Abstract

In the school environment, all teachers have a good level of teacher efficacy. However, in reality, many teachers still find low levels of efficacy. This has an impact on students' knowledge, understanding, and achievement in the school environment. This is urgent to be researched because there are similarities between theory, hope, and reality. So the research aims to analyze the factors that influence teachers' self-effectiveness in implementing Environmental Education in schools. The method in this research is quantitative research with regression. The subjects consisted of 300 teachers from private secondary schools and state secondary schools spread across Indonesia. Data collection techniques using instruments. Instruments developed from indicators and measured based on a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques using Statistics version 25.0 with descriptive (mean, standard deviation, frequency, and percentage) and inferential statistics using the Multiple Linear Regression method. The results and research findings show that the level of teacher self-efficacy in implementing Environmental Education in schools is moderate. It was found that the factors that influence teacher self-efficacy in the implementation of education are teacher awareness of the environment and teacher perceptions of the principal's learning leadership.

Abstract

Technology trends have changed the educational paradigm, especially at the tertiary level. Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as a way to change the learning process with the form of games in education, this will make education in higher education experience increased efficiency and effectiveness in learning. However, a deep understanding of how artificial intelligence can improve higher learning experiences and their impact after graduation is still limited. This research aims to investigate how artificial intelligence helps learning in higher education and its impact on students' career preparation after graduation. The focus is on analysis of the implementation of AI in teaching, learning, and decision-making support in higher education institutions. The research method used is literature study and content analysis. Data was collected from scientific articles, books, as well as related research reports on the use of artificial intelligence in higher education. The data is then analyzed to identify trends, benefits, and challenges associated with applying AI in educational contexts. Research results show that the use of artificial intelligence in higher education has increased the personalization of learning, increased knowledge retention, and facilitated more timely and accurate feedback. Additionally, AI also plays an important role in helping students develop skills relevant to the future job market. The conclusion of this research is that by integrating artificial intelligence into higher education, institutions can improve the quality of learning and help students be better prepared to face the challenges of an ever-changing job market. However, challenges such as technology dependency and the need for proper training for educators and students must also be addressed so that the full potential of AI in education can be realized.

Abstract

Quizizz is a very useful gamification tool for use in innovative education in higher education. By using quizizz, can help and interest students in learning. In addition, by using Quizizz, can increase creativity, and can help evaluate learning easily. This research was conducted with the aim of seeing how effective the use of Quizizz is in higher education. Because in fact, the Quizizz application is a game-based application, which can involve the participation of all students in playing in class. The method used by researchers in examining Quizizz as a Tool for Gamification of Innovative Education in Higher Education is to use quantitative methods. The data obtained by the researcher was obtained from the results of the distribution of questionnaires. The distribution of the questionnaire carried out by the researcher was done online by using the Google From software. The results of the data acquisition will also be tested again using the SPSS application. From the research results, it can be known that Quizizz is very useful to be used in innovative education in higher education. Innovative education can be interpreted as a skillful, critical, and creative education. Therefore, Quizizz is very appropriate to be used as an innovative educational gamification tool in higher education, because Quizizz can present different learning materials than previous learning materials. From this research, researchers can conclude that with Quizizz, it can enable teachers to identify material that has not been mastered by students, and can measure the level of skills that have been improved by students. In addition, the use of Quizizz as gamification in universities can also train students independently to learn, such as making questions, as well as other interesting games that will be used to learn.

