Abstract

This research aims to describe two things: (1) the contents of the RPP; and (2) teachers' technology pedagogy content knowledge (TPACK). Furthermore, this research uses triangulation of methods and sources to ensure the accuracy of the information. The research findings show that: (1) SDI teacher Wahid Hasyim already knows TPACK and knows how to use technology even though initially it was not perfect and needed improvement to meet students' learning needs. Furthermore, research has shown that educators can effectively integrate the use of technology, various techniques, and various learning methodologies when creating their plans for implementing learning. Despite this, the TPACK RPP content is excellent.

Abstract

In the school environment, all teachers have a good level of teacher efficacy. However, in reality, many teachers still find low levels of efficacy. This has an impact on students' knowledge, understanding, and achievement in the school environment. This is urgent to be researched because there are similarities between theory, hope, and reality. So the research aims to analyze the factors that influence teachers' self-effectiveness in implementing Environmental Education in schools. The method in this research is quantitative research with regression. The subjects consisted of 300 teachers from private secondary schools and state secondary schools spread across Indonesia. Data collection techniques using instruments. Instruments developed from indicators and measured based on a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques using Statistics version 25.0 with descriptive (mean, standard deviation, frequency, and percentage) and inferential statistics using the Multiple Linear Regression method. The results and research findings show that the level of teacher self-efficacy in implementing Environmental Education in schools is moderate. It was found that the factors that influence teacher self-efficacy in the implementation of education are teacher awareness of the environment and teacher perceptions of the principal's learning leadership.

Abstract

Menstruasi pertama yang sering dijadikan indikator kesehatan oleh para ahli medis bagi sebagian anak adalah sebuah kengerian tersendiri. Hal ini disebabkan kurangnya pemberian informasi tentang keseharian reproduksi. Dari sudut pandang agama, menstruasi menjadi titik balik seorang anak menjadi seorang mukallaf yang bertanggung jawab atas semua amal ibadahnya sendiri. Fenomena kepanikan yang dialami oleh remaja putri saat mengalami menstruasi pertama juga masih terjadi hingga saat ini di era digital yang informasi bisa di dapat dengan mudah, termasuk di MI Plus Miftahul Anwar Kalianyar Bangil. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengurangi fenomena kepanikan yang dialami oleh peserta didik di lembaga tempat pengabdian dilaksanakan saat mengalami menstruasi pertama. Metode kegiatan ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Melalui studi kasus ini peneliti memaparkan data lapangan dalam pendampingan kegiatan sosialisasi peningkatan kesiapan beragama peserta didik MI Plus MIftahul Anwar Kalianyar Bangil dalam menghadapi menstruasi pertama. Adapun Hasil pendampingan yang diperoleh diantaranya: (1) sosialisasi berjalan dengan baik melalui beberapa kali pertemuan selama satu semester tanpa mengganggu jadwal kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah. (2) Dampak perubahan yang diperoleh dari pelaksanaan kegiatan ini antara lain: Pertama, siswa lebih memahami proses terjadinya menstruasi, Kedua, peserta didik termotivasi untuk memenuhi kewajibannya sebagai muslimah secara sempurna setelah mengalami menstruasi. Selanjutnya tantangan bagi suksesnya pelaksanaan hasil kegiatan ini adalah masih kurangnya tersedianya environment baik yang bersifat materi ataupun non-materi yang dapat mendukung pemenuhan hak dan kewajiban remaja putri saat mengalami menstruasi baik untuk pertama kali ataupun bulanannya selama di sekolah.

Abstract

: The relationship between Islam and the State becomes an actual and dynamic discourse in every phase of the development of civilization both in the Western and Eastern world. The debate revolves around the question of the form of the state, whether it is integral, symbiotic or secular. The relationship between Islam and the state is still being discussed through the media and discussions of Muslim intellectuals, one of them is Nurcholish Madjid, one of the Islamic political thinkers in Indonesia and many intellectuals who bring up ideas with nationalist insights. One of them is his thoughts on the relationship between Islam and the State in Indonesia. This thought, although quite controversial when first raised but has a major influence on national and Islamic discourse in Indonesia. Fiqh Siyasah's view of Nurcholish Madjid's thoughts is included in the study of siyasah dusturiyah. Although in Islam it never determines the particular form and pattern of a country that must be practiced by Muslims, but establishing a State is an obligation of Muslims. The state is a tool for Muslims to be able to implement the teachings of Islam, so that the goal of syara' creates benefit and rejects harm can be achieved in society

