Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of risk profile, asset familiarity, investment objectives, investment awareness, and portfolio management on investment behavior. The method of collecting data using a questionnaire aimed at the people of Batam. A total of 100 questionnaires were collected and then processed using SPSS. The study continued with testing the validity and reliability. For testing the hypothesis the author uses multiple linear regression analysis. From this study it can be concluded that risk profile, asset familiarity, investment objectives, investment awareness, portfolio management have a significant positive effect on investment behavior. Overall the independent variable can explain the dependent variable by 51.8% while the rest is influenced by other variables outside the study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether financial behavior, financial socialization agents, financial attitude,  financial stress, and financial literacy can influence financial well being in millennial generation in Batam City. Financial well being is described when a person is able to prosper in the field of financial finance. Welfare is reflected in the ability to meet and manage all needs and desires. While millennial is the most current generation so that it can be a hope and reflection of a country. This research method begins with the distribution of questionnaires to the people of Batam city aged 15-19 years. Data were collected as many as 300 respondents then processed with multiple regression research models using SPSS. Variable financial literacy, financial attitude and financial socialization agents provide a significant positive relationship to financial well being. Meanwhile financial stress has a significant negative relationship with financial well being. Then for financial behavior variables show no significant relationship to financial well being.

Abstract

This research will examine and analyze factors such as board gender diversity, board tenure, board age, board education and managerial ownership on firm performance. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of these various factors on firm performance in the energy sector on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The approach applied in this research uses quantitative methods by collecting secondary data. The population that is the focus of the research are several companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which operate in the energy sector. The number of samples used was 46 energy sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period and were selected using the purposive sampling method. The data was then analyzed using multiple linear regression to determine the influence of the variables used on firm performance. The research results show that board gender diversity, board tenure, board age and board education do not have a significant influence on firm performance, however, the managerial ownership variable is proven to have a significant influence on firm performance.Keywords: Board Gender Diversity, Board Tenure, Board Age, Board Education, Managerial Ownership, Firm Performance

Abstract

Frequent marketing activities are also classy marketing work done all over theplace. Global marketing opportunities exist for all entrepreneurs who can channeltheir innovation and creativity into emerging markets. Pizza Hut is a restaurantthat was founded in 1958. This business first entered Indonesia in 1984, and it wasalso the first pizza restaurant in Indonesia at the time. The author's goal in carryingout this analysis is that pizza is an Italian dish that is very well known everywherewith a very unique and varied taste image, which is of course very popular withIndonesians. Based on the results of the analysis, there are six tasks in the globalmarket.

Abstract

Penelitian tentang CSR di perusahaan multinasional, khususnya di Indonesia masih terbatas, sementara praktik CSR semakin penting dalam bisnis internasional. Sebagai salah satu perusahaan multinasional yang besar, Danone Indonesia memiliki potensi untuk mempengaruhi praktik CSR di industri makanan dan minuman yang ada di Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh praktik CSR yang baik serta dampak yang dihasilkan pada masyarakat dan lingkungan sekitar. Penelitian ini masuk kedalam penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dimana metode ini digunakan untuk menggali pemahaman mendalam tentang fenomena sosial dengan memperhatikan aspek kualitatif seperti makna, persepsi, dan pengalaman subjektif individu maupun kelompok. Hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan masukan untuk perusahaan lain dalam industri yang sama untuk menerapkan praktik CSR yang baik dan memberikan manfaat jangka panjang bagi perusahaan dan masyarakat. Seluruh program CSR PT. Danone Indonesia didasarkan pada komitmen perusahaan untuk memberikan dampak positif pada masyarakat dan lingkungan sekitar. Melalui program-program tersebut, perusahaan dapat mempromosikan keberlanjutan dan berkontribusi pada pembangunan masyarakat yang lebih baik.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of perceived risk on online purchase intention in Batam city by purchasing goods through marketplace platforms such as: Tokopedia, Shoppe, Lazada, Bukalapak, Blibli. The technique of collecting data is carried out using non-probability sampling with judgmental sampling method. The respondent's data were collected as many as 320 data by distributing questionnaires to the Batam city community. Samples in this study were the Batam city people who had purchased goods or visited 5 marketplaces namely Tokopedia, Shoppe, Lazada, Bukalapak, Blibli. After collecting data in accordance with the required data, the data processing is carried out in the next stage to determine the results of this study using SPSS software. The results of the data testing conducted, it can be concluded that the financial risk, time risk, and psychological risk variables have a significant effect on the online purchase intention variable. Meanwhile, the variable product risk, security risk, and social risk do not have a significant effect on online purchase intention.

