Abstract

Talent needs to be a concern for every Entrepreneur. Talented entrepreneurs have the potential to contribute to creating a welfare state. This study aims to identify the role of Talent for Entrepreneurs. This study uses a qualitative method using literature and descriptive studies. The results of this study have explained the definition of entrepreneurial Talent, the role of Talent for entrepreneurs, and Talent as a driver of entrepreneurial success. This study found three roles of Talent for Entrepreneurs: Talent influences interest in entrepreneurship, Talent can make someone competent and successful in running Entrepreneurs, and Talent represents the best people for work in an entity and who will significantly contribute to achieving its strategic goals. Government and educational institutions must identify human resources with the right Talents to become entrepreneurs.

Abstract

The development of marketing in Indonesia from the traditional era to the digital era reflects rapid changes in technology, consumer behavior, and market demands. In the context of consumer behavior and market demands, the level of customer satisfaction is the peak of customer decisions in choosing and purchasing a product or service offered in a sustainable manner. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of product quality (X1), Price (X2) and Service Quality (X3) on the variables of Customer Satisfaction (Y). The number of respondents was taken using the Slovin Formula. The sample in this study amounted to 133 respondents. The technical data analysis in this study is using a statistical methodology with the help of SPSS for Windos version 29.0. Based on the results of the above data analysis, it was obtained that the Product Quality Variable (X1) had a partially significant effect on the Customer Satisfaction variable with a significance value of <0.01 < 0.05, the Price variable (X2) had a partially significant effect on the Customer Satisfaction variable with a significance value of <0.01 < 0.05, the Service Quality Variable (X3) had a partially significant effect on the Customer Satisfaction variable with a significance value of <0.01 < 0.05, the Product Quality Variable (X1) and the Price variable (X2) have a significant effect simultaneously on the Customer Satisfaction variable with a significance value of <0.01 < 0.05, the Product Quality Variable (X1) and the Service Quality Variable (Y) have a significant simultaneous effect on the Customer Satisfaction variable with a significance value of <0.01 < 0.05, then the alternative hypothesis (H5) is accepted. The Price Variable (X2) and Service Quality (X3) had a significant effect simultaneously on the Customer Satisfaction variable with a significance value of <0.01 < 0.05. The Product Quality variable (X1), Price Variable (X2) and Service Quality variable (X3) had a significant simultaneous significant effect on the Customer Satisfaction variable with a significance value of <0.01 < 0.05 and the level of influence of the significance of the independent variables X1, X2, and X3 on Y was 0.723 or 72.30%. It can be said that this influence is a very strong influence

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dampak literasi keuangan, pola hidup, locus of control, dan parental income terhadap perilaku pengelolaan keuangan mahasiswa program sarjana Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah pentingnya keterampilan mahasiswa dalam mengelola keuangan secara bijaksana, terutama dalam menghadapi tantangan ekonomi di zaman modern. Literasi keuangan menjadi elemen utama dalam pemahaman mahasiswa mengenai pengelolaan keuangan, sedangkan pola hidup, locus of control, dan pendapatan orang tua juga berperan dalam membentuk perilaku finansial mereka. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik survei kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 172 mahasiswa semester 5 sebagai sampel penelitian secara acak dari populasi sejumlah 300 mahasiswa sebagai responden. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan metode statistik inferensial untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku pengelolaan keuangan mahasiswa, yang menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi literasi keuangan, semakin baik pula kemampuan mereka dalam mengelola keuangan. Pola hidup juga terbukti memiliki pengaruh signifikan, pola hidup yang bijak berkontribusi pada perilaku keuangan yang lebih baik. Selain itu, locus of control sebagai faktor internal mahasiswa menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku keuangan mereka. Begitu juga pengaruh pendapatan orang tua terhadap perilaku pengelolaan keuangan menunjukkan signifikansi secara parsial. Namun, secara simultan, literasi keuangan, pola hidup, locus of control, dan parental income memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku pengelolaan keuangan.
