Abstract

Pembelajaran kooperatif adalah suatu pembelajaran dimana siswa bekerja sama dalam kelompok-kelompok kecil yang memiliki latar belakang yang berbeda, dan mendorong terciptanya kemungkinan yang lebih besar untuk melakukan komunikasi, interaksi edukatif dua arah dan banyak arah. Make a match (mencari pasangan) adalah salah satu dari model-model pembelajaran kooperatif learning yang efektif diterapkan dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia dengan menerapkan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Make a Match terhadap siswa dan untuk memastikan apakah penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Make a Match efektif terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan populasi sebanyak 40 orang siswa sehingga sampelnya seluruh siswa (totalling sample) dalam satu kelas eksperimen . Data penelitian ini dianalisis secara deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar pre-test dan post-test. Adapun nilai rata-rata pre-test adalah 40,83 dan standar deviasi = 15,777 sedangkan nilai rata-rata post-test adalah 83,73 dengan standar deviasi 6,618. Berdasarkan uji t diperoleh ttabel ≤ thitung (1.68385 ≤ 17.299). hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia siswa yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Make a Match, pada kelas VII SMPN 39 Satap Leang-Leang dengan pokok bahasan teks deskripsi.

Abstract

In the school environment, all teachers have a good level of teacher efficacy. However, in reality, many teachers still find low levels of efficacy. This has an impact on students' knowledge, understanding, and achievement in the school environment. This is urgent to be researched because there are similarities between theory, hope, and reality. So the research aims to analyze the factors that influence teachers' self-effectiveness in implementing Environmental Education in schools. The method in this research is quantitative research with regression. The subjects consisted of 300 teachers from private secondary schools and state secondary schools spread across Indonesia. Data collection techniques using instruments. Instruments developed from indicators and measured based on a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques using Statistics version 25.0 with descriptive (mean, standard deviation, frequency, and percentage) and inferential statistics using the Multiple Linear Regression method. The results and research findings show that the level of teacher self-efficacy in implementing Environmental Education in schools is moderate. It was found that the factors that influence teacher self-efficacy in the implementation of education are teacher awareness of the environment and teacher perceptions of the principal's learning leadership.

Abstract

Changes in the labor market affect the dynamics of the career planning process for students. Career planning for students is an important thing to develop in supporting the desired goals. Therefore, students need the right career plan so that students can choose a career according to their strengths and talent interests. So that the purpose of Community Service (PKM) activities with the theme of Career Assistance and Counseling is to provide motivation and assistance to students in dealing with their confusion in choosing a career in the future. The method used in this activity is in the form of material delivery and questions and answers between students and presenters. Based on the results of Community Service (PKM) activities at SMA Negri 6 Maros, it is known that students show increased self-confidence and better readiness to face world challenges after graduation. In conclusion, this program succeeded in making a positive contribution, students realized that changes in the job market require them to have high flexibility and adaptability. Interactive Q&A sessions also provided opportunities for students to discuss and share experiences.

Abstract

Bullying has become a widespread issue in schools, with significant consequences for the victims. This study aims to explore the detrimental effect of bullying on students' academic achievement and stress levels. the study used mixed method approach, combining quantitative and qualitative data.A quantitative approach was employed, with data collected from 223 students at SMA Negeri 1 Pangkep using a Likert scale instrument. The findings reveal that bullying behavior, which encompasses students' thinking, feelings, attitudes, actions, and responsibility, is generally in the "good" category. However, the study also found a significant negative correlation between bullying and student achievement, as well as a positive correlation between bullying and student stress levels. The qualitative results found that bullying effects the students in learning and concentrate at school. This study underscores the importance of addressing bullying in schools to support student well-being and academic success. These results highlight the importance of addressing bullying in schools to ensure a safe and supportive learning environment for all students.