Abstract

In today's digital age, the world is faced with rapid technological advances. It is undeniable that education today must be able to keep up with these advances. This technology can be utilized in various forms of media such as WA groups, classrooms, zoom and so on for distance learning facilities. However, many schools have not fully utilized technology. Moreover, currently there are many cases of students being less active, less interacting and involved during distance learning. So this research emerges to answer this problem with a focus on the utilization of technology in an effort to increase student interaction and involvement in active learning. The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of technology utilization in active learning. Then to find out the extent to which technology can encourage student interaction. Through technology, it is also possible to measure the level of student engagement in distance learning. The research method used is quantitative method. Data was obtained through distributing questionnaires to students online utilizing google form. The results obtained from respondents during the distribution of questionnaires were then processed into an application called SPSS with the oneway anova test. After processing the data, the researcher then presents the data in the form of a table containing the response rate of the respondents. The results of this study show that technology has a positive impact. Technology brings active learning. Learning is more fun, interesting and not boring. Then technology is able to increase interaction between students and students, student interaction with learning so that learning is effective. The conclusion of the research is that technology is an important tool used in the fields of life today such as government, economy, social, media, including education. The technology is very much needed in the world of education. The integration of technology wisely in the context of active learning is able to increase student interaction and involvement so as to facilitate the learning process so that educational goals are achieved and the quality of education increases.

Abstract

The development of technology has had a significant impact on the education sector. The use of technology, including ChatGPT, as a tool in providing academic support for students is becoming increasingly common. This study aims to analyze the impact of using ChatGPT on the quality of academic support for students. This research is a literature review using a qualitative approach, which means that it will analyze and interpret data using information and text from a variety of different sources. The study results show that the use of ChatGPT in student academic support has a significant impact on accessibility and learning efficiency. Although it provides easy access to information, it should be noted that irreplaceable human interaction remains important. The development of this technology requires wise integration, focusing on training education-specific models and involving teachers in continuous monitoring and development.

Abstract

Koperasi memiliki peran penting dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat, terutama dalam konteks meningkatkan kemandirian ekonomi anggota dan masyarakat luas. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi strategi pengembangan koperasi mandiri sebagai solusi untuk pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif, kegiatan ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan menganalisis data dari pelatihan daring yang dilaksanakan melalui platform Zoom, yang melibatkan 50 peserta dari berbagai koperasi di Bandung. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan koperasi mandiri dapat dicapai melalui beberapa strategi utama, yaitu peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia, penerapan teknologi digital dalam operasional koperasi, dan peningkatan akses terhadap sumber daya finansial. Pelatihan dan pengembangan kompetensi anggota koperasi terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kinerja koperasi dan kesejahteraan anggotanya. Selain itu, penerapan teknologi digital membantu koperasi dalam memperluas jangkauan pasar dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional. Akses yang lebih baik terhadap sumber daya finansial, melalui kemitraan dengan lembaga keuangan, juga memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap keberhasilan koperasi. Kegiatan ini juga menemukan bahwa dukungan dari pemerintah dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya sangat penting untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang kondusif bagi perkembangan koperasi. Kebijakan yang mendukung, seperti pemberian insentif dan akses mudah ke pembiayaan, dapat mempercepat proses pengembangan koperasi mandiri. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi panduan bagi pengambil kebijakan dan praktisi koperasi dalam merancang strategi pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat melalui pengembangan koperasi mandiri.

Abstract

This article discusses the diversity of historical heritage found in Langsa City which has the potential to become a sustainable historical heritage. This paper also describes how to realize sustainable tourism based on history and culture and improve the quality of life of the community by utilizing historical and cultural heritage. The research was conducted in Langsa city, Aceh province, Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative approach by conducting observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. Based on the findings and facts in the field, identify three potentials that can become icons for the development of historical and cultural tourism. The first is the historical heritage in the form of physical, the second is in the form of culture and the third is the historical heritage in the form of culinary. This diversity of historical heritage-based sustainable tourism has not received much attention in the study of sustainable tourism. This is because tourism infrastructure such as destinations and human resources have not been well prepared. In addition, the involvement of public participation to help realize sustainable tourism is still not optimal. Tourism by utilizing historical heritage capital is very important for the environment and society. and have an impact on the local and national economy. Realizing sustainable tourism based on historical and cultural heritage is done by implementing destination management, so that each type of tourism gets the same attention so that all tourism sectors can progress together, increase the quality of tourism, and can benefit all parties. It is also recommended to build good cooperation between the government, the community and the private sector in developing sustainable tourism based on historical and cultural heritage. Cultural heritage buildings that have received status and are being proposed by the government as cultural heritage so that their maintenance and utilization can be optimal. In addition, it is necessary to open spaces for collaboration between the government, academia and the community in the development of sustainable tourism based on historical heritage.

