Abstract

Pada umumnya masjid sebagai pusat pembelajaran masyarakat kurang dikelola secara terorganisir. Pengelolaan masjid yang baik memberikan dampak hal-hal yang baik yang dirasakan oleh masyarakat. Masjid Jogokariyan merupakan suatu model revitalisasi sistem lembaga masjid dalam upaya mengembangkan dan memberdayakan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tata kelola masjid Jogokariyan dengan teori sistem organisasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis data kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam pengelolaan masjid Jogokarian, para pengurus Takmir Masjid memanfaatkan struktur organisasi, budaya organisasi, dan manajemen sumber daya manusia yang melibatkan warga di lingkungan masjid. Tata kelola yang demikian berdampak pada kelancaran dan kesinambungan program kegiatan yang diselenggarakan untuk memberikan manfaat pada masyarakat.

Abstract

Theoretical conflict in the study of the Qur'an and neuroscience related to reason and the human brain is the main problem underlying this research. Specifically, the meaning of the brain has not been stated in the Qur'an. Universally, reason plays a role as a thinking potential in humans. However, the mind and the brain are an inseparable unit. Although the form of reason itself is formless, there is a brain as a storage container. Humans are God's most perfect creatures because of their reason. In addition, humans were also created by God in the best form. This study aims to examine more deeply the concept of reason and the human brain from the perspective of the Qur'an and Neuroscience. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with data sources obtained through literature study with various references. The results of the research show that the concepts of mind and brain are interconnected entities. By utilizing both of them properly, humans will be able to become caliphs on the face of God's earth. Humans should make use of their minds and brains in accordance with their functions and in line with religious law and optimize all their potential which is centered on reason and brain. The results of the research can add to the body of knowledge and have special implications for educators, both lecturers at school and parents within the family, to always optimize the function of the mind and brain.

Abstract

Proses kegiatan belajar mengajar yang dilakukan secara daring pada masa pandemi covid-19 ialah untuk memutus penyebaran kasus covid-19. Penelitian ini mendiskripsikan upaya dalam optimalisasi pengembangan kepribadian dan profesionalisme guru dimasa pandemi covid-19 dengan adanya perubahan dalam cara kegiatan belajar mengajar sehingga memerlukan kesiapan guru dalam belajar mengajar yang dilaksanakan secara daring. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya optimalisasi pengembangan kepribadian dan profesionalisme guru dalam proses belajar mengajar di masa pandemi. Abstract

This article analyzes the implementation of the tikrar method in Qur'an Guidance Learning. The informants in this study were teachers and students of MIN 2 West Sumbawa. This field research utilized observation, interviews, and documentation for data collection. The data was analyzed descriptively through collection, clarification, and conclusion-drawing. The findings reveal that the tikrar method involves students memorizing one verse daily. The method is implemented both individually and in groupsĀ  under the supervision of Qur'an guidance teachers. Key factors influencing the tikrar method include the understanding and application of fashohah (correct pronunciation) and tajwid (rules of recitation), consistency in the muraja'ah (review) process, the Qur'an script used for memorization, and the synergy between parents and teachers in guiding students. The study underscores the close relationship between Qur'an memorization and Islamic education, highlighting its significance as a fundamental component of the Islamic educational process.
