Abstract

This community service program aims to increase awareness and involvement of residents in land reforestation efforts as part of environmental conservation efforts. This activity focuses on planting crops owned by the Women Farmers Group in Pageragung Village. Through participatory methods, KWT members together with students explore the land, select appropriate types of seeds, and plant and maintain plants. In addition to ecological benefits, the harvest of vegetables provides additional sources of income for the local community. This activity also succeeded in raising awareness of the importance of environmental conservation among the community. The findings of this program highlight the effectiveness of a community-based approach in implementing land reforestation and provide a basis for similar initiatives in the future.

Abstract

This research includes research and development that produces valid and practical Android-based ICT learning media for students at SMPN 12 Cilegon. This learning media development model refers to the 3-D development model (Tri D-Model), which consists of 4 stages, namely: define, design, and develop. This research was conducted at SMPN 12 Cilegon with 21 students and one ICT subject teacher as subjects. As for data collection techniques using observation sheet instruments and questionnaire responses from students and teachers, The analysis used in this study is a qualitative descriptive analysis used to analyze the validity of the instruments used in the study. Revision of the media so that results are feasible to use. The results of the study show that the media developed after being validated and declared valid, so it is feasible to test them in the field to determine their practicality. During the small group trials with a total of 21 student subjects, it was shown that the Smart Apps Creator learning media was practical. The trial results showed that the Smart Apps Creator learning media were very practical to use and fulfilled the mix.

Abstract

This study examines the problem of suboptimal partnerships among Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes), village governments, and the private sector in developing palm sugar production in Sempor Village, Kebumen. The novelty of this research lies in proposing a collaborative partnership model based on local wisdom that integrates regulatory, managerial, technological, and village cooperative institutional functions to support sustainable local economic development. The study addresses a gap in previous research, which has generally examined stakeholders' roles separately without offering an integrated collaboration model. A qualitative case study approach was employed. The research stages included problem identification, data collection through in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis, followed by data reduction, data display, and thematic analysis. The findings reveal that partnership effectiveness is influenced by clear role distribution, institutional capacity, stakeholder trust, and regulatory and technological support. The study concludes that an adaptive collaborative partnership model can strengthen palm sugar production governance and enhance the competitiveness of the rural economy. The managerial implication highlights the importance of strengthening cross-sector coordination and village institutions, while the study contributes a collaborative partnership model that can be replicated for the development of other leading rural commodities in Indonesia
