Abstract

This research investigates the role of employee integrity and teamwork in increasing work effectiveness in government organizational environments. The research methods used include identifying important factors, building a cultural integration model, analyzing positive impacts, identifying research gaps, and preparing practical recommendations. The research results show that employee integrity and good teamwork have a significant impact on increasing performance, adaptability, innovation, employee satisfaction and reducing conflict in government organizations. However, there are research gaps related to the lack of empirical studies, variations in organizational contexts, the influence of technology, implementation strategies, and measurement and evaluation. As practical recommendations, training and development, exemplary leadership, rewards and recognition, supportive policies and procedures, effective communication, use of technology, regular evaluation and conflict handling are needed. This research's contribution to the literature covers various fields of study such as public management, organizational studies, work and organizational psychology, and policy development. The findings of this research provide practical implications that can help government organizations improve their performance and effectiveness in providing quality public services.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the results of employee performance targets at the Banten Government Human Resources Development Center (BPSIP), as well as the factors that influence the achievement of this performance. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study at BPSIP Banten, which collects data through in-depth interviews, observations and document analysis related to employee performance results. The research results show that although the majority of employees have succeeded in meeting the performance targets set, there are still several obstacles that affect achievement, such as lack of coordination between work units, limited facilities and resources, and low motivation for some employees. Based on these findings, this research provides recommendations for improving the effectiveness of the performance management system at BPSIP Banten, including increasing coordination between work units, employee motivation, and providing more adequate resources.

Abstract

This community service program aims to increase awareness and involvement of residents in land reforestation efforts as part of environmental conservation efforts. This activity focuses on planting crops owned by the Women Farmers Group in Pageragung Village. Through participatory methods, KWT members together with students explore the land, select appropriate types of seeds, and plant and maintain plants. In addition to ecological benefits, the harvest of vegetables provides additional sources of income for the local community. This activity also succeeded in raising awareness of the importance of environmental conservation among the community. The findings of this program highlight the effectiveness of a community-based approach in implementing land reforestation and provide a basis for similar initiatives in the future.