Abstract

One of the more attractive investments for investors is sharia investment because this investment can provide profitable results for both parties and considering that 80% of Indonesia's population is Muslim, the sharia market in Indonesia is very large. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of financial ratios on company value with the intervening variable ISR. The sample for this research is companies listed on the JII index for the 2017-2021 period with a final sample of 24 companies out of 26 companies. This research uses panel data regression data analysis methods. The results of this research are that the firm size variable has a significant but negative relationship with ISR disclosure, the profitability variable has a significant positive relationship and leverage has a significant negative relationship with firm value. Apart from that, the profitability and leverage variables do not have a significant relationship with the ISR score and the firm size variable and the ISR disclosure variable do not have a significant relationship with the firm value. for the intervening variable ISR disclosure is not able to mediate the independent variables profitability, firm size and leverage on the dependent variable firm value.

Abstract

Satwa Abadi Jaya adalah sebuah UMKM yang bergerak di bidang perdagangan ayam segar di Kota Batam. Dengan perkembangan teknologi dan persaingan pasar yang semakin ketat, strategi pemasaran konvensional yang digunakan dirasakan kurang efektif untuk memperluas pangsa pasar dan meningkatkan brand awareness. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan strategi pemasaran melalui digital marketing guna meningkatkan daya saing dan penjualan Satwa Abadi Jaya. Metode yang digunakan mencakup wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi untuk menganalisis kondisi pemasaran dan kebutuhan mitra. Proses implementasi meliputi pembuatan dan pengelolaan media sosial seperti instagram, facebook, tiktok, dan whatsapp business, serta pembuatan konten promosi berupa poster digital, video promosi, dan penggunaan iklan berbayar. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan interaksi dengan konsumen, jumlah pengikut di media sosial, serta peningkatan penjualan. Optimalisasi strategi digital marketing terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan jangkauan pasar dan kesadaran merek Satwa Abadi Jaya. Diharapkan, implementasi strategi ini dapat dilanjutkan secara mandiri untuk keberlanjutan usaha dan peningkatan loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

The manufacturing industry in Indonesia plays a crucial role in economic growth, but it is also a major contributor to carbon emissions. Therefore, the need for corporate social responsibility (CSR) becomes increasingly important in addressing these environmental issues. Various factors influence a company's adoption of CSR, one of which is the CEO's characteristics. This study aims to explore the impact of CEO narcissism on CSR, with a focus on how family firms can moderate this relationship. The research involves a sample of 73 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, covering the period from 2018 to 2022. The data was analyzed using the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method with the help of Stata 17 software. The results indicate that CEO narcissism has a positive impact on CSR. Furthermore, the influence of family firms can also moderate the relationship between CEO narcissism and CSR.

Abstract

Strategi pemasaran digital menjadi kunci dalam meningkatkan penjualan dan kesadaran merek Cafe Kopiyor di tengah persaingan industri kuliner yang ketat. Proyek ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kehadiran digital melalui pengelolaan media sosial, kampanye iklan berbayar, dan email marketing. Implementasi strategi digital yang dirancang berhasil meningkatkan engagement pelanggan, memperluas basis pelanggan, serta menciptakan interaksi yang lebih personal. Kampanye iklan berbayar menunjukkan efektivitas yang baik, meskipun masih terdapat peluang untuk optimasi biaya per klik. Email marketing juga memberikan kontribusi signifikan pada peningkatan penjualan berulang. Namun, tantangan dalam mempertahankan konten menarik dan efisiensi biaya iklan tetap ada. Secara keseluruhan, strategi ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap pertumbuhan Cafe Kopiyor di era digital. Kata Kunci: pemasaran digital, media sosial, iklan berbayar, email marketing, Cafe Kopiyor.
