Habituation and example in education are need because psychologically students tend to imitate an idolized figure, including the teacher. This research is a qualitative research with a case study at Ma’arif Grabag Districts Magelang Junior High School. The data collected was obtained from observations, documentation and interviews. Data analysis was carried out by reviewing all data, reducing, compiling, categorizing, checking the validity of the data, and drawing conclusions. The conclusion shows; The implementation of moral development at Ma’arif Grabag Districts Magelang Junior High School which is applied in routine programs thet are a must for students, forms of exemplary and habituation exemplified by teachers include discipline, the habit of greeting teachers of friends when meeting, reading Asma’ul Husna, tadarus Al-Qur’an, dhuha prayer in congregation,tausiyah, praying before and afterlessons, muhadara, flag ceremony, clean living, and religious activities; Moral development materials include religion and discipline, evaluation of coaching activities is carried out regularly once a month and reported to the Principal; Supporting factors include the participation of all school members, participation of parents, and students; The inhibiting factors include the interaction of students outside class hours with the outside environment which is sometimes not good, supervision is still lacking in habituation activities, and the use of information technology such as mobile phones is not controlled.

ABSTRACT In the process of teaching and learning activities, of course, a teacher uses various methods in carrying out his duties. The method used to be more effective, communicative, and fun for children, must be in line with the stages of development, both in terms of language, media and implementation. One method that is considered suitable for instilling moral values in children is the storytelling method. With storytelling children can capture the narrative told by the teacher and apply it to their daily lives. The storytelling method in inculcating moral values that is applied has a lot of positive effects on the moral development of children. The type of research used is qualitative research. The subjects of this study were children aged 4-5 years old. Qualitative research, which is a method of collecting data with the author directly in the field, is used to collect data in this study. Therefore, the information collected is empirical. The writer then used the following data collection procedures in this field study: 1) Observation 2) Conducting interviews 3) Providing documentation. This study uses three analytical techniques: data reduction, data display (data presentation), and conclusion drawing (data verification). The purpose of this study was to examine the use of the storytelling method in growing morals, as well as the supporting elements and challenges of using the storytelling method in fostering good behavior in children. The implementation is carried out through the stages of planning, implementation, and evaluation. The application of the method at the same time in the context of inculcating moral values in children. With the Storytelling method used by researchers to instill morals in early childhood, the results are significant. Keywords: Storytelling, Morals, Learning Method

Penelitian ini membahas pentingnya inovasi dan literasi dalam pegembangan kurikulum PAI di sekolah yang harus selalu diciptakan dalam rangka memberikan dorongan dan nilai sustainable seiring laju perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang semakin canggih. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif yang berorientasi pada studi kepustakaan, Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumen-dokumen yang berkaitan dengan tema yang dibahas dan Teknik analisis data menggunakan Teknik deskriptif analitis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Inovasi Kurikulum dilakukan agar suatu gagasan atau praktek kurikulum baru dapat mengadopsi bagian-bagian yang potensial dari kurikulum tersebut dengan tujuan untuk memecahkan masalah atau mencapai tujuan tertentu sehingga nilai sustainablenya dapat menyesuaikan perkembangan IPTEK. (2) literasi pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam diperlukan agar proses pelaksanaan 4M (membaca, menyimak, menulis dan menyampaikan) yang menjadikan siswa lebih aktif dalam mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di kelas, seperti siswa aktif untuk membaca, menyimak penjelasan guru ataupun temanya, mencatat informasi yang disampaikan, serta mampu untuk menyampaikan pendapatnya.
