Abstract

Penelitian ini menelaah penerapan permainan Songkok-Songkok Jangang dalam bimbingan kelompok untuk meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi siswa di SD Inpres 242 Kanang-Kanang. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1) Bagaimana gambaran keterampilan komunikasi siswa di SD Inpres 242 Kanang-kanang? (2) Bagaimana gambaran penerapan Songkok-Songkok Jangang dalam bimbingan kelompok di SD Inpres 242 Kanang-Kanang? (3) Apakah ada pengaruh penerapan Songkok-Songkok Jangang dalam bimbingan kelompok untuk meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi di SD Inpres 242 Kanang-Kanang? Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian Experimental dengan model quasi eksperimental design. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu skala keterampilan komunikasi dan observasi. Jadi hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Keterampilan komunikasi siswa sebelum penerapan permaianan Songkok-Songkok Jangang berada pada kategori rendah (2) Selama pelaksanaan permainan Songkok-Songkok Jangang dalam bimbingan kelompok tingkat partisipasi siswa berada pada kategori tinggi (3) Penerapan permainan Songkok-Songkok Jangang dapat meningkatkan secara signifikan keterampilan komunikasi siswa di SD Inpres 242 Kanang-Kanang.

Abstract

Writing is frequently regarded as the most challenging language skill for junior high school students to acquire. Many learners face difficulties in articulating their ideas in written form, often due to limited vocabulary, inadequate grammatical knowledge, and a lack of motivation. This Classroom Action Research was designed to enhance students’ writing proficiency through the integration of visual stimuli as an instructional technique. Conducted over two cycles with a cohort of 14 eighth-grade students at SMP Sultan Agung Batam, the study employed various instruments, including pre-tests, post-tests, classroom observations, and analysis of students’ written work. The findings revealed that visual stimuli significantly facilitated idea generation and led to improvements in both sentence construction and vocabulary usage. The students’ mean writing score rose from 52.86 in the pre-test to 67.64 in the post-test. These outcomes suggest that incorporating visual stimuli into writing instruction can serve as an effective pedagogical approach to strengthening students’ writing competence at the junior high school level.

Abstract

This risk can come at any time, therefore research and analysis and innovation must be carried out on a business so that it is not left behind or affected by a situation or disaster that occurs suddenly. The type of method used in this research is literature study. Literature study is a method of collecting data by looking for information or references online through articles, journals, websites, and so on. In this study, the authors analyze the risks that occur in UMKM Kedai Ommed, namely technology and inflation. In this study, the authors analyze how to deal with these risks with the 4T hazard response and risk response. Keywords: Risk, Risk Management, MSME.

Abstract

The increase in inflation that occurs causes the threat of unemployment in Indonesia. According to the BPS, 4.48 million Indonesians are unemployed in 2022. Cyclical unemployment is unemployment caused by a large-scale economic crisis (inflation), so many companies lay off their workers to reduce the risk of loss in a company. the. The method used in this research is literature study. The literature study method is a method that is carried out by collecting data and documents from references that are in accordance with the author's research. In this study, the authors analyze monetary policy as a government policy that can be used in overcoming the threat of post-inflation unemployment. Monetary policy is one way to reduce unemployment by increasing the money supply and reducing interest rates which will increase investment. The increasing amount of investment will increase job opportunities which in turn will reduce unemployment
