Abstract

AbstractThis study wants to examine the formulation of the strategy for improving the quality of IAIN in East Java which is focused on: (1) strengthening the academic field (core activities of Higher Education); and (2) Strengthening the supporting activities of Higher Education in improving the quality of IAIN. The development of science and technology in the global era that occurs at this time brings the impact of changes in human life and all the problems can be solved by the mastery of science and the development of technology. This condition requires IAIN in East Java to be able to respond positively and can improve quality and can respond to stakeholder needs and the development of science and technology positively. In order for the IAIN to be able to meet the demands and needs of stakeholders and play a dynamic role in global competition, it is necessary to formulate a strategy to improve the quality of the institution properly. The formulation of this strategy can be used as an effort to make strategic planning carried out in a planned, directed, intensive, effective, and efficient manner in the process of improving the quality of IAIN in the current global era

Abstract

Penelitian dalam ini dilatar belakangi oleh MAN 2 Tulungagung merupakan salah satu sekolah yang berada di Kabupaten Tulungagung yang telah memiliki banyak lulusan yang sudah tersebar pada berbagai bidang perguruan tinggi baik negeri maupun swasta. Namun pada sisi kepuasan pelanggan sekolah masih memiliki kekurangan dan belum optimal, misalnya melihat kepuasan dari orang tua siswa, guru, dan siswa semua digunakan kuisioner yang hanya dipakai pada periode waktu tertentu seperti saat uas, keluhan, kritik saran dan konsultasi masih belum tersimpan dengan baik (paperbased). Tujua dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Customer Relationship Management (CRM) dalam meningkatkan kepuasan masyarakat di MAN 2 Tulungagung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah wawancara mendalam, observasi, dokumentasi. Teknik Analisis datanya adalahreduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil Penelitiannya Implementasi Penerapan CRM yang diterapkan mampu membantu sekolah dalam meningkatkan jumlah peserta didik dan membantu sekolah dalam penyampaian berbagai informasi yang penting kepada peserta didik dan wali murid, Pola komunikasi sekolah dengan pelanggan (customer) pendidikan diwujudkan dengan memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi dengan membuat grop WA (whatsapp) serta didukung program kunjungan rumah dan silaturahmi. Konsep CRM yang ada pada MAN 2 Tulungagung sudah diterapkan dengan melakukan analisis dan kemudian melakukan survey dengan mengklasifikasi calon pengguna jasa. Selain itu melakukan evaluasi dari hasil kinerja pada tahun sebelumnya apakah ada peningkatan atau penurunan. MAN 2 Tulungagung menjalin komunikasi yang baik untuk meningkatkan kepuasan masyarakat yang telah berusaha memberikan layanan yang terbaik bagi pelanggan seperti layanan pembelajaran, layanan informasi dan sarana serta prasarana yang baik dalam rangka mendukung pengembangan potensi setiap peserta didik.

Abstract

Secara khusus, peneliti berkonsentrasi pada pemanfaatan Total Quality Management (TQM) dalam meningkatkan kualitas institusi di Pesantren Suleymaniye di Taiwan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif sebagai metodologinya. Penelitian semacam ini dikenal dengan penelitian lapangan, yaitu kajian yang mendalam dan menyeluruh terhadap suatu organisasi, lembaga, atau fenomena tertentu. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi. Ada tiga langkah yang menyusun teknik analisis data: penyajian data, kondensasi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, Pondok Pesantren Suleymaniye di Taiwan dapat meningkatkan kualitasnya dengan menerapkan kebijakan TQM yang antara lain mencakup pembuatan kurikulum pondok pesantren yang sejalan dengan tujuan utama lembaga dan menyesuaikan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dengan kebutuhan dan norma budaya siswa Taiwan, Rutin menilai kebutuhan siswa, Adanya jaminan bahwa setiap orang terlibat dalam penerapan TQM di lembaga, Menciptakan perbaikan berkelanjutan, Dekat dengan pelanggan untuk menjaga hubungan, Menawarkan sumber daya pendidikan terbaik.