Abstract

Migrasi dan Perkembangan Kota: Studi tentang Perubahan Sosial Masyarakat Di Aceh Bagian Timur" adalah sebuah penelitian yang mengkaji bagaimana migrasi dan perkembangan kota mempengaruhi perubahan sosial masyarakat di Aceh bagian timur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana faktor migrasi dan perkembangan kota mempengaruhi perubahan sosial masyarakat, termasuk bagaimana kedua faktor tersebut mempengaruhi perubahan perilaku, norma, dan budaya masyarakat. Penelitian ini juga akan mengevaluasi bagaimana perubahan sosial yang terjadi mempengaruhi stabilitas dan kesejahteraan masyarakat, serta bagaimana masyarakat mengatasi perubahan tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan dan informasi yang berguna bagi pengembangan masyarakat dan perencanaan pembangunan kota di Aceh bagian timur dan daerah lain yang mengalami perubahan yang sama.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an overview of the existing Nyadran tradition literature as material for social studies development in junior high schools. In addition, it is also intended to create a conceptual model related to the use of the Nyadran tradition. This article is a conceptual article that covers the basics, basic competencies, and curriculum. This research is qualitative research with case study methods. The data collection technique is derived from interviews with the main data source of the Klumutan village community, while the other data is from the documentation of the profile of the Klumutan town and the photographs of the implementation of traditional Clumutan. Sampling techniques using purposive sampling. Data validity testing using source triangulation and methods Analysis techniques using interactive data analysis models: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawings. The results of this research consist of three conclusions. First, the Nyadran tradition can be used as a source of social studies development in junior high schools. This is because this tradition contains moral teachings and local wisdom relevant to the vision of social science, namely civics education. Moreover, the oral tradition, which is part of anthropology and history, has the same characteristics as social studies material, which combines social science disciplines. The two high social values of the Nyadran tradition can be used as a source of social science learning. These values mean moral, social, cultural, spiritual, and environmental. Third, the development of oral traditions as teaching materials can be carried out through three stages, namely: (a) the analysis stage (defining the oral traditions and their relevance to the curriculum); (b) the design and development stage (determining the form and structure of the learning materials needed); and (c) implementation stage.

Abstract

Feminisme adalah paham yang memandang perbedaan hak-hak perempuan berdasarkan kesetaraan perempuan dan laki-laki dan hal ini menarik untuk dibahas karena keyakinan bahwa perempuan mengalami ketidakadilan karena gendernya. Feminisme bukanlah pemberontakan perempuan terhadap laki-laki, tetapi suatu upaya untuk memerangi dan mengingkari kodratnya terhadap institusi sosial seperti keluarga dan perkawinan, serta untuk mengakhiri penindasan dan eksploitasi terhadap perempuan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan peneliti adalah kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan dokumentasi berupa file dan observasi non partisipan disertai studi pustaka untuk mendukung data. Analisis data menggunakan dua tahapan yaitu tahapan reduksi data dan tahapan interpretasi. Usaha para penggiat gender melalui feminisme terbukti sedikit dan perlahan sudah mempengaruhi persepsi, pemahaman dan perlakuan rakyat secara luas. Setidaknya pada bidang perundangan, Indonesia memiliki UU PKDRT (Penanggulangan Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga) UU Perlindungan Anak, UU Perdagangan Orang, UU Partai Politik & Pemilu, UU Kewarganegaraan, UU Pornografi yang kesemuannya menaruh perhatian wanita dan anak dimana mereka umumnya sebagai korban menjadi dampak timpangnya gender Indonesia, meskipun secara luas masih diharapkan kajian gender yang lebih mendalam khususnya masalah implementasinya.
