Abstract

Salah satu tugas perkembangan usia remaja adalah membentuk ikatan yang terjalin kuat dalam kelompok teman sebaya (kohesivitas). Kesehatan mental bagi remaja memegang peranan penting dalam fase peralihan dari anak menuju dewasa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kohesivitas kelompok teman sebaya antara siswa laki-laki dan siswa perempuan di SMP Negeri 2 Surakarta. Selain itu, juga mengamati kesehatan mental siswa. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 46 siswa yang terdiri dari 20 siswa laki-laki dan 26 siswa perempuan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian komparasional. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis independent sample t-test. Hasil yang didapatkan berdasarkan analisis statistik deskriptif adalah rata-rata skor kohesivitas kelompok teman sebaya siswa laki-laki adalah 133,85 dan rata-rata skor kohesivitas kelompok teman sebaya siswa perempuan adalah 140,42. Berdasarkan hasil analisis independent sample t-test, dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kohesivitas siswa laki-laki dan siswa perempuan di SMP Negeri 2 Surakarta (sig. 0,089 > 0,05). Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa kohesivitas kelompok teman sebaya siswa laki-laki sama dengan kohesivitas kelompok teman sebaya siswa perempuan di SMP Negeri 2 Surakarta. Sebagai data tambahan, digunakan metode observasi dan interview untuk meliat kesehatan mental siswa.

Abstract

Adanya covid 19 berdampak pada seluruh aspek dan memiliki konsekuensi terkait kebijakan yang diambil. Salah satunya dalam dunia pendidikan diterapkan pembelajaran online dengan berbagai kondisi positif dan negatis yang ditimbulkan. Pembelajaran online sangat berbeda dengan pembelajaran tatap muka dan membawa pengaruh bagi produktivitas guru. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Warga Surakarta untuk mengetahui produktivitas kerja guru selama masa pandemi. Peneliti menggunakan empat orang informan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya penurunan produktivitas guru di SMA Warga Surakarta selama masa pandemi yang dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor.

Abstract

The research aims to develop fine motor skills in only childhood trought rice planting activities at the TA Sanggar Anak Alam (SALAM) located in Nitiprayan village, kasihan,bentul, a village located on the border of the Yogyakarta district and Bantul district. With a total of 29 students. Fine motor skills, namely this movements, will coordinate the eyes and hands in a fairly good movement control which allows them to carry out precision and precision in small muscle movements. Learning activities to plant rice for kindergarten aged children’s fine motor skills aim to hone children’s motor coordination skills.

Abstract

Adolescence is characterised by a process of transition from childhood to adulthood. During the transition period, adolescents will experience development in different aspects that are influenced by different factors, one of which is the environment. Adolescents spend most of their time in the school environment, so almost all adolescent development is influenced by their friends, which can be called peer conformity, which can have negative effects, one of which is bullying behaviour, which is currently widespread. This study aims to determine the relationship between peer conformity and bullying behaviour in late adolescence. This study uses a quantitative method with a total of 100 adolescents. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling technique (late adolescents aged 15-18 years and still actively attending school), with data analysis using simple regression test and hypothesis testing which shows R square 0.01. The results of this study indicate a significant positive relationship between peer conformity and bullying behaviour, which means that the higher the peer conformity, the higher the bullying behaviour in adolescents.

Abstract

Adolescence is a transitional period full of emotional, physical, and biological changes. Although physical health is often the main focus of teenagers, mental health is a more important aspect to maintain. Balanced mental health can contribute to a person's happiness in life. However, in Indonesia, even though there is Law No. 18 of 2014 concerning Mental Health, mental health problems are still often ignored. Bullying is one of the factors that can damage teenagers' mental health. At SMP Negeri 17 Surakarta, bullying has become a problem that affects the mental well-being of students, both as perpetrators and victims. For this reason, community service with the theme "Socialization of Mental Health in Class VII at SMP Negeri 17 Surakarta" was carried out to increase students' awareness about the importance of maintaining mental health and the negative impact of bullying. This activity was carried out in four stages: presentation of material about mental health and bullying, group discussions, making positive affirmations, and giving rewards to participants. The results of this activity show that students understand the relationship between bullying and mental health disorders, and are aware of the long-term impacts of bullying behavior. This activity succeeded in attracting students' attention and increasing their awareness about the importance of maintaining mental health, with the hope of creating a healthier school environment free from bullying.

