Abstract

Problem solving is an interaction between knowledge that uses cognitive and affective thinking processes. However, currently the PISA results show that students' mathematical problem-solving abilities in Indonesia are still low. One of the new lessons that is currently being developed is the use of augmented reality technology. The aim of this research is to develop comic illustrated augmented reality learning media to improve mathematical problem-solving abilities. The type of research used is R & D (Research & Development) research. The ADDIE model used in this research consists of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The data analysed were obtained from pretest and post-test. There were 31 students in the experimental class and 30 students in the control class. The results of the mean difference hypothesis test for effectiveness data produced t-obs = 9.26 with a critical area (t>1,6973) so that the test decision was that H0 was rejected. So, it can be concluded that augmented reality learning media with comic illustrations is effective in improving middle school students' problem-solving abilities.

Abstract

Kelengkapan rekam medis merupakan hal yang sangat penting karena berpengaruh terhadap proses pelayanan yang dilakukan oleh petugas medis dan mempengaruhi kualitas pelayanan suatu rumah sakit. Rekam medis harus dibuat dengan lengkap dan dengan sejujur -jujurnya , setelah pasien menerima pelayanan jasa. Kelengkapan dalam pengisian berkas rekam medis oleh dokter akan dapat memudahkan tenaga kesehatan lain dalam memberikan tindakan atau pengobatan pada pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penyebab ketidaklengkapan pengisian lembar resume medis pasien serta tingkat kepatuhan tenaga medis terhadap pengisian rekam medis. Jenis penelitian yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah literature review. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi ketidaklengkapan rekam medis baik itu dari faktor internal maupun eksternal, yang menyebabkan kepatuhan pengisian rekam medis elektronik belum 100%.

Abstract

Penyuluhan kesehatan merupakan kegiatan atau bagian dari profesi yang mendidik masyarakat atau kelompok atau bisa juga perorangan tentang kesehatan dengan pemaparan informasi yang diberikan yang disertai media yang menunjang untuk proses penerimaan pendidikan yang disampaikan. Tujuan dari literatur review jurnal ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitasnya penyuluhan kesehatan menggunakan metode brain storming dan simulation game. Metode penelitian dengan menggunakan literatur review, populasi jurnal sebanyak 5 jurnal dengan kata kunci pencarian efektivitas penyuluhan kesehatan metode brain storming dan simulation game dengan menggunakan analisis kualitatif. Hasilnya pendidikan kesehatan menggunakan metode penyuluhan kesehatan metode brain storming dan simulation game dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan remaja tentang pencegahan bullying, pendidikan kesehatan menggunakan metode brain storming dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan remaja tentang pencegahan bullying. Jadi tidak ada perbedaan pendidikan kesehatan dengan metode Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dan brain storming karena kedua metode tersebut sama-sama meningkatkan pengetahuan remaja tentang pencegahan bullying.

Abstract

The validation process carried out to determine the quality of the software is an understanding of software testing. Testing is intended to find out application output errors that result in the system not running properly. There are 4 types of Black Box testing including Pairwise Testing, Boundary Value Analysis, Equivalence Partitioning, and Error Guessing techniques. This technique has advantages and disadvantages according to the needs of the application being tested. The Equivalence Partitioning technique was chosen as a Black box test because it is in accordance with the needs of the web-based Cooperative Information System application, in this test is divided into 2 test ranges to be valid and invalid. Beginning with identifying, testing system functions, establishing research data and archives, designing experimental cases and testing, and documenting research results and research conclusions. The results of testing, that this software runs according to what has been tested. However, the test is only carried out with a number of sample forms, for the time being this device has no problems and runs well.

Abstract

Background: Antibiotic resistance is a critical global health problem resulting from the inappropriate use of antibiotics. Understanding the pattern of antibiotic utilization is necessary to support rational prescribing and reduce resistance.Objective: This study aimed to evaluate the pattern of antibiotic use among inpatients at Hospital X in Semarang Regency in 2023. Methods: A retrospective study was conducted among inpatients aged 19–59 years who received antibiotic therapy between January and December 2023. Data were analyzed using the Anatomical Therapeutic Chemical/Defined Daily Dose method and Drug Utilization 90% to assess consumption patterns. Results: A total of 1,402 patients were included, with most patients being female and within the 49–59 age group. The majority of hospital stays lasted 1–5 days. Ceftriaxone injection is the most frequently used antibiotic and records the highest defined daily dose, followed by levofloxacin and ampicillin sulbactam. Conclusion: The study shows that ceftriaxone injection dominates antibiotic utilization. Regular evaluation using standardized methods is essential to ensure appropriate use and prevent resistance. Antibiotic procurement policies should be guided by actual consumption data to improve efficiency in drug management.

Abstract

Community Service Activities are carried out on Jl Sei Sihalian, Sei Sikambing D, Kec. Medan Petisah, Medan City, North Sumatra 20114. Time for implementation activities January 28 2024. Service activities carried out in the form of discussions and direct practice with children at the Berkat Bintang Sejati Orphanage. In helping children overcome their problems and find alternatives to fulfill their living needs and have the skills to provide them with life. In this program children are expected to be able to live independently and develop every potential they have so that the child's welfare can be fulfilled and the child's normal development can be fulfilled and it is hoped that the child will be able to develop the abilities he has, because in a child's development it is hoped that all the child's needs can be met, so that development children become optimal.
