Abstract

This research aims to determine the design and implementation of the Kuttab Ibnu Abbas Surakarta curriculum. This research includes qualitative field research. The method used in this research is descriptive-analytical; data is obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data is collected, condensed, analyzed, presented, and concluded. The results of this research show that: 1) The curriculum design used at Kuttab Ibnu Abbas Surakarta is The Grass Roots Model; initiatives and efforts to develop the curriculum do not come from above but from below. 2) Implementing the curriculum at Kuttab Ibnu Abbas is almost the same as elementary school-level learning, which implements the 2013 Curriculum with a thematic learning model. (Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui desain dan implementasi kurikulum Kuttab Ibnu Abbas Surakarta. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian lapangan (field research) kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini metode analisis-deskriptif, data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data dikumpulkan, dikondensasi, dianalisis, disajikan dan disimpulkan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa; 1) Desain kurikulum yang digunakan pada Kuttab Ibnu Abbas Surakarta yaitu dengan The Grass Roots Model yaitu, inisiatif dan upaya pengembangan kurikulum, bukan datang dari atas tetapi datang dari bawah. 2) Implementasi kurikulum pada Kuttab Ibnu Abbas hampir sama dengan pembelajaran tingkat Sekolah Dasar yang menerapkan Kurikulum 2013 dengan model pembelajaran tematik.)

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk melaksanakan Tri Darma Perguruan Tinggi. Pengabdian dilakukan untuk memberikan solusi bagi permasalahan yang sedang dihadapi oleh masyarakat yang berprofesi sebagai peternak. Pengabdian dilakukan di Dusun Boter Desa Rambah Terngah Hilir, Kecamatan Rambah, Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian dilakukan dengan cara edukasi penyuluhan dan pelatihan serta demonstrasi penanganan ternak yang terjangkit scabies. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan peternak dalam mengenali, menangani, dan mencegah penyakit scabies pada ternak kambing. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dapat memberikan dampak positif terhadap kesehatan ternak, peningkatan produktivitas, dan kesejahteraan peternak.

Abstract

Digitalization is the main key to increasing the competitiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), especially in rural areas such as Banyuanyar Village, Boyolali. This study aims to analyze the influence of public speaking workshops and content creator training on the development of MSME digitalization. This workshop was held as a form of empowerment of MSME actors in improving their communication skills and skills in creating digital content for onlineproduct promotion. The method used was a qualitative approach with field observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation during the activity. The results showed that MSME actors who attended the workshop experienced a significant increase in self-confidence when presenting their products and were more active in utilizing social media as a marketing tool. In addition, content creator training encouraged business actors to be more innovative in presenting their products through high-quality videos and photos. Thus, this activity has a positive impact in supporting the digital transformation of local MSMEs. This study suggests the need for the continuation of similar training and long-term mentoring so that the results achieved can continue to develop and have a broad impact.
