Abstract

The use of pesticide fertilizers in the community environment causes soil pollution.Our business is to make organic bone fertilizer products, with the aim that thisproduct can help the community enjoy plant products that are free from pests andharmful chemicals. The method used is a qualitative method with a descriptiveapproach. By implementing ten project management processes, namely projectintegration, project scope management, project time management, project costmanagement, project quality management, project human resource management,project communication management, project risk management, projectprocurement management, and project stakeholder management, The projectproduces organic bone fertilizer that fertilizes the soil and is low-risk. Theimplementation of project management can assist the team in planning, managing,and executing work to meet project requirements on time.

Abstract

Application of Enterprise Resource Planning Systems (ERP) and Supply ChainManagement (SCM) systems by conducting research on one of the developingcompanies in Batam City. By implementing these two systems, it can have aninfluence on the implementation of ERP and SCM systems. The research methodused is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of the researchconducted illustrate that the SCM application system carried out by PT PanasonicIndustrial devices Batam has been designed in accordance with the systematics ofthe product distribution process. And in the application of ERP systems, PTPanasonic Industrial devices Batam is to use the Application and Product in DataProcessing (SAP) System. By empowering these two systems, PT PanasonicIndustrial devices Batam can provide performance in accordance with themanagement system that has been implemented.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of sustainable HRM practices on job satisfaction and turnover intentions, using work as a mediator. Sustainable HRM practice is an independent variable, while the dependent variable consists of job satisfaction and turnover intentions. This study uses the mediating variable, namely the meaning of work. The research was conducted by covering the population of employees of manufacturing companies in Batam City and collecting data using Google Form questionnaires. There were 330 respondents used as samples in this study, using PLS-SEM with Smart PLS 3 and SPSS software. The results of this study prove that sustainable HRM practice affects job satisfaction and turnover intentions. Meaning of work can affect job satisfaction. The results of this study also prove that sustainable HRM practice can affect job satisfaction with the meaning of work as a mediating variable. Abstract

Globalisasi Market yang dilakukan pada PT Mayora Indah Tbk berpengaruh pada keseluruhan seperti sumber daya manusia, asset perusahaan, modal usaha dan lainnya. Dengan melakukan globalisasi perusahaan dapat memasarkan produk hingga pasar internasional. Metode yang digunakan dalam analisis ini adalah metode kualitatif, dengan mendapatkan informasi melalui cara observas, serta mengumpulkan berbagai data yang relative dengan analisis yang dilakukan. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan (1) PT Mayora Indah Tbk melakukan globalisasi pasar dengan tujuan memperluas pasar (2) Terdapat empat dorongan yang dilakukan oleh PT Mayora Indah Tbk dalam melakukan globalisasi pasar (3) PT Mayora Indah Tbk menjadi bukti nyata keberhasilan perusahaan nasional yang menembus pasar global internasional (4) PT Mayora Indah Tbk dikenal sebagai perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang Food & Beverages (F&B) dengan tujuan ekspor ke sekitar 80 negara. Kata kunci : Globalisasi Market, PT Mayora Indah Tbk, Kualitatif, Global Internasional
