (Surat Perintah Kerja Lembur) manual, kemudian meminta tanda tangan sebagai persetujuan lembur sehingga mengakibatkan perusahaan tidak bisa mengestimasi anggaran biaya lembur di kontrak-kontrak berikutnya. Dari permasalahan yang ada maka dirancang dan dibangun sistem informasi perhitungan overtime karyawan outsorching berbasis web, yang bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisa dan perancangan Unifield Modelling Langueage (UML), pembuatan aplikasi web menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Hypertext Prepocessor dan MySQL sebagai databasenya. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini maka dapat memudahkan perusahaan dalam proses perhitungan overtime karyawan outsourching.

Abstract

Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) Negeri 40 Jakarta merupakan salah satu SMP Negeri yang berada di Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Sebagai salah satu Lembaga formal, tentu absensi juga merupakan kegiatan yang harus dilakukan oleh para Guru untuk mengabsen kehadiran para siswa pada saat melaksanakan proses kegiatan belajar mengajar. Pencatatan kehadiran siswa atau absensi SMP Negeri 40 Jakarta masih mencatat menggunakan kertas sehingga mengakibatkan data absensi tidak tersusun dengan rapi serta terjadinya penumpukan absensi. Selain itu, Wali murid juga tidak dapat memantau absensi di SMP Negeri 40 Jakarta dan harus menunggu pada saat proses pembagian rapor semester. Oleh karena itu, dari permasalahan tersebut peneliti membuat Sistem Informasi Monitoring Absensi Siswa dengan menggunakan Unified Modelling Language (UML) sebagai metode pemodelannya, MySQL sebagai database dan PHP sebagai bahasa pemrogramannya. Dengan dibuatnya sistem ini diharapkan dapat memudahkan guru dalam merekap data kehadiran siswa dan penyimpanan data absensi yang terkomputerisasi.

Abstract

PT. PRABUJAYA KREASI NUSANTARA (PRAYA) merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang distributor produk alat-alat kesehatan, furniture rumah sakit dll. Permasalahan yang terjadi adalah pencetakan surat purchase order masih dicetak dalam bentuk kertas dan pengelolaan penyimpanan datanya masih disimpan di dalam Hardisk, sehingga berpotensi tercampur dengan data-data lainnya. Pembuatan dan perancangan sistem purchase order alat kesehatan dapat membantu mempermudah dalam mengelola proses purchase order sampai dengan penyimpanan datanya. Sistem ini dirancang dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP (Hypertext Prepoccesor), dan DBMS menggunakan MySQL. Dengan adanya sistem informasi purchase order berbasis web diharapkan dapat memudahkan perusahaan dalam mengelola data purchase order serta meningkatkan keamanan datanya.

Abstract

Kelurahan Kelapa Gading Barat adalah instansi pemerintah yang paling dekat dan berhubungan langsung dengan masyarakat. Kelurahan Kelapa Gading Barat memiliki Pelayanan Publik kepada masyarakat yaitu pelayanan pengelolaan bank sampah. Pada Kelurahan Kelapa Gading Barat sistem pengelolaan bank sampah masih manual dan belum terkomputerisasi, sehingga membutuhkan sistem informasi yang dapat mendukung kelancaran proses pengelolaan bank sampah. Selain itu, komputer sebagai sarana teknologi informasi hanya digunakan untuk pembuatan dokumen-dokumen kependudukan saja. Hal tersebut dinilai kurang efektif dikarenakan proses pengolahan data yang lambat dan kurang aman. Untuk menangani segala masalah tersebut maka dibuatlah sebuah Sistem Informasi Bank Sampah dengan menggunakan Unifield Modeling Language (UML) sebagai metode pemodelanya, MySQL sebagai database dan PHP sebagai bahasa pemrogramanya. Dengan dibuatnya sistem ini diharapkan dapat memudahkan serta mengoptimalkan proses pengelolaan bank sampah pada Kelurahan Kelapa Gading Barat.