Abstract

As "Islam with a cheerful face", Indonesian Islam is known as a peaceful and moderate Islam, so there is no conflict with modernity, democracy, human rights, or other tendencies in the modern world. The importance of government groups and non-governmental organizations to sow and strengthen moderate Islam through education, whether formal, informal, or non-formal. Muhammadiyah and NU, which were labeled as moderate Islam from the start, are likely to play an important role in empowering moderate Islam in Indonesia. It is time for moderate religious mass organizations, such as NU and Muhammadiyah, to direct religious groups to channel their religious militancy through wisdom, not terror and bloodshed. This paper aims to see how effective the existence of NU and Muhammadiyah Islamic Education is in promoting moderate Islam in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to explain and identify the relevance of local wisdom values in the process of forming moderate santri character. Education in Islamic boarding schools, as traditional Islamic educational institutions, has a very important role in shaping the character of students. This article discusses the importance of understanding local wisdom values and how these values can contribute to producing students who have moderate character. The research method used is literature study or literature study. The research results show that local wisdom values such as mutual cooperation, local wisdom and social norms have a strong relevance in forming the moderate character of santri. These values help students develop attitudes of tolerance, independence and a sense of responsibility. This article also outlines several efforts that can be made by Islamic boarding schools and educators to strengthen the role of local wisdom values in Islamic boarding school education. By combining moderate Islamic teachings and local wisdom values, Islamic boarding schools can become effective educational institutions in shaping the character of students who are moderate and contribute positively to society

Abstract

In the era of globalization and advances in information technology, Indonesian society faces increasingly complex challenges related to cultural, religious, and ethnic diversity. This diversity, although a national treasure, also has the potential to cause friction and conflict if not managed properly. Education has a crucial role in shaping the character of the younger generation so that they are able to live harmoniously in this diversity. One approach that can be taken is through the integration of local wisdom in the Islamic education curriculum. The purpose of this article is to discuss the integration of local wisdom in the Islamic education curriculum as an effort to shape a character of tolerance in schools. The research method used is qualitative with a literature study approach, which uses descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study show that local wisdom applied in the curriculum can increase students' awareness of the importance of respecting cultural and religious differences.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) Test and analyze whether Servant Leadership Style has an effect on loyalty, and will be answered through questionnaires distributed to respondents and then tested with several tests offered to determine the effect of these variables. 2) Test and analyze whether empowerment has an effect on loyalty, and will be answered by processing data by conducting several tests to determine the effect of these variables 3) Testing and analyzing whether Servant Leadership Style has an effect on loyalty through empowerment, and will be answered by processing respondent data through several The test is used to find out whether Servant Leadership Style has an effect on loyalty, or the empowerment variable has more influence on loyalty. The research method uses a quantitative approach that explores each variable and tests hypotheses using a structural equation model. The results showed that the overall hypothesis tested has a positive and significant value. Servant Leadership on Loyalty through empowerment has a fairly good value and can be said to have a positive and significant effect. This shows that the empowerment variable as an intervening variable can contribute to fostering loyalty to members.

Abstract

Learning with the Integrated Islamic School system is the integration of the national education system with the principles of Islamic education to educate intelligence, skills, character development and inclusion of moral values ​​of students, so that students have more complete and distinctive personalities. SDIT Al-Ihsan Kota Pasuruan sees to instill a generation of Rabbani who love the Al-Qur'an and instill the example of Rasullullah. In addition, SDIT Al-Ihsan Pasuruan City also plays a role in implementing the 2013 Curriculum, which is based on Islamic characters. This process must go through various learning activities and these various patterns need to be developed by providing material that includes various learning models are under the subject understood, therefore the authors conducted research on various learning models applied in SDIT Al-Ihsan Pasuruan City to find and understand the various character development processes to improve the quality of students with good personalities.