Abstract

Emotional regulation is an important skill needed by teachers, including guidance and counseling teachers, to face emotional challenges that arise in interactions with students and colleagues. Guidance and Guidance Teachers have a role in supporting students' social and emotional development, so the ability to manage emotions well greatly influences the effectiveness of their performance. The focus of this research is to examine the emotional regulation of guidance and counseling teachers at SMP Negeri 17 Surakarta. A qualitative approach was used with observation techniques and in-depth interviews with a number of guidance and counseling teachers at schools. The research results show that emotional regulation in guidance and counseling teachers involves four main aspects. Guidance and guidance teachers who are able to manage their emotions well will be more effective in providing guidance and counseling to students, reduce stress, and minimize the negative impact of emotional conflict in their work and are able to create a harmonious environment and build good relationships with students.

Abstract

Learning is a behavior that each individual acquires to obtain a new change in behavior as a whole, in order to have the necessary abilities, skills and knowledge. Of course, students need the help of a teacher to support them, one of those who can help is the BK teacher. One of the duties of guidance and counseling teachers is to develop students according to their needs. Learning achievement is the result achieved or obtained by a child in the form of grades. This research method uses qualitative. The conclusion obtained is that BK teachers carry out guidance programs based on the assessments that have been carried out, the counseling theories used by each BK teacher are different from each other.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of finding out the relationship between hedonistic lifestyle and consumptive behavior in psychology students at Sahid University Surakarta. Sampling was carried out using a simple random sampling technique with a total of 33 students. The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is a relationship between hedonistic lifestyle and consumptive behavior in psychology students at Sahid University Surakarta. The method that will be used to test the hypothesis in this study uses the Pearson correlation test with the Pearson product moment correlation technique. The results of this study showed that there was no relationship between hedonistic lifestyle and consumptive behavior in psychology students at Sahid University Surakarta with a value of r = 0.135, with p = 0.455. Based on these results, the hypothesis in this study is rejected, which means that the lower the hedonistic lifestyle of students, the higher the consumptive behavior of students, and vice versa, the higher the hedonistic lifestyle of students, the lower the consumptive behavior of students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan perkembangan moral dan kecerdasan emosi dengan pengambilan keputusan pada mahasiswa.Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 90 mahasiswa yang diawali dengan melakukan uji coba kuisioner penelitian pada 30 mahasiswa yang berbeda dari yang digunakan saat penelitian namun secara umum memiliki karakteristik yang sepadan.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei kuisioner dengan skala model likert.Data pada penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode survey dengan instrument penelitian berupa kuisioner dengan model skala likert. Pada penelitian ini digunakan tiga kuisioner yaitu Defining Issue Test Versi 2 yang diadaptasi, general decision making style yang diadaptasi serta kecerdasan emosi dalam penelitian ini diungkap menggunakan skala kecerdasan emosi berdasarkan aspek-aspek kecerdasan emosi yang dikemukakan oleh Bar-On yaitu aspek intrapersonal, aspek interpersonal, aspek adaptasi, aspek manajemen stres, danaspek suasana hati umum. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS.19.

Abstract

Perundungan atau bullying adalah suatu intimidasi yang dilakukan oleh individu maupun kelompok yang pihaknya lebih kuat terhadap pihak yang lemah, dilakukan secara berulang-ulang dan sengaja oleh satu atau lebih. dampak yang akan dialami oleh korban perundungan antara lain kecemasan, stress, depresi, dan yang paling fatal adalah keinginan untuk bunuh diri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman pada siswa SMP terkait bullying melalui penyuluhan yang dilakukan. metode yang digunakan adalah presentasi pemaparan materi "Stop Bullying Sebagai Upaya Pencegahan Perilaku Perundungan". Serta diskusi tanya jawab, dan evaluasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan kesadaran terhadap siswa SMP ditunjukkan dengan ada beberapa siswa yang bertanya. Kesimpulan, dari penyuluhan ini adalah efektif untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang nyaman, aman, serta meminimalisir tindak perundungan yang terjadi di sekolah.
