Abstract

Transportation is a crucial element in people's daily lives. The use of public transportation, particularly online motorcycle taxis, has become a significant alternative in fulfilling mobility needs. The rapid development of the online transportation industry demands further understanding of its impact on the psychological well-being of drivers. Online motorcycle taxi drivers face the risks of traffic accidents and emotional pressure during their duties. The psychological well-being of drivers has significant implications for their productivity and daily lives. This research aims to comprehend the psychological well-being of online motorcycle taxi drivers, with a focus on aspects such as self-acceptance, social relationships, autonomy, self-control, life goals, and personal growth. The study utilizes a descriptive qualitative approach and was conducted in the city of Surakarta. The results indicate that positive aspects like self-acceptance, positive relationships, autonomy, environmental mastery, clear life goals, and personal growth contribute to the psychological well-being of online motorcycle taxi drivers. Social support also plays a crucial role in enhancing their psychological well-being. Further research should involve other variables related to psychological well-being and expand the study to various online motorcycle taxi companies for a more holistic understanding.

Abstract

A franchise is defined as a business that provides more or special benefits. Based on the results of literature research, franchise marketing can be a consideration to be implemented by paying attention to the standards of the brand owners with whom we collaborate. Franchise marketing can bring new colors and develop attractive, quality products at more affordable prices. BRQ strategy is a method for establishing a high-quality psychological or emotional connection between consumers and brands. The focus of this research examines the things that need to be prepared to use the BRQ strategy to build a franchise business in Indonesia. The method used in this article is narrative literature reflection and literature search based on research conducted in Indonesia. Literature search using the Google Scholar database.

Abstract

Emotional regulation is an important skill needed by teachers, including guidance and counseling teachers, to face emotional challenges that arise in interactions with students and colleagues. Guidance and Guidance Teachers have a role in supporting students' social and emotional development, so the ability to manage emotions well greatly influences the effectiveness of their performance. The focus of this research is to examine the emotional regulation of guidance and counseling teachers at SMP Negeri 17 Surakarta. A qualitative approach was used with observation techniques and in-depth interviews with a number of guidance and counseling teachers at schools. The research results show that emotional regulation in guidance and counseling teachers involves four main aspects. Guidance and guidance teachers who are able to manage their emotions well will be more effective in providing guidance and counseling to students, reduce stress, and minimize the negative impact of emotional conflict in their work and are able to create a harmonious environment and build good relationships with students.

Abstract

Bullying merupakan permasalahan serius yang dapat merusak kesehatan fisik, mental, dan sosial siswa. Tindakan bullying yang terjadi di sekolah mencakup perilaku agresif yang dilakukan secara sengaja dan berulang terhadap individu lain yang dianggap lebih lemah atau berbeda. Bullying dapat terjadi dalam berbagai bentuk, termasuk bullying fisik, bullying verbal serta cyberbullying. Dampak dari bullying sangat merugikan, baik bagi korban maupun pelaku, serta dapat mempengaruhi seluruh lingkungan sekolah. Kegiatan sosialisasi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak bullying terhadap siswa dan pentingnya penanggulangan serta pencegahan di lingkungan pendidikan. Melalui pendekatan sosialisasi anti-bullying, siswa diharapkan dapat memahami dampak buruk dari perilaku bullying, meningkatkan kesadaran mereka tentang pentingnya saling menghargai, dan memberikan dukungan terhadap teman-teman yang menjadi korban.
