Abstract

Abstract Research on school principal strategies in increasing teacher achievement motivation and job satisfaction is based on the importance of strategy in creating a cooperative work environment that respects each other and has a spirit of achievement. The aim of this research is to describe school principal strategies in increasing teacher achievement motivation and job satisfaction. This research uses the library research research method with a descriptive qualitative approach. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The data sources in this research are scientific articles and books related to the topic. The results of this research indicate that school principals play an important role in creating the environment that can increase achievement motivation and job satisfaction. The strategies used by school principals to increase teacher achievement motivation and job satisfaction include: First, implementation of participatory leadership involving teachers in decision making and learning planning. Second, school principals carry out regular academic supervision to provide constructive feedback to teachers. Third, school principals create a positive organizational culture in schools, where cooperation, mutual respect and a spirit of achievement are the values ​​that are instilled. Fourth, school principals provide adequate support and facilities for teachers in conducting their duties. Keywords: Principal Strategy; Achievement motivation; Teacher Job Satisfaction.   Abstrak Penelitian mengenai strategi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan motivasi berprestasi dan kepuasan kerja guru dilatarbelakangi bahwa pentingnya sebuah strategi dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja kooperatif yang saling menghargai dan semangat berprestasi. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mendiskripsikan tentang strategi kepala sekolah, motivasi berprestasi dan kepuasan kerja guru serta strategi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan motivasi berprestasi dan kepuasan kerja guru. Penelitian ini memakai metode penelitian library research. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dengan analisis deskriptif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini berasal dari artikel ilmiah dan buku. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah memiliki peran penting dalam menciptakan lingkungan sehingga dapat meningkatkan motivasi berprestasi dan kepuasan kerja. Strategi yang digunakan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan motivasi berprestasi dan kepuasan kerja guru diantaranya: pertama, dengan menerapkan kepemimpinan partisipatif yang melibatkan guru dalam pengambilan keputusan dan perencanaan pembelajaran. Kedua, melakukan supervisi akademik secara teratur untuk memberikan umpan balik yang konstruktif kepada guru. Ketiga, menciptakan budaya organisasi yang positif di sekolah, di mana kerjasama, saling menghargai, dan semangat berprestasi menjadi nilai-nilai yang ditanamkan. Keempat, menyediakan dukungan dan fasilitas yang memadai bagi guru dalam melaksanakan tugas. Kata Kunci: Strategi Kepala Sekolah; Motivasi Berprestasi; Kepuasan Kerja Guru.

Abstract

It is certainly not easy for teachers to overcome various obstacles in teaching due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Innovation in education is essential to overcome the problems caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. Problems in applying the knowledge learned arise when teachers' enthusiasm for innovation decreases. Educational innovation is needed to facilitate student learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study explains how COVID-19 Limits Face-to-Face Learning Activities, Media Choices and its Impact. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study. Data sources consist of primary and secondary data. The primary sources of information are Islamic Religious Education Teachers and Students. Secondary data sources are documents. Data collection methods include observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Analyzing research materials includes summarizing, presenting and summarizing data. Data validity checks include extended participation, continuous observation, and triangulation. The results of this study show that learning is managed by starting the learning process with dhuha prayers in the mosque, followed by learning  in the classroom, then the students begin with prayer, attendance, and explanation of the material. PAI teachers provide material to students and end again with prayer. The class lasts about 30 minutes. Face-to-face teaching is limited to a few classes. The selection of learning media uses technology frequently. In the utilization of technology, E-Learning in Madrasah and WhatsApp groups, while PowerPoint is the general media. As a result, the students can fully understand the material taught by the Religious Education teacher, become more persistent and active in learning, and be encouraged to study Islamic Religious Education subjects.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of Management Information Systems (MIS) in improving the quality of educational services and job satisfaction at Madrasah. The research employs a mixed methods approach with a sequential exploratory design, beginning with qualitative methods through observation, interviews, and documentation, followed by quantitative analysis using questionnaires distributed to 285 respondents. Qualitative data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model, while quantitative data were examined through simple and multiple linear regression with SPSS. The qualitative findings indicate that MIS supports administrative efficiency, provides accurate data, and enhances service quality and job satisfaction across five key aspects: responsiveness, assurance, tangibles, empathy, and reliability. However, challenges such as limited infrastructure and user adaptability remain. Quantitatively, statistical tests show that MIS has a significant impact on both service quality and job satisfaction, as indicated by the F-value (2.679) exceeding the F-table value (2.410) with a significance level of 0.00 < 0.05. This study emphasizes the importance of a comprehensive and sustainable MIS implementation strategy to support the educational vision at Madrasah.