Abstract

Pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan akan mempengaruhi jumlah pelanggan. Oleh karena itu, lembaga pendidikan, khususnya lembaga pendidikan islam perlu meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan agar menunjukkan citra yang baik dan mampu bersaing dengan lembaga pendidikan islam lainnya. Artikel ini menguraikan tentang pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan didalam lembaga pendidikan islam. Fokus pada artikel ini tentang pengertian pelayanan  dan  kepuasan  pelanggan  di lembaga  pendidikan  islam  serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasaan pelanggan. Tujuan artikel ini adalah   memaparkan   pelayanan   dan   kepuasan   pelanggan di lembaga pendidikan islam. Artikel ini menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data dari berbagai sumber literatur berupa buku, artikel, dan jurnal yang relevan. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa simpulan berbagai sumber literatur mengenai pelayanan dan kepuasan di lembaga pendidikan islam.

Abstract

The article proposes strategies to build the nation character of students. It follows three stages. The first is socializing the accepted religious values to be implemented in the school. The second is implementing the values systematically for all components in the school. The third is giving rewards for those successfully implementing them. The strategies are done by education practitioners through providing examples, forming good habits, encouraging, and rewarding. In addition, forming religious values at school can be conducted through power strategy, persuasive strategy, normative re-educative strategy.

Abstract

Abstract Research on school principal strategies in increasing teacher achievement motivation and job satisfaction is based on the importance of strategy in creating a cooperative work environment that respects each other and has a spirit of achievement. The aim of this research is to describe school principal strategies in increasing teacher achievement motivation and job satisfaction. This research uses the library research research method with a descriptive qualitative approach. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The data sources in this research are scientific articles and books related to the topic. The results of this research indicate that school principals play an important role in creating the environment that can increase achievement motivation and job satisfaction. The strategies used by school principals to increase teacher achievement motivation and job satisfaction include: First, implementation of participatory leadership involving teachers in decision making and learning planning. Second, school principals carry out regular academic supervision to provide constructive feedback to teachers. Third, school principals create a positive organizational culture in schools, where cooperation, mutual respect and a spirit of achievement are the values ​​that are instilled. Fourth, school principals provide adequate support and facilities for teachers in conducting their duties. Keywords: Principal Strategy; Achievement motivation; Teacher Job Satisfaction.   Abstrak Penelitian mengenai strategi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan motivasi berprestasi dan kepuasan kerja guru dilatarbelakangi bahwa pentingnya sebuah strategi dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja kooperatif yang saling menghargai dan semangat berprestasi. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mendiskripsikan tentang strategi kepala sekolah, motivasi berprestasi dan kepuasan kerja guru serta strategi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan motivasi berprestasi dan kepuasan kerja guru. Penelitian ini memakai metode penelitian library research. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dengan analisis deskriptif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini berasal dari artikel ilmiah dan buku. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah memiliki peran penting dalam menciptakan lingkungan sehingga dapat meningkatkan motivasi berprestasi dan kepuasan kerja. Strategi yang digunakan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan motivasi berprestasi dan kepuasan kerja guru diantaranya: pertama, dengan menerapkan kepemimpinan partisipatif yang melibatkan guru dalam pengambilan keputusan dan perencanaan pembelajaran. Kedua, melakukan supervisi akademik secara teratur untuk memberikan umpan balik yang konstruktif kepada guru. Ketiga, menciptakan budaya organisasi yang positif di sekolah, di mana kerjasama, saling menghargai, dan semangat berprestasi menjadi nilai-nilai yang ditanamkan. Keempat, menyediakan dukungan dan fasilitas yang memadai bagi guru dalam melaksanakan tugas. Kata Kunci: Strategi Kepala Sekolah; Motivasi Berprestasi; Kepuasan Kerja Guru.

Abstract

Teachers are expected to understand current professional standards and receive the necessary training to become more professional. Teachers may receive support or training to improve their professional skills through supervision. Organized training called supervision is intended to help teachers and other school personnel perform their duties well. The five main topics include (1) the definition of non-directive supervision; (2) the stages of implementing non-directive supervision; (3) the application of non-directive supervision; (4) efforts to improve the competence of teacher professionalism; (5) non-directive supervision in improving the competence of teacher professionalism. This research was written using library research methodology or literature study, which involves collecting information from books and journals on non-directive supervision strategies to improve teacher professionalism. The results showed that (1) indirect problem solving where the supervisor does not directly point out the problem, (2) the following non-directive stages; listening, providing reinforcement, explaining, presenting, and solving problems, (3) this non-directive supervision approach first listens to the problems faced by the teacher and then gives reinforcement related to the problem, (4) can be attempted by achieving the four teacher competencies as proclaimed by the regulations of the Minister of National Education, (5) the role of the principal is considered very important where teachers become professional there are various approaches, one of which is a non-directive approach.

Abstract

The aim of writing this work is to analyze visionary leadership in increasing the competitiveness of transformative Islamic education. The library research method involves collecting and analyzing various relevant literature, such as books, scientific journals, articles and research reports that discuss visionary leadership, Islamic education and educational competitiveness. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach to identify key findings, connect theory with practice, and develop recommendations for effective implementation in the context of Islamic education. The results of this work show that the low ranking of education in Indonesia reflects the gap in educational quality and requires effective and sustainable intervention. Improving teacher quality through training and certification programs is very important to increase educational competitiveness. Visionary leadership is needed to direct and motivate teachers, staff and students in achieving better educational goals. School principals must be able to formulate and communicate a realistic and strategic vision, as well as adapt to changes and future challenges. The government and education stakeholders need to work together to improve the quality of teachers and ICT facilities in schools. Support from parents and collaboration between government, schools and industry are very important to ensure education in Indonesia is relevant to current developments and community needs.

Abstract

Islamic educational institutions need to change the old perspective with a new paradigm. One of them is with educational production corporations. A new form of organizing and managing education that integrates several aspects, namely academic, economic, social and business without losing the important meaning of education itself which is mutually beneficial and supportive. It is hoped that this paradigm will strengthen the competitiveness of transformative Islamic educational institutions. The purpose of this article is to examine the challenges and opportunities of educational production corporations in increasing the competitiveness of transformative Islamic educational institutions. This research uses library research. The data collection technique used is literature collection, namely collecting library materials related to the research object. This research uses a library research approach. The data collection technique used is literature collection. This research involves collecting data or scientific papers that are relevant to the research object from various library sources. The results of the research show that the challenge for educational institutions in increasing their competitiveness in the era of independent learning is by using the concept of educational production corporations, namely; a) demand for superior educational production and services, in line with needs, and able to compete in the global market; b) minimal human, financial and infrastructure resources in managing the education sector; c) maintaining harmony between academic, social and economic interests in the context of educational business. Production corporations in the education sector as an effort to increase the competitiveness of transformative Islamic educational institutions can be realized one way by analyzing opportunities from the superiority of this concept.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss the role of leadership and the capabilities of a leader in implementing marketing management roles in Islamic educational institutions. The emergence of new educational institutions has created phenomena in the education sector. The forms and approaches to education are becoming more diverse and complex. Traditional entities are developing existing educational institutions, non-educational businesses, and even educational providers from abroad. Objectively, society finds it increasingly challenging to choose educational institutions. Education management becomes crucial, where the growth and development of institutions are influenced by leadership's ability to recognize the external environment to create effective strategies to compete while maintaining the essence of education itself. The research method used is library research. The research findings indicate that effective marketing strategies for Islamic educational institutions include maximizing their resources, promoting Islamic values, and utilizing information technology in marketing. Additionally, Islamic educational institutions should consider the needs and profiles of prospective students and foster good relationships with the community and local partnerships. From this research, a leader who can act as a driving force within their institution will establish a distinct identity and attract Islamic education customers to their institution. Therefore, Islamic educational institutions must continually develop appropriate and effective marketing strategies while considering market developments and student needs.
